one thing i love most in my college is infrastructure and buildings. college providing quality education and good resources for education. but the play area is quit simple thats why i love the play area in my college after that social intractionsgood
i love the canteen in my college and the labs which very use full while using and the omputers are so fast and realible. about prices in cafeteria its quit good there are low price in prodects and another thing i love most in my ollege is sports.
i love how my college is managing every thing in teaching and social activities and etc my ollege is number 1 college in my town the quality of education is way greater then other colleges and the faculties are so good they are friendy and always

Dislikes

the circullum is quit backword and subjects
somtimes i feel genderbias in some programs
events are less in our college and they only focus in study

Course Curriculum Overview

curriculum is quite backword in my point of view they are following old rituals. but the curicullum helps me to tackle out side world problems. they have to use advance technology while teaching and they to use AI in the circullum. in my point of view exams are tough.

Internships Opportunities

internships are not so good but the placements are good in my college example wipro,tcs,infosys these companies are approaching for placements. the projects are good iam doing a projrct about ai under my prefessor

Fees and Financial Aid

i have availde scholership which i am belong to sc caste so i have to pay 0 tution fee but i have to some other fees like placment fee and exam fee these fees are mandetory. around 150000 for mangement students and around 65000 for obc students.

Campus Life

campus life is best compare to other colleges . we celebrate sankrathi on jan 6 and we celebrate bathukkamma befor dasara and my college spports all regions.library is simple whith full of books and journals.sports and other activitys are good and we plays every week differetnt games. i think no students are running any social groups.

Admission

i choose this college becuase this college is better and best then other colleges in my town i havn't apply for other colleges. admission process is quit simple i have not write any exams for admission process.

Faculty

in our college faculty around 80 members and students faculty ratio is around 4to1 and faculty always aupports us.i like maths and physics faculty they are friendly with me .i dont like chemistry facultie they always try to target me when i make some mistake.there are mid exams and semister exams

Night Life

night life is not allowed in my college.my favorite hangout spot is cefeteria and play ground because i spend lot of time with my friends. we have girls hostel in our college my college starts from 9:30 onwards but the hostels are very secure for girls they can sleep peacefully without any fear for their parents.

Good college for getting a degree

Likes

Things I liked is our is around 40+ years old so the academic structure is well established but old fashioned
As it is Bachelor of engineering our college degree is good for higher studies like masters
Faculty are some what better compared to other colleges

Dislikes

No proper scope of physical education and sports
Attendance is considered very strictly and
Facilities in campus like proper sports equipment is not available for all games

Placement Experience:

From 5th sem to 8th sem campus placement gonna takes place there are many MNCs and startups visited for hiring like accenture etc and has highest package around 20 lakhs and avg package around 5lahks placement percentage is very good we can also do masters after degree

Life of an graduating person

Teaching was very good as compared to other colleges and faculty members have 8+ years and upto 20+years teaching experience and totally digital teaching method through smart board with PDFs and PPT's and the infrastructure was very good.
College is totally 7 blocks with a spacious ground and greenery around the college sand there is also campus hostel and bus facility available and learning facilities also very good with well furnished labs .
The curriculum is also better for professional and personal development and the placements services are very supportive for career advancement

Dislikes

The things I disliked are the timings of gates closing in morning session and there is no chance of going outside in the lunch hour .
Sometimes faculty doesn't explain some topics they will skip the topics to sit simply in the classroom with teaching
The security guards are very strict and they directly take id cards of students if they misbehave anything .

Placement Experience:

3-2 semester students will become eligible for campus placements and the companies visited are tech Mahindra, cognizant ,cap gemini, zentek, tcs, etc some of the top most companies also visited our college for placements and so many students have been placed in the companies with a good package there is almost 78% of students are getting placements in this college

The teaching style and focus on practicals
More emphasis is given on coding and attending hackathons
Mentors and their constant support In building projects

Dislikes

The strict rules and pressure is real and can be frustrating sometimes
The infrastructure can be a bit better, like the building and space for games
There's very less extra curricular activities

Placement Experience:

From 4th sem itself students are eligible for placements. Although students get access to paid internships from their 1st year itself, just they need some effort. But as NIAT is yet new and no batch has passed out yet so we still don't have the exact placement percentage rate. But as we are getting paid internships from 1st year itself so it's very evident that placement would also be good

Remembering College Valuble Insights Feels so memorable being a final year student.

