Fees and Financial Aid

In the first year I paid around 31k, in the second year it was approx 28k and in third year I paid 29k. My college charge 15k as development fee included in the total fee. Category wise fee varies I'm only aware of a kind of scheme for Jammu student in which they get their total fee refunded at the end of year. There are many scholarship which professor and admin office circulate on whatsapp groups, official mail I'd etc

Faculty

The faculty of the college is great most of the professors of humanities subjects are JNU graduates but most of them are young in age so they might be less experienced than other professors. There are many test assignment and presentations for the internal assessment which comprise 30 marks amd continuous assessment which comprise 40 marks and 90 marks for final semester exam.

The college maintains a good faculty to student ratio, allowing healthy interaction between students and teachers. Most faculty members are approachable, supportive. Anuj sir, Shishpal sir, Praveen sir of the faculties names which is very supportive and Praveen sir is best. There is no faculties for dislikes. Three times exames are conduct by college. They are easy , If you study properly. Most of the students are fails to clear the exams because they are not focus on faculties lecture. The curriculum is relevant, thought more practrical and industry exposure would be beneficial

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate the course curriculum as relevant and fairly comprehensive. The structured syllabus and core subjects were key factors in choosing this course. The curriculum provides a string academic foundation and helps develpo analytical and problem solving skills. Improvements can be made by including more hands on projects, interships and updated industry tools. Exams are conducted three times per semester, the timing of exams around two months after starting the course and then one month left. the difficulty level is moderate.

If I only talk about bca departments faculty so they are amazing as a teacher as a human overall, my favourite teacher Payal mam she's so sweet at the same time very intelligent...and if my talking about the exam system so university conducts overall 3 exams 2 insems and 1 final ( end sem ) exams and the marking scheme is 50-50 I mean 50% from the internals like insems , practical's, viva, assignments etc. etc. and another 50% from the end sems exam...

Fees and Financial Aid

So we basically pay 160000 because I have specialisation in full stack development and cloud computing tied up with ibm. I have 80% in 12th board so I got 15% scholarship from college and if I have to maintain that throughout the degree I need to score minimum 8 cgpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee for the complete four-year course is ?1,37,500. The fee structure is largely stable, with a slightly higher amount in the first year due to one-time charges, and it does not increase year by year. In fact, the academic fee after the first year is marginally lower. Year-wise fee details are as follows: 1st Year: ?1,37,500 2nd Year: ?1,27,000 3rd Year: ?1,27,000 4th Year: ?1,27,000 The first-year fee includes several compulsory charges such as tuition fees, admission fees, development fees, and lab fees. In addition, a caution fee of ?80,000 (refundable) and a registration fee of ?2,500 are charged at the time of admission. These one-time charges make the first-year fee higher compared to subsequent years. For students from different categories such as SC, ST, and other reserved categories, the basic fee structure remains similar, but many students receive financial relief through government schemes. Batchmates from reserved categories benefit significantly from UP Government Scholarships, which help reduce their effective financial burden. Regarding financial aid, UP Scholarship is available for eligible students and provides substantial support. Under this scheme, students can receive scholarship amounts of up to ?1,37,500 in the first year and ?1,27,000 in the second, third, and fourth years, depending on eligibility and verification. This makes the course financially accessible for deserving students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The 3 year degree in BA Hons (economics) contains 6 semesters mandatory and the fees for one year is around ?32,000. The fees for the 3 year program is approximately 85,000-90,000. The fees of the other batchmates is approximately the same The 3 year program fees for SC ST OBC is nearly 20,000-30,000 The course structure fees is significantly less for this category. Several scholarship provisions are also provided to the children of Daulat Ram College through national scholarship portal

Faculty

The relationship between the faculty and the students is excellent. The teachers provide a healthy environment that supports learning. The Faculty of psychology is very good. We like them because of their teaching skills. There is no such faculty that is disliked. There are nearly 6 to 7 exams per semester The level of difficulty of the paper is moderate The course curriculum is very relevant

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of our college is very well managed there is no any type of dis management in exams or class.our HODs are so much aware and strict that all the classes run at time .the frequency and timing of exams are fully managed, that only when the exam will occur when the course is fully covered.Generally the exams are moderate to difficult for subjects like physics chem or maths .

