After joining this college I quickly got adopted to this environment as it very easy for every individual. Everyone here is so supportive of the students and encourage the student talents. they even facilitate many extracurricular activities. many singing and dance competitions are held at the college. they even encourage the students for the events held outside the campus.they encourage the students to participate in all the fields.even many quiz competitions and paper presentations are held
yes,the which i am doing was entirely depended on my own interest.it was quite satisfactory. here they focus more on theory than practical learning.but even the practical learning is quite good. yes many researches are being held in our campus one among them was our college made its own satellite and launched it successfully .there is one elective option and it is satellite communication.

This course is very tough but I work hard that gave me more interest in this course. I am focusing on everything that is to be related with this course. Sorry there is not any research initiatives taken by my institute.
Placement in my college is very good. About 70% to 80% students got placed. The major companies are TCS, Infosys,Wipro,Amazon, cognizant etc. The average package is about 4k per annum.
The course curriculum is pretty refined and gets modified with pretty changes every two or three years. There is a lot of focus on practical learning as most of the subjects have been changed to Project-Based Learning which requires a student to study and learn about subjects and get practical knowledge about them. Yes, for those who are interested there are plenty of options for research activities as all the faculties are P.hd. and thus promote research activities and according to a recent ranking by MHRD ranking University has been given a lot of points on research-based activities. There are plenty of elective options provided in the college with varying options to choose from. Mostly all the subjects are open to students like Transportation Natural Disaster Ground Improvement Techniques Earthquake Engineering Industrial waste management Solid waste management Etc.
College life is pretty chilled in VIT as one can enjoy and do whatever they want to do. There are gyms, stadium, tennis court, badminton courts inside the campus. There is very minimal tolerance for the Public Display of Affection in the College. Otherwise, the college provides pretty much all the facilities required for the overall development of an individual. Vellore as a city is not that advanced but you will pretty much get everything you need in or around campus. There are pretty good tourist places nearby campus like Pondicherry, Ooty, Coorg, Bangalore, Mysore, Kodaikanal, etc.. One can enjoy these places over long weekends and be back in time for college. College is pretty much connected by rail and road network though air link is still missing. My experience during my time has been pretty good and the life has been memorable.

Events and Activities held regulary in the campus. Many clubs are active in JMIT that organizes various activities and events .There are technical fest held by every department and there is one cultural fest(Enchante) that happens in March every year. The cultural fest are again fine but not like other college's as no celebrity comes to JMIT as the management never agrees on that. They even doesn't look for sponsors and the management never takes any deal from sponsors claiming that they have enough money of their own resulting in killing the amazing experience of the fest. All the do is they manage to invite some army general or old professor or some political leader and make him there chief guest. So cultural fest was not that big but certainly an enjoyable experience for the students. No outsiders from the college are allowed in the cultural fest limiting the average footfall to only college student of both JMIT and JMETI. Nearly 2000 -3000 students are there in cultural fest. Lastly food was offered freely for students on the last day of Cultural Fest. The organization and college authorities contribute for almost everything having a stronghold on what should be done and what should not be.

So unless you are a bright and money person this college is not a good choice for you.

I am studying computer science and engineering. It is good for me because my interest is towards it yes they are focusing on lab practicals. Yes elective option is also there in that i have taken cloud computing and software testing
All the faculty are well qualified and they have experience of teaching also. They try interact with the students and try to solve their problems.. in meanwhile the standard of teaching in good.

