Course Curriculum Overview

4

For us they're following the 2021 regulation in which we have 60% marks from our internal assessments on the basis of cts and assignments the rest 40 marks from the 75 mark semester paper which is then converted to 40 marks. In srm we can easily score ad it consists of 60% marks from cts. In cts there is a very lesss amount of portion, like 1 or 2 chapters. And we can easily predict what kind of questions can be asked , and they provide proper study materials like question banks, mcq questions and pyqs. So overall it's really easy to pass in srm with good marks And there is a minimum pass mark of 50% [overall(internals+external)] The students have to maintain 75% attendance if not should have to appear they particular subject again in summer course.

Internships Opportunities

4.5

There are a huge variety of internship opportunities available few are available with stipend and few are for our experience. We can approach our mentors and ask them regarding the internship. And u can select them regarding ur talent nd interest nd apply for the internship.

Placement Experience

3.5

The campus placements are made available from 6th semester. Companies like adobe, zoho, Amazon, Nissan, tata etc have approached our clg . The highest package is around 60 lakhs (for a ce student) And average package is around 3 to 4 lpa 90% of the students get placed if they don't have an active arrear If I get a good and a decent package I would love to work with the company and after dew years would go for higher studies. If I don't get a good offer I would pursue my higher education

Fees and Financial Aid

The average fee for an btech student in srm ranges from 2 to 3 lakhs . The complete cost of my education ID around 9 lakhs. Students can write srm jee exam and can get a scholarship. If not if their Students sibling is studying in srm can also get a scholarship The campus placement is quite good most of the students get placed. Amd few students even get really good offers from huge reputed companies

Campus Life

4.5

There are a variety of clubs like photography club, Literature club and many many more These campus life events keep happening around each nd every month. The biggest campus life event is the MILAN held during the end of semester. In which there are djs held, celebrities are invited. This takes place for a week. The clubs are really active in our clg and they approach each nd every student to participate in it and boost our resumes. These clubs really helps us in socializing ourselves

Admission

The cut off of ece was 60% in pcm The application start from January and goes on till the case results are announced and they've got enough students. The srm jee entrance exam is comparatively easy compared to other colleges. Based on the marks scored by the students scholarship is offered. The admission is mostly based on first come first serve basis

Faculty

3.5

We can interact with the faculty when ever they're free. The faculty is ready to help us most of the time and we can easily clarify our doubts. Most of the faculty Members for 1st year students are average . Faculties for the first years aren't that experienced they are mostly assistant professors. From 2nd year onwards they get their respective departments high qualified faculty.

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.
