the campus and the environment is very greenery
the institution offers excellent facilities
every year 65% students placing in best and high package salary companies

Dislikes

some students are saying they are not placing in the better companies
there are no facilities for ground so forget about physical activities
they will not provide more holidays for special occation like pongal ,diwali

Course Curriculum Overview

the course curriculum is very much relevent and it was designed beautifully. seemester exam papers are given based on an above average student and pass percentage is 93% . great facilities and supportive faculty at SRM . exam timing they given for semester 2.30 hours but that is not enough for students .

Internships Opportunities

like microsoft , amazon and barclays , tata consultancy services are the highly went to internship more than 10000 students per year . if you scored more than 90% you will get highly packaged companies like above mentioned companies . we designed and development of silver based wearable thermoelectric generator for self powered health monitering devices , s. Haries physucs and nanotechnology sanctioned rs. 36.43 lakhs by DST science and engineering research boars CRG.

Placement Experience

approx 95% percentage is nessery for placement in best company . and more than 80% also you can place at good companies . highest package in SRM college is 5700000 and least package is 500000 . company offers like google microsoft and etc..,, after getting degree i will place in best college .

Fees and Financial Aid

for my yearly fees i am paying 360000 . someone saying that srm college fees is high but thats not true because they providing valuable price for students future and placement package . for admission they are collecting rupess 10000 and that is not refundable . and they have special reservation for sc and st students .

Campus Life

they conduct so many events and program and if you intrested in dancing and some other . inside the college there is big librery so many books are there . for your positiveness improvement you can read more books there . the bond between faculy and studens are unexplainable they are supportive for average and slow bloomers .

Admission

i applied for many college like saveetha engineering college and panimalar engineering college and many others college but i got selected in SRM enginnering college and panimalar engineering college and i choosed SRM engineering college over other college . my cutoff is 161 out off 200 .

Faculty

the faculty members are well qualified and experienced and holds phDs from top universities around the world . between the students they are maintaining sweet bond like parents and son/daughter . some faculties are rude and most of the faculty behave good towards the students . exams are easy when you study . if you dont study the exams will be very hard for you dude so study well .

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

Colleges which I have applied for was Sree Ramachandra institute in tamil nadu, MGR University IISER But I only got confirmed admission from SRM by writing a medical entrance exam.
