The college has Fresher party for 1st year students, College annual day function, Texup- technical fest, SPHURTI- sport fest, Teacher's day celebration and last Farewell party to the final year students and most of them are organised by students. Yes, college authorities contributes in some of the programs by inviting the aluminies.
Yes, there are extracurricular activities like: kavi sammelan, SPHURTI- Fest in which all sport activities are organised, Cricket and football tournaments both at college and state level . Yes, I take part in cricket tournaments.

The overall experience in the campus is good. As it was life changing some part turned out to be positive and some negative and that is what required to maintain the equilibrium i guess. But to complete the procedure I will short it out in a simple way that it was life changing period for me. Starting from the infrastructure ,the college has got enough eye catching scene.Best part of this is the greenery. Now talking about the educational part ,the college has a full of experienced faculties to train us to the best and provide me with best of guidelines. Now coming to the cultural activities,my college organised one of the best cultural & sports fest in India.Overall a healthy environment for a healthy development.
In terms of extracurricular activities the college is best I would say. There are a lot of societies formed by the students which organize several interesting and fruitful events. The facilities provided were average. To summarize the total experience of college is quite difficult because words are not enough to do so.

Some teachers are quite exceptional. They are highly experienced. But there are also some who have only the degree and do not have any idea about the subject but yet they are teaching. Most of them are just doing their jobs so they are not so interactive and the standard they provide in teaching is disastrous as they focus more on getting marks rather then knowledge.
It depends on the kind of interest. If the subject is good and interesting then it force us to enjoy the beauty of lab but when the subject is boring and the interaction with Teachers are less then the lab is quite boring. Upto certain extent it is a chill culture.

Our college is one of the most disciplined college and we are proud enough to be an VVITIAN. It promotes student centrist approach and promotes every student to build their paths for their brighter future.

All over IIITDM is a very good college, only some things have to be changed related to administration. All the faculties are so helpful excluding one and students here are one of the finest students of the country. My overall experience in this college is the mixture of good and not so good feelings and yes I recommend this college to every one who do not get good IIT or NIT after their JEE exam. I learnt so many things regarding my courses and gain so much of practical knowledge that I can apply in any product based company and they will never reject me. I make friends here for life time. Some of them are very smart and some are not but all of them are good humans.
All of the teaching faculties have Ph.D. degree. Most of them have done their Ph.D. from IIT's and some of them have their Ph.D. from foreign universities like Bristol, etc. They are interactive enough to solve any problems faced by any student in the institute. The classroom in the college is very decent and all of them are equipped with A.C. and projectors. The standard of teaching in IIITDM is almost similar to good IIT's as almost all of the faculties have learning experience of IIT.

Since b.tech course has tremendous craze so i have taken admission in this. It makes us technically sound and to enhance our technical knowledge and skills. It will lead us to be a responsible engineers who will evolve into innovators and entrepreneurs capable of delivering out standing solutions.Practicals are as equally important as theory section and must be emphasis on them. In our college practical learning focus is quite usual. Researches regarding SWACHCHH BHARAT ABHIYAN by disposal of cow dung through composting we made bio gas for hostel mess. As elective subjects we have subjects like ENTERPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT, MECHANICAL SYSTEM DESIGN, AND COMPUTER AIDED MANUFACTURING.
Every college has two admission procedure, one is through counselling and latter one is management quota. I am admitted in the college through management quota. There is no any interview process followed. I was having in technical section therefore, I have chosen b.tech course and since I was keenly interested in automobile sector therefore i have selected mechanical branch.

Placement scenario is excellent. The career development center and placement committee members work hard for this.We have two placement sessions. The placement percentage of different branch varies. For my branch, it remains 70-85% in general. Trending branches get 100 % placement like CSE, Mathematics and computing.Major companies those visit our campus are in the field related to software development, data analytics. They also include many fortune 500 companies.Eg. Tower research, Mckinsey, EY, Microsoft, Google etc.For non-core, average package is around 9-10 lakhs per annum for others its around 7-9 lakhs per annum.
The course curriculum is old and recently administration is trying to change it to introduce more practical learning. One can choose several additional, micro-credit course, minor and micro-specialization according to his interest subject to candidate's performance in his major CGPA/SGPA. Many research initiatives are taken and can be found from college website.
MBBS is a course, which seems easy and interesting owing to the depth of your interest on it hence more passionate you're about it, easier it'll be Research is encouraged in this college. Practicals are done everyday
The standard of teaching is really appreciable though it's one of the 23 medical colleges in the country that have an intake capacity of 250, the personal interaction is really good

I am currently studying MBA-international business and there is a keen focus on presentation and case studies , well apparently my college has a ultimate provision for no. Of research and innovation projects.
CAT-2016, I admired this college since childhood. Yes there was an interview process along with group discussion. Well it was my decision to choose this course.

