Entrance Preview
Knowledge providing faculties are well and educated all faculties are masters in own subject. Also, the placement of the university as well as PU foundation is good. Infrastructure and building hostel facilities are good. Rules and regulations are followed by students as well as faculty members.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am a design engineer and I choose mechanical engineering for my future career. I also get college placement in my 7th semester. All the branch are good for every student. And I choose my branch- mechanical. All the branch have different sectors blocks and faculties.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, PU provides internship for every student which have no current backlog till 7th semester. They provide internship in 8th semester. The general stipend is based on the different companies and location. My personal experience is in wave Aircon Pvt Ltd in which I place by college drive.
Placement Experience
Placement & job opportunities are good in Poornima University. Many companies are visiting the college and adept students in different packages. TCS, Wipro, Mahindra etc companies are visiting every year. The placement process in 3 to 4 round as like first is online test then group discussion, technical interview and last are a personal interview.
College Events
Many types of celebration are held by the college. Technical event in which students are present their products in front of many collages faculties and students. The cultural events are held by the college in which cultural activities are done by students faculties. It is 3 days program in the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is dependent on the course which you choose. Also, PU provides a scholarship for the basis of 12th marks of the student. The fee is submitted 2 part in a year. So it is easy to fill the fee on time. Also the UGC rules late fee is considered if the date of the fee is gone.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, all the facilities are present in the college. I got 20% of scholarship on the basis of my 12th marks. The loan facility is present in the college.
Campus Life
Campus life is awesome. The sports facilities are present on the campus. Some hostel event is held by the foundation. In which different type of games activity are present and this fest is done in the night time. All the hostel students are participating in this type of event.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are not bad also the room size tables chairs and all the facilities are well. In one room 2 students are present. And the mess food is also good. They provide 1 breakfast, lunch, refreshment and dinner. Also provide in winter night milk.
Alumni/Alumna
They are helpful for us. They give the right way how to do a study which subject is more important for future reference.
Exam Structure
The exam is scheduled by examination cell. And in the all branches and course 2 types of class test CIE-1 and CIE-2 one MID-SEM and finally main exam. All practical marks are considered in the exam. As well as behavior of the student attendance is also important to attend the exam. 75% attendance is important to attend the exam.
Admission
The admission process is so simple you can fill online admission as well as a visit college campus and meet the administration cell. I admit by visiting university campus look at all the facilities and then I join the college community. I also got a scholarship.
Faculty
The facilities of my college are master's in own subject. And all the facilities are good in teaching and also adopt from IIT or NIT. All faculties are helped in the project work and build the confidence of the students. They also help in a research paper as well as seminar presentations.
