I need to become an ceo of the Google so I selected this course as my wish I am going to learning some of languages that helps in the web development and app development but the college is not providing any type of languages c, java, python

I have paid 153000 1 st year then for next year 10000 will be reduced and i amnot getting any scholarship from college and government my batchmates fees also similar as my fee and for now newly admitted students paying double of my fees

Yeah , it is going on is way not in my way but I am trying to focus on learning language c ,java it is going well but I need focus more on learning language learning coding to get a good job it is all ok but there is no any fests in the college

Admission

I get the college in Mysore that to other courses so I want to become an software engineer but I get the seat for mechanical engineering in jss college Mysore for so it is too far away I have not stayed in hostel so I selected this college

Faculty

Faculty to students ratio is 10/10 there is no compromise among that there is all the necessary facilities but the teaching is not good as we expect and there is no any campus selection in the college

Academic Curriculum- they constantly upgrade the subjects which needs to be taught
Labs - very well equipped labs for all branches.
You can choose to drop a lab and do it in winter break or summer break

Dislikes

very less holidays only 3rd saturday is holiday and they dont give holidays for jayantis and all
Auto drivers near the college. this is pure daylight robbery

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good

Only one playground for cricket and also remaining
security are very rude but some are bit friendly

Yes our college provide placements, from final year that is 7th semester they will allow for placements, Many companies visited our college like tcs, Cognizant, indegene, microland etc and average package is 400000 and highest is 1500000 it given by oracle, Nearly 60 percent students got that is either in both technical and non technical jobs, my plans to join a IT company

Good Learning

Likes

Faculties are really well experienced by character all the faculties are humble and polite.
The college has good Infrastructure and the campus is surrounded with Trees it is very peaceful campus.
Placement support are really good with lab facilities where skill rack, NPTEL, Infosys springboard, MongoDB, IBM platform is provided for level up our skills.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are fairly good and students become eligible for campus placements from the final year, usually from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the campus every year and offewre opportunuties in different roles such as software developer,analyst, technical support, and other entry-level positions.

Faculty Experience and Mentorship : Experienced faculty : The faculty at SVIT is often described as appreciable , knowledge, and supportive . professors are well - versed in there respective fields ,and many have industrial experience .
Placement support : Strong placement record: SVIT hasa good placement record ,with many students securing in top - tier companies like TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Infosys,. The college guidence through placement offers traning .

Dislikes

Collaborative Environment : Group project and assignment is core elements of curriculum with many course designed to involve group work and collaborative projects.
Cultural Activities : Are not celebrated more in semister
Collaborative learning : Communication barrier in larger teams especially working with different backgrounds or academic disciplines.

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . On average , around 80-85% of eligible students get placed in good companies.

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

I applied to many colleges in Banglore as well as outside banglore. The colleges outside Banglore like Parul University, Nirma University, Gujarat Technological University and few others. I didn't go to any of the colleges outside as I wanted to live in silicon valley of India Banglore. In Banglore, I got into Ramaiah Institute of Technology, CMR IT, Dayanand Sagar College, Reva University. I chose Sambhram college instead of all these options was mainly the fees. The fee amount of Sambhram was very less and didn't require any extra donation or amount for admission. The admission at my college comprises of just the 12th results and entrance exam results if given. The cut-off for admission is only 80% in 12th. For being eligible u need to be from a Science Background with a decent or avg score of above 50 % in 12 boards . Application Form and Application Fees and Dates everything is in the College website premises. Yes I reserved a seat by giving 20000 /- advanced . Now reservation seats costs might have gone up ..say around 40k. Per Semester we have to give 3 Internal Exams of 20 marks each subject. and last External Semester Exam of 100 Mark.