Likes

As i joined into marri laxman reddy institute ,The campus is in a village bakcground it feels so nice to live over their .We do have several sports commisions in our college.
Our college provides sports facility and The campus was so hugee ,The infrastructure is very useful(i am talking about digital teaching lab equipments and all)
The teachers were so friendly with the students and the college has a perfect strcture category for every department .

Dislikes

The teachers were so nice but the college and teachers doesnt support student to enhace the student personal growth.The teachers were take the class by learning the ppt without any conceptutal representing
The infrastructure is good but thier is no maintainance in the college,Campus feels huge but it degradss interms of maintainance and enhance the campus intemrs of neatness .it feels so that after we return back from the holidays
Most importantly,the canteen food is worst.My friend face an incident that he got a dead frog in the manchurian rice.And the food is most coastly maintains low quality

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals,meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

One thing I like about this college is how the environment,good weather as there are many trees and garden to seat and have some fun.
The next I like about the college is about our faculty and the infrastructure.there are amazing teacher to explain the some of the toughest subjects ,lab are too good .
If some like to prepare for some other examinations like gate,civils .we have lot of free time to prepare for all other exams

Dislikes

Even though we have a good ground, there are many people in the ground who would distrub u ,these people come here for jogging and playing different sports and but they are not from our college
Wifi is not good the signal strength in our college is not good and we don't get good internet even from the mobile networks too.this is more irritating many times.
As it is open campus many vehicles would be passing and many unknown people would there around.we just have only one technical synopsis,as many private colleges have more than one fest.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not that good, many of my friends have placed but I haven't placed yet and I am searching for the job ,and I have been applying for the placements and I have been for interview in some of them and not selected for the job.

The faculty of the college is quite good
The college is in the middle of city which helps a lot
There is compulsion for 75℅ attendance and the college is open gate

Infrastructure is very poor.. Buildings and classrooms, benches, and computers used are very old
No sports and other extra-curricular activites and no provision for canteen
Campus is very boring.. Toilets are not clean.. The admin staff is very rude

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is least active.. Few good companies like Infosys, amazon, TCS etc visited but the average package is of 1-2 LPA and only 25-30% of students whose all exams are cleared can sit in the placement cell. The highest package is of 8LPA. My plan is to move abroad for higher studies.. The students after completion of 6th sem can sit in placement cell

The faculties are highly knowledgeable, understandable and are helpful in studies and they even mentor us in some important aspects.
Course curriculum is perfectly designed to prepare for any competitive exams that a student may be appearing.
There is not much academic pressure on students. They have ample of time to prepare for any competitive exams.

Dislikes

Management by the college and the faculties are not good
There are not much companies visiting campus. Majority of them are either for non-technical roles or are mass recruiters.
Campus crowd is not good for growth for any serious student.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams

The equipment in laboratory was not proper.
The faculty were not well trained and experienced.
Not taking us to industrial visits and sessions.

Placement Experience:

The training criteria for placements for students starts from third year.The top companies like IBM, Amazon, Microsoft, Accenture has visited our campus.The highest package offered was 20 lpa and average package offered is 3-4 lpa.50 percentage of the students will get placed in third year if not they'll get placed in 4 year.My plan after graduation is being a software engineer in a high profile company.

My smooth path to student visa success

I chose samskruthi college of engineering and technolgy because it is a JNTUH afficated, NAAC "A" grade college with good faculty and labs for Mechanicla engineering, and My TS EAMCET rank matched this college cutoff range.Other options i considered were similar tier colleges in hyderabad. But they are far from my home or the mechanical seats were already filled during the couselling.Samsruthi gave me a confirmed seat through the convener quota. So it was practical and safe chocie for me. The admission process was simple: First i wrote TS EAMCET after completion of my Intermediate,then i attended online counselling,locked my options with the college code(SMSK) and branch as mechanical engineering and finally reported to the campus with my originals for verification and fee payment.For B.Tech,Student generally need to pass intermediate at least 60%. most students prefer TS EAMCET as the main entrance exam. while a few join through management quota based on merit in their qualifying exam.
