Likes

The college teachers and staffs are friendly.
College library was vast and ensure 24 hrs air conditioning
Events and fests was a lit . best singers or music bands will be present.

Dislikes

Its don't have big vast college area . It will be very congested when all students came on same days
Old building,so there no technological advancement (infrastructure only)
Sports complex are leased by third parties.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is better condition by the time being, every syllabus are covered within the time and regular monitoring from teachers . Routine of exam's and field trips. Field trip or visit are compulsory and it want to be attended by every students.The teaching methods and good and understandable,every teachers are friendly and open (in my course atleast)

Placement Experience

In the third year there will be a placement fest conducted by placement cell of shivaji College .There will companies like wayspire,unstop, stack edutech,bajaj capital,etc.The package will be starts from 2 lakhs to the most 22 lakhs ( this was the highest package ever provided). Most students going for higher studies as like me.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is based on the course we opt it will be in the range of 15000 to 22000 .The involvement in scholarship and financial aid provided by college is very low .They don't provide actually to my info .

Campus Life

The extra curricular activities are the best . There are lot of clubs or society's that privide more engagement activites.the annual fests provided by college was lit,there will be best singers,band, Elite class people's etc .On the fest of 2022 , Ankit tiwari was the guest .Sports are good but not the best we have a bunch of good atheltes but college don't provide enough opportunities.we have the one of the biggest sports complex in du but it given to lease in the play times (3-7pm).its a problem to college students.

Admission

The entrance is mainly through cuet examination conducted by NTA. It will be an online examination and can apply through online .The application dates will be from March to April (the dayes are flexible) . The benefits,abd examtions details will be provided in the cuet curriculum found in the Cuet examination site .In 2022 admissions, 516 was the cuttoff mark in my college.

The faculty and members are highly qualified and the are friendly to teachers and students.As we know behaviour change' from human to human ,so there are also problems with there attitude in some faculties . Overall they are good and have minimum qualification for there Everything will be time bounded ,they don't adjust the timings which college instructed

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some knowledge some confusion

Placement Experience:

Students of 6th sem are eligible for the campus selection process. Our course also have placement programs. Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

DU intakes admission on the basis of CUET UG exam, and then there's the reservations for all categories, so basically your admission is based on the CUET marks and reservations, and then you get a chance to make a preference list of colleges and courses and then DU allots you a seat based on your preference list and your marks as per category....Read More
