- Financial burden is one of the biggest challenges as the cost of tuition, housing and other expenses. Student loan creates financial stress both during and after college.
- Many students experience academic pressure especially with heavy coursework, exams and maintaining a social life. With many commitments academic, social, extracurricular, balancing it all becomes overwhelming.
- Social challenges like adjusting to new environments, making new friends and dealing with some dynamics can be difficult for some students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum closely matches current industry standards and trends. For field like finance, marketing, HR management, Operations and business, this often means integrating modern tools , frameworks, and methodologies that professionals use today. Internships Opportunities
The company where I got opportunity to do my internship is max fashion retail in Siliguri. There I was in management trainee role with no stipend. There I was given a project that started from the very first day of my internship and the project was to drive sales and build brand loyalty for customer satisfaction. Target was given of Conversion of sales on daily basis.
Placement Experience
From 3rd semester students are eligible for campus placements Many companies visits our campus like PWC, EY, Deloitte India, KPMG, Dabur, Eveready, Marico, Blacksof, Swiggy, Asian paints, Info edge, and many more companies. Highest package is of 22 lakhs and average is of 6 to 7 lakhs per annum. 100% placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was 8 installments overall including admission charges of 90,000 and rest 7,35,000 are divided in 7 installments for one year. Other than MBA ther is PGDM and Business Analyst respectively having fees of 8,35,000 and 8,35,000.
Campus Life
Campus Life is usually enriched by the diversity of students coming from various culture, geographical and academic backgrounds. My overall experience of campus life is holistic shaped by social activities, academic resources and extracurricular engagement. Modern classrooms, wifi and digital platforms.
Admission
No, I didn't apply for any other colleges because one of my senior told me that this is the best college in east india to enhance your career in marketing. Addmission process of this college is first of all you have to registered yourself. Then they will schedule an online test and then they will schedule a GD/PI session. If selected in all then they will call for further addmission process like addmission fees and all.
Faculty
Faculty students ratio is 15:1. Professors are very accessible and encourage students engagement. Faculties often set aside several hours per week for students to come in for help. Many faculty members encourage students to work on research projects. All the facilities are very helpful and available for all the students whenever they are free. All together there are 4 semester exams and weekly there is EEPM exams for enhancing students for corporate. Rarely students fail to clear the exams.
Interview Experience
My topic for GD when I was getting addmission was impact of CCTV in malls. Currently I can't recall what I was questioned in my personal interview. Other criteria is you have to clear MAT for addmission with a good percentile.