The placement scenario is quite good.Nearly eighty five to ninety percent of the students get placed every year.We have type 1 ,type 2,type 3 companies coming to our college. companies like google, flipkart, amazon comes under type 2...wipro,tcs,hp that gives bulk recruitment comes under type 2 whereas some companies that provides a package of one lakh comes under type 3
I feel a personal care on each and every student will develop the individual in a better way possible. My overall experience is good but i feel that small adjustments are required while you are becoming elder and that's how you adjust to the environment very easily. Its worth spending your valuable 4 years of life in this esteemed institution.
Every course in this institute is as good as it can be Best supportive staff and members With highly educated teachers more than 250 patents registered by students in this college
As said earlier college well know for best placement drive in area. Major companies bentley flipkart tcs Mercedes amazon mahindra nd mahindra tata and many more
Well qualified and experienced! They are very interactive! Some aren’t very qualified but thy teach well and some are extremely qualified and experienced but aren’t very good in teaching the concept and their subjects!
There are two feats , one being intro college fest called vibrations and the other being the inter college fest! It’s well organized!
Even though it is possible for anyone who wants to go to college to do so, there are some things that can help make it easier for you to get into the college you want to attend and easier for you once you're in. For instance, one thing everyone who thinks about going to college should do is to take college preparatory classes. Those include, at least three, preferably four, years of studies in English, math, science, and social studies. You should probably also take foreign language courses, computer classes, and performance art. Each college and university has its own admission requirements, so contact a school you're interested in attending to find out what you need to do to prepare or visit the school's web site.
Admission process was simple on the basis of your 12th percentage. interview conducted by head of department. and taken admission. Many different kinds of study aids (classes that people pay for, high school courses that people take as electives, software programs, books, and web sites) are promoted as ways to improve entrance exam scores. Whether any or all of these can help improve your chances of making a good score is something you and your family should consider for your particular circumstances. Talk to your high school counselor about study aids that are available to you.
Every year there used to be both technical and cultural fests that used to be huge. It is used to continue for 2 days. it used to be organised by student welfare department with all charm and dedication ..but we had to pay an amount of 500 rs and if not submitted on time plus 100 rs of fine over 500.
Placement drive was good quality students got placed with satisfied package. The major companies i know in which my friends got placed was microsoft, disney, amazon

Vignan offers a course structure which no other university doesnt offer that is selecting a MINOR STREAM...They will give you a minor degree which would be very helpful in campus placements and off campus drives. For example, I pursued my btech in EEE as major degree, along with that i had a choice to choose a minor degree from HUMANITIES, MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. I took IT as my minor degree, which helped me to have an extra step to have core knowledge along with computer knowledge.. Different branches will have different minor degree offerings. They have to choose their minor in 2nd year of 4year course. The classes will be conducted seperately to the main degree. The course structure is evenly balanced form first year.First year is basically same syllabus for every branch( Except 2 or 3 subjects). We will have electives from 2nd year. Based on our interest we can choose. And one more interesting thing is the Internship for a complete semester of our choice in 4th year i.e. we can go to internship in 4-1 or 4-2(our wish) which helps us to have a practical work experience before going out of University. If u dont want to go to intership, we can stay at college and do a project along with 4 subjects.
Exams are regular in Vignan university i.e literally every week. Internal marks are divided between Weekends and Mid Examinations. You will have an weekend examination every week on Monday (mostly) which helps us to improve our internal marks. You will write 6 or 7 weekends per subject per semester. Most of times they will consider best of 4 or 5 (it varies every time). You will have 3 Mid exams per semester out of which, two best results are considered. There will be total of 100 marks out of which 60 for sem end exam or external and 40 as internals Internals are furthur divided into 18+18 ( Weekend + Mid) and remaining 4 marks are based on attendance. Labs will have two exams.Internals and externals and 100 marks are divided into 50+50 respectively.

Arya college of engineering and information technology has qualified and understanding faculties helps the students in every tough and rough situation. If they found any student is not participating in the class activities, talk to him and try to resolve the problems.
I got the admission in Arya college through Rpet examination. Except it, you can get here on the basis of jee result. Your marks will be the main remark of your admission. There is no interview process at all for admission.

AEEE exam nd talking about landing its totally my badluck bcuz i didn't write any other entrance exams and the reputed which i wrote got messed up. No there is no such interview kind of thing. Out of compulsion bcuz i couldn't get cse. But after choosing this i got interest in it and started performing well.
They are well qualified but not talented. Some are really interactive and interested in helping is but some useless their qualification is just a tag to them. Their qualification is not at all relevant to their qualification. The standard is better than local colleges but not worth for the fee paid.

