My college is awesome

College was good in terms of studies and many more. But now it fails in giving placement. Most of the students are still unemployed. Only 30% of the students are placed from college. Others have to find there own jobs.

The course is of 4 year duration with 8 semesters. 2 semester in 1 year. Exam is taken in every semester. After giving even semester exams one can get to the next year classes. Practical and theory exam are added to get total 100 marks.

Placement is not so good. Mostly IT companies come. Placement is not at all good for core branches like EE,CE,ME. Computer science Engineering students are placed well. Our college provide internship with internshala trainings. Thats too small group of students.

Several events are organised by our college. Technical fests are done in which Computer Games, technical projects, exhibition are done. College annual fest is also celebrated in March in a place called AQUAMARINA. Annual Sports are also organised.

Fee structure is feasible. Per semester it is around 40000. It includes all tution,exam,library fees. Hostel fees are 10000 per semister. The fees amount is reasonable. Concession is given to backward classes.

Scholarship is given if Joint Entrance rank is less than 5000. loan is given by AXIS bank. Also backward classes students get some scholarship or concession from college. For some more details about loan contact college.

Extra curricular activities are too good in our college. Labs are well equipped with machines and instruments. Different department has there own individual labs. We have one big playground and one garden also.Apart from outdoor games there is also one indoor games room.

No i did not opted for hostel but the hostel costs around 10000 per semester. Infrastructure is too good. Located 15 min from college. It has one big footbal ground and one volleyball ground. It is 4 storey building.

Senior are too good from our college. They helped us in every way. From studies to playing and participating in several activities. There is alumini network but i dont know about that anymore. Its been 4 years i lost contact from most of them.

After completing my 12th Exam I gave the WBJEE exam. In that exam i secured 40000 rank. Than i appeared in the counselling process. The counseling was a long process. 1st i filled the college and department preference in the online counselling form according to my choice. Than after the form submission deadline i got this colllege in 1st round. I finalized this college in the 1st round. Than i contacted my college with necessary documents and got admitted.

Faculty are too good and they are well educated. Some of them are useless but mostly are good in behaviour as well as in teaching. In my EE department most of the teachers are having more than 10 years of teaching experience. Some are Phds and Mtech completed.
