Remarks

College is quite good.I am truely satisfied that I am studying here. It has certain sitting places called C-points and Bru stall. One thing that I would like to suggest for college is that some facilities should be improved like certain disturbances in drinking water supply.Overall O have a positive review towards college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

It follows University of Delhi curriculum CBCS and examinations to attempted semester wise. syllabus is not much difficult and Internal marking helps students for both theoretical and practical approach.

Internships Opportunities

College do not provide internship for itself but it has an active Placement cell which organises Internship Express in the College every semester so that students can easily take benefits of Internships and Placements.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements are good enough. The most important thing is there is large variety in companies and each one of the students can choose out of his/her interests. Many premier companies are also observed picking up interested students on the base of interviews.

College Events

5

College has a number of active societies which organises events throughout the year to maintain enjoyment and learning together. Cultural Society of college is called "ANCHORAGE".It comprises of dance society - "Footloose", Theatre society -"Vayam", Music society -"Reverb"and many more. Each of them contributes to a wonderful outcome called "VIBRATIONS" -The annual festival.Except these events college also has Women Development Cell which also beautifully organises events and provide students opportunity to listen many renowned personalities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's quite feasible just as the rest of Delhi University 's college do have In comparison with other varsities in the niche , but since its accredited A grade by NAAC it charge you a bit more pennies then other DU colleges.Fee structure ranges from 5000 to 22000 annually.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are no specific scholarships by college but it follows UNIVERSITY OF DELHI scholarship programs , detailed information about which is available on University website and time to time notifications are also provided on college website as well.

Campus Life

4

Extra curricular activities are blossoming in here.Lab maintenance is quite good of all courses be it physics chemistry or Mathematics. For sports I would like to mention that Shivaji Sport's complex is one of the largest sports complexes owned by colleges of Delhi University.Every year Sports day is celebrated in the College giving students and opportunity to. Expose themselves in this field.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel facility is not available in the College but for other facilities one can give it 8.5 out of 10.Some times there are disturbances in water supply which I think should be looked after. Library facility is wonderful and other facilities are also appreciable.

Alumni/Alumna

Time to time departments also Organise Alumni meets to maintain Alumni network of college. seniors are very helpful and they are always welcomed on their revisits.Farewells are well organised by juniors in exchange of various helps like notes and readings.

Exam Structure

It is semester wise Examination system here. Each semester all students have to fill up respective exam form accordingly. In each course certain part of the whole marking contain some Internal marks which generally comprises of assignment ,attendance and class test.

Admission

I had filled the admission form of University of Delhi ,this college is affiliated to , and then waited for the cut off of various colleges.when I found my marks , enough for this course and this college ,I took admission here. Admission process was greatly managed by volunteers and after that ,I loved it so much that I didn't go anywhere else to take admission.

Faculty

4

Faculty is highly experienced ,and modest. Each one of the faculty members is master in their respective subject. All the teachers are very supportive and involving in nature with the students.Even non-teaching staff like lab assistants and library faculty is also very helpful.

The students become eligible for campus placements in the 3rd year of their graduation. Various companies offer multiple roles for placements on our campus like Nation With NaMo, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture etc. and the no. of offers made usually varies between 250-400 depending on the batch. The average package is around 6.5-7 LPA and the highest usually varies from 13-15 LPA L. Usually 50 percent of the students get placed directly from campus and rest usually pursue some other academic programs or even off campus placements.

I think that the course curriculum is good and well managed . The curriculum has all necessary subjects related to our course as well as all other necessary subjects like human values and basic ethics. I find our course curriculum is apt for our course . Thought their is a lag for more practical learning and skills. It will be better if they add more practical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of Electronics Hons and Electrical Engineering is same but makes it different is how we perceive it. We study the syllabus with theoretical aspects while the engineers with practical aspects. We have a chance to opt for the 4th year, which only comprises of Research. One of the optionals is Generic Elective and if you take GE from same department for all semesters, you will attain a minor degree. The Faculties and whole curriculum is great but the other optionals require improvement. The other optionals only make the Student Life hectic, that stumbles the Student's focus from Course track.

Some companies that visit here are TCS, Wipro and few more the no of offers made depend upon the performance of student in the placement cell. The highest package as per my knowledge is 13 lakhs and the average here is 6 lakhs. Sorry for the inconvenience but I don't have any knowledge regarding the job profile given. The placement percentage changes every year depending upon the respective batch. My planning after the course is either placement otherwise my prime goal CSE.