Since college is NIT therefore fee is just like other NITs i.e. tution fee is about 80000 per semester and hostel fee is about 28000 including mess charge in which about 21000 is refundable money from both hostel and institute fee . According to government scheme there is full remission in tution fee for economically weak students i.e. whose family annual income is below 1 lac and for sc/st students
Faculties are young and energetic and they are highly qualified. Almost all have done their Ph.d from various IITs and NITs. Their ways of teaching is really excellent but there is lack of experience faculty in my college and not so faciliated labs are available since the institute doesn't have its own permanent campus but it running in temporary campus of government polytechnic college

Exams are on pattern as defined by University of Mumbai, with quite a good autonomy for Textile dept, as this was the only college of textiles in university of Mumbai. There were five written papers in each semester and five practicals. Practical and lab work goes quite a hectic and stressful, accuracy was important there. Most interesting was the project work, that was actually on site at some industry and give an exposure of real world problem. Here we had the opportunity to add value to our subject , and we are proud that each of my batch did that gracefully :) , with atleast one paper in national journal.
Events, WOW, All time it was fun being there. Near to Wadala and Parsi Colony , in the center of a city like Mumbai, this place is full of energy and high intensity activities. Cultural events were full off Bollywood celebrities and top DJs played there. And yes, what matters to most to us, the Technovanza, That time to us it seems to be the most advanced place of robotics . gender ratio is good, almost 40 % are girls . Students are mainly from Maharastra but also about 20% are from other states. Few of guys from Assam , Orissa and Punjab were good friend of mine.

Usually, an application form for admission in Birla Institute of technology Jaipur releases in June month every year.I don't about the present status of procedure for filing application form but that time I took a print out of online application form and filled the hard copy.then go with a certain amount of bank demand drafting.when u go for queries related to an application form, administration of Birla Institute of technology Jaipur is really helpful
Faculty members of Birla institute of technology Jaipur are good and highly qualified.some faculty members are from different indian institute of technology and other are from different prominent engineering colleges of India .they have great experience of teaching and working in software companies.so their guidance is really helpful for students.

Cultural fest were held in college where i have participated in that and showed my performance. We also celebrate Teachers Day, 2 October, Saraswati Pooja in our college where college students are present.
No entrance exam no personal interview it was on merit basis. As my birthplace is Guwahati and in this city this was a good college so i have taken admission in this college.
Fest subrang in Deshbandhu college is very renounced for calling very famous celebs. 2017- neha kakkar, 2016- Badshah, 2015- Mohit Chauhan. Except Subrang, each and every department in Deshbandhu college organises its own fest.
No college did not provide any loan. But it helps the students in getting scholarship. There are laptops available for the students in bulk. Students are issued laptops according to their needs.
Campus was nice and full of greenery. Canteen was also there which give bot south and north Indian food. gender ration was almost equal. Lab and sports competition was held in college. like for cricket, football and basket ball college was having their team which participate in various competition in college tournaments. Labs were good and we were able to learn every time.
Placement was decent through college. Good number of company comes to college like Infosys, tata Elxi, Mphasis, SLK Softwares and may more came during our time. and almost 80% was placed in MNC and small companies through college. Package given by companies was as per standard like infosys gave 3.5Lpa and TATA ELXI gave 2.8LPA.

Examonation is in four semesters whereas each exam takes around 10 day to be completed. The examination are based on the course structure. Placement opportunity in the college is deteriorating day by day and college should give due focus on providing good job opportunity to the students. Though the companies do come to the college for placement but that too is shrinking day by day. More focus shoudl be given in it.
The course curriculum was not so vibrant and could be changed and should be reviewed. The turn over of teachers are so frequent and that too is not so dynamic. Practical exposure should be added more and students should be given more opportunity to participate in external affairs. The faculty should also devote much time to give students more external exposure.
