Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate it 4 stars since there are subjects in 1st year which are not really necessary per my opinion, but the teaching staff is superb and helps each oe of the students to cope up with the curriculum and pass with flying colors
Internships Opportunities
Since our college has many alumnis and ties with many other reputed colleges like IITs as well, internships oppurtunities are present in dozens. A student willing to do research is also given the oppurtunities to work with the best experienced proffessors of the university itself
Placement Experience
Placement is the main reason for JU's overall hype. Big andd known companies such as google, microsoft come to our college for on campus placements. Other than them, Wipro, TCS, IBM etc, there are many more companies willing to hire JU students first as they all know about the skillfull minds
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is reallly less as compared to other government colleges. For engineering it is approximately 10-15K per year for general category and 5-10K for SC/ST category. Admission fees is 710 ruppees only and you may apply for hostel to the college itself. Scholarships are also provided for category students from the government
Campus Life
My campus life is going great till now. There are so many activities to do, almost every week something or the other is happening. It is a very happening place nonetheless and specially a cultural place to be in. JU not just only teaches us academics but the value of our culture and society as well
Admission
I chose JU over any college because of the stability and to get the tag as a JUian. Studying in JU is a dream for many as it is one of the most reputed colleges in all over India. This place provides far better academical oppurtunities than any of the other colleges I selected
Faculty
Faculty is great nonetheless. The professors are highly qualified and with great skills. The course comprises of 8 semesters in totat, 2 per year. Seniors are also very helpful. Overall it is going to be a great experience once you are a part of this insitution itself
Night Life
I actually have not been in campus at night since I am not a hosteller but as far as I have heard from my friends, they quiet enjoy the environment and scenic beauty of the place. It is quiet and calm with a peaceful vibe
