- Class timings are very appropriate. Classes last upto max 4 hours and after that you have plenty o time to self study
- Teachers are very cooperative. They are best Faculty having years of experience and knowledge. They guide you any time you reach them.
- Faculty has many active committees which organized and host many different competition in faculty and provide many opportunities to its members and Faculty students.
Dislikes
- Sometimes classes gets cancelled without any prior notice or just immediate notice before the class.
- Holidays are very frequent in the college.
- Law Faculty is in very interior Location. People have to go long distance to go to main area of city
Course Curriculum Overview
BALLB is very well organised with the mixture of both B.A subject and Llb subject which develops overall thinking of the student and develops critical thinking abilities. The course is of 5 years with semester system.
Internships Opportunities
The college doesn't provide you with Internship directly however you can ask your seniors and teachers as well. They are really very helpful and will guide you for the same any time. Also one can seek internship on its own for which college will provide you the noc without any hurdles.
Placement Experience
The Faculty has a placement cell which collaborates with the student and provide them the exposure to do well in the corporate sector. The average package is 5-6 lac per annum. Also students bagges off campus placement as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fees is very nominal i.e. 27000 per semester which is 54k Annually. All the caution Fees and Tuition fees is included within this amount. Only Library fees is excluded which you can will online using college website and which is approx 400 INR. YES, scholarship is also provided by the college for which one can fill the form and submit documents as required.
Campus Life
The College has a huge and a pretty impressive campus,Full of greenery. The infrastructure is quite developed with various facilities. It has a well-stocked library with one of the few original drafts of the Constitution of India. A well maintained computer lab, a sports ground and a state-of-the art moot court room. Along with the above there are numerous canteens sprawled throughout the campus. We have a lecture halls where seminars, workshops, guest lecturers etc. as such are conducted.
Admission
University of Lucknow is one among the oldest and prestigious university in the country of having 100 years of experience in teaching students. It has vast alumini base which includes CJI and senior Judges of SC and HC. And many senior Advocates within the country.
Faculty
In my opinion Law Faculty is very different in comparison to other courses within the college. Faculty is very good, it has a grean campus big size classrooms. There are 2 internal and 2 semester exams per year. Which one can crack easily by being regular to classes and listening to what is taught.
