I went to seek admission in three colleges which were Kishinchand Chelleram College (KC College), Jai Hind College, And St. Xaviers College to pursue my Bachelor Degree In Information Technology but unfortunately, I did not get admission to any of these colleges because I tell you the reason also in case of K.C College the admission fees were high than the fees other colleges. Then I went to Jai Hind College but the seats were already filled by students so there were no seats for me. After that, I went to St. Xavier's College and enquired in the office of admission procedure and I came to know that only in-house students can only take admission no outsiders are allowed. And at the last but not the least I visited elphinstone colleges and luckily there were seats available and fees were also reasonable for open category aside of reserved quota fees which were too low as only 10% of our fees. Elphinstone College is very old as compared to most all the Mumbai colleges and its alumni are at their best. There are various types of courses available for students. The admission process totally depends on students and it's on a first come first serve basis so maybe no need to give any exams and all. But only a few courses need to give the entrance exam. Very Good college as well as Historical College Individual learning is possible, students can share there family problem with teachers. A good Bonding is created between teacher and student. Only one problem in this College is it is not well maintained, teacher and other staff are very very supportive, specially the science stream , foreigners also visit our college as it place in a UNSC historical buildings.