Faculty

The ratio of faculty to student is good there is much knowledgeable faculties. There is no one who can be unliked because all the facilities treat student as their own child.there is two exams in one semester one is minor exam and other major exam.minor exam of 20 or 30 marks and major of 50 marks.generally per semester only few students fails.that shows the quality of our faculty

Course Curriculum Overview

I would rate the BBA course curriculum at Aravali college of engineering and management as moderately relevant but not fully comprehensive..It gives you a basic academic foundation not real industry readiness...If you come here expecting that your finance skill will by boosted to the top they you are just fooling yourself..The course works only if you treat it as a base layer and build aggresively upon it.. One of the main reason the curriculum looks attractive is it is subject mix. Core subjects like financial accounting, corporate accounting, business economics ,taxation , banking and financial management make it seem aligned with finance related careers.. The areas they should improve is to provide more practical exposure rather than focuses on theoretical knowledge.. Timing of exam will be 3 hrs for external final university exam and 2 hrs for two internal assessment..Difficulty level is moderate, not to difficult and not easy...

Fees and Financial Aid

For BBA Finance at Aravali College of Engineering and Management, the fee structure is simple and realistic. The total fee for the full 3-year course is around ?2.25 lakh, which means about ?75,000 per year as tuition. Apart from this, students have to pay usual university and exam related charges every year, so the actual yearly outflow is slightly higher. Hostel, food, transport, books, and other personal expenses are not included in this fee and can add a significant amount if opted for. Scholarships are available through government schemes and a few college-level merit-based options, but they are limited and not assured most students receive only partial support, not full fee waivers. For BCA the fees is ?78000 per year and for post graduate like MBA it is ?1,08000 per year depend on the specification you choose...

Faculty

Our university faculty Surya S Sir Sudhanshu mam , Paras sir , Deep sir , Abhishek sir is a very good professor, he has a lot of knowledge about the subject and he treats everyone equally and does not discriminate against anyone, that is why students respect him and liked him I don't like Siya mam , monica mam because she always insulting all students and do not like way of teaching methods There are 2 semester exams in a year and 2 MST exams in 1 semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

LLC bas two campuses as one is for engineering and management and one is law college and each of the campus has 8 floor building. We have an auditorium which is the biggest flex as from live Indian cricket matches to all the events of the college, everything is hosted there. During our annual fest from stand up comedian Bassi to great singer Darshan Raval, both of them have performed previously in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Lloyd Law College is one of the best in class law college and that is why it is among the top 100 law colleges in India. Our fees is same like NLUs and it's 1.75 lakhs a year. I am getting merit scholarships since my 1st year and that accounts to 20% concession to me. Also, since it's a private college even the reserved category students get the same scholarship as us.

Course Curriculum Overview

The name and honour of my course is not that good but the subjects i got that are relevant like economics, maths and business these are my core subjects. The mathematics should be of basic level or of 10th standard the particular reason behind is that most of the students in my batch doesnt have maths in their 12th standard so they find it a difficulty in studying.

Faculty

Faculty students relationship is not that flexible, its not necessary that every work has been delivered in one go but faculties are approachable. Basically 6 exams has been conducted in my course. They are in the moderate mode, its just that who studies can pass the exam. Very rarely students fail to clear the exam.

Shri Shikshayatan College is a good reputed college. It's an all girls college. If we talk about the fees it's approximately 25k-27k per semester. Classrooms have airconditioners. It has a library, common room and canteen. And some activities rooms. Only one issue is that it doesn't organise any feast. Overall it's a decent reputed college for All girls college.

Placement Experience

From 2nd year students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like EY, KPMG, TCS , and many companies visit the college for the placement. Highest package is 5LPA and the Avg would be 2.5 Lpa. I don't know the percentage of students getting placement because there are many students who opt for different career paths

Fees and Financial Aid

Being honest, my yearly fees is same for all four years, but only for the first year it was 10000 more as the registration. And in our university we are given some addition scholarship for paying the fees early . This is good for some students as they got some scholarship and some relief too . Registration fee was 10000 only Hostel fees was 120000 which is actually a good amount as we get 1 seperate room so that we can study well and food is also good of this university as compared to other universtiy Addition fees is not taken from us , everything is included in tutuion fees only , Being honest i am not in friend circle with all categories students . So i dont know anything about it About the scholarship, students with 75 above marks get 20 -30 percentage of the scholarship and that scholarship is applied in even sem , Yearly fees is divided into 2 sem half amout in odd sem and half in even sem . And also the marks of jee also matters . Like above 70 get some relief. Attendance is mandatory in our university, like those who has scholarship then they should maintain percentage Attendance as well as 75 percentage above marks in each subject else scholarship will cancle . For this purpose student remain seriours about

Internships Opportunities

As a second year student, i didn't get any opportunity till now but im looking forward to in next year as they provide placemmet and training in last year and as off now ju gets many companies like hp , infosys etc but all of these companies have high expectations and are having criteria for slection and only few students get to the interview round and these companies are in need for limited students which is a can as there are many students

Fees and Financial Aid

For this year my fees was nearly approximately 34,000 ? i.e. for 2nd year. And for last year, the first year in college, my fees was approximately 36,750?. Which I paid through online method, a pretty easy task for me to submit my college fees through online portal. Moreover, last year submitted the NSP form which was available for everyone for scholarship which took a lot of time to get submitted in the admin office because many documents were needed in that like Caste certificate, adhaar card, 10th, 12th marksheet etc. I got a scholarship of 12,000? for 1st year. For this year I have submitted my verification documents, and waiting for the scholarship to come. My batchmates nearly have the same fees but also it differs a little due to the theory or practical weightage of their SEC or VAC subjects .

Faculty

Approachable ratio is almost nil because of rude behavior of faculties. The students who are involved in society just to represent their college among other colleges didn't even get attendance by faculties. They waste the time students by asking the sign for lots of professors for giving attendance & still don't update attendace on ERP portal and ignore messages upon asking. Saying honestly I don't like any of the faculties but the behavior of staff members of the department is modest, they understand students. Total two exams in one semester since last semester i.e. one mid sem and other is final semester exams. Bsc students also have practical exams. These exams are easy to clear if the student study well according to the syllabus and PYQs to understand oaper methodology.

Faculty

The faculty in Daulat Ram college is pretty good for the course of b.com hons. For a class of about 50-60 students there are about 1-2 teachers assigned for each subject depending on the practical and tutorial elements. It is easily manageable for them and the students too. The faculties are approachable in matters of doubts, assignments and academic help. A few faculties that I have personally liked in my course are- Dr. Anjali Bennet ma'am. She is very cooperative and allows a lot of relaxation in case of deadlines. Eases the overall pressure on a student. Ghazala ma'am, took quite some effort to complete all the syllabus and practical work, beyond class times even though she is a guest faculty and joined late to the class. Himanshu Shekhar Sir, is deeply enrooted in his subject of Law and teaches very nicely. Isha Bhatt ma'am is also a very nice faculty. Explains well and is approachable. No particular faculty is as such to be disliked. But I wish they could interact with students more on their personal level regarding matters of mental health, academic pressure, etc. The core discipline specific subjects have two elements in the exam. The total marks is of 160. 90 marks are given by the end of semester exam. These are written exams and include full syllabus. The paper pattern is consistent and the exam difficultly varies year wise. But the PYQs are a real gem. You can use them to pass the exams well with good marks. Many students clear the exam with minimum but smart preparation. The course curriculum is also very relevant according to higher courses and exam pov. The other 70 marks are a given by IA and CA (internal assessment and continuous assessment) It includes a combination of test, assignments, presentation/practical exam, viva voce depending on the course curriculum, and attendance marks. You have to pass in IA and CA compulsorily.

Course Curriculum Overview

The b.com hons course of DU is highly relevant for higher education. It is a reputed course here in DU and holds great significance in further discourse. The curriculum is designed well according to real life market needs. The subjects like law, principles of marketing, financial management, business maths, accounting are highly relevant in higher studies. The practical component of these subjects like TALLY, EXCEL can be used in real life job roles. For me the curriculum is fit enough, and needs no major improvement. The frequency of assignments, tests keep you up with the syllabus and the end semester exams are hectic. It can be a little hectic but it is manageable with proper smart planning on important topics and relevance in exam pov. The difficulty level is moderate for the exams.