As you know Computer is all about practical only. So, in my college also Lab facility was very good. there were several labs was there for a different subject and one was the central lab also known as CCF Lab. I will recommend you to choose CSE Because placement For CSE is Very high there compared to any other Branch.
As per current schedule fee Structure is Same as (More or less) Other Private College. Fee Structure Per Semester(Duration 6 Month) is Around 40,000 exclusive of Hostel Fee.

Yes. I think if quality resources and faculty is increased this institution can be the best college in Nagpur. There is a great need for more teachers and alumni interaction and quality placements.and I would say its been a fabulous journey through out my graduation till date. The faculty members are so helpful and ready to cooperate with you if u seek any sort of advice, counselling or help. There are various committees and cells under which different activities and competitions(intra as well as inter collegiate level) are organised for the development of overall personality of students
For my course its 3000/- INR each year and I belong to general category and I opted for communicative English as well for which separately we had to pay 1000/- INR each year. No other subject had a separate fee structure except this. It is quite affordable. The other categories such has SC and ST had relatively lower fee structure and scholarships are also awarded for the deserving minority students on the basis of 10+2 score.

Campus life in NIT TRICHY, is one of the must have experiences that only some colleges have. It's known for the freedom given to the students not used negatively. Coming to gender ratio, it would be about 30 girls for every 100 boys. We can find students coming from various localities all around India, also DASAA candidates whose families settled in foreign. Also we can find foreigners here and there came for pursuing higher studies or research. As all NITs will have 50% population from the native state, here also Tamil students are dominating both in number and politics. But we can find other language students holding higher positions like Students representatives, General secretary etc... We can find many Boy-Girl couples roaming on roads or in cafes, which mirrors the sexual orientation and maturity levels of the students.
Concluding, I can say that studying in NIT TRICHY, not only developed my inner personality , I made several friends, including some, because of whom I feel lucky. The college provides, like many prestigious institutions, all resources to place our career in a Fruitful way or to destroy us, as like both sides of a coin. It is tested in our hands to make a maximum benefit from the College. Director of our college Respected Mini Shaji Thomas, is well educated and experienced, enabling our College in safe hands. Other management is worth appreciation , and striving hard for our better future, both Students and the Reputation of the College.

After the board results are out we as students have to wait for the cut off lists to be released by Delhi university. There are various cut off lists which shows the name of every college and perecntage required for every course to take an admission there. Students need to see that either in the newspaper or on the DU website from where they get to know that in which college they can be admitted in. The dates are specified there for every cut off which comes one after the other. We need to go to college and fill a form and wait in a que along with all the necessary documents like school certificates and marksheet. Once it’s your turn you go inside where the concerned Person handles all your documents and confirms that you are eligible to be admitted in the specific course. After that is done you are supposed to pay the admission fee and that is when your admission is finally confirmed.
As soon as we enter the college as freshers there is an orientation day. On this day we are introduced by our teachers and our seniors. The various societies of the college including drama, dance and fashion society give their mind blowing performances. The next event comes the official freshers party of every course. In this party there are various contests and the winner is titled as Mr and Miss freshers. There is a lavish lunch followed by entertainment sessions. Apart from this the most awaited DELHI UNIVERSITY fests take place when singers and actors visit our college and give their performances. This year Sharmili Kholgade gace a concert in our college which was phenomenal indeed. Further comes the department seminars in which a cheif guest is invited and a session about a particular topic or issue is raised and discussed about.

They are less fest, cultural and technical event organized in our campus,Last year Computer science department as conducted a technical fest called impulse ,we had science exhibhition,Mathematics exhibhition,Mechatonics department has started 1 association called MERA(Mechatronics Engineering and robotics association). This time mechatronics department is conducting fest which include project expo(any project),quiz and painting/sketching on swachh bharat,EC department is conduting workshop on line follower and obstacle avoiding robot. All the fest was organized well

I landed up talking electronics and telecommunication thinking it to be a core branch but it was a horrible mistake. The curriculum and sparing a few the staff is not at all good and they don't know how to deliver lectures and their English is very poor. There is almost no practical learning. The labs are very smaller in size and equipment are very few in numbers and the whole practical group do not gate chance to perform the practical and only few students are able to do it.No research initiatives are taken by the institute whatsoever. The electives are RTOS,PLC,AVE, Broadband Communication Systems which are interesting subjects and the staff is also good for it.
I wrote entrance exam AIEEE back in the days and didnt not score too well. So i thought to do my engineering from Pune university. I gave this college(PCCOE) a visit and thought at first that it is a god college when i saw all the buildings from outside but these different buildings were different colleges run in a small space all together for different courses. Then i got selected for this college through ARC rounds. There were no interview processes for this college. I wanted to study Computer Science but i landed up doing Electronics and telecommunication which is not worth at all.

Christ University, one of the most reputed institutes for BBA in our country, holds entrance exams once in a year. Candidates who successfully fulfill the passing criteria are required to appear for the interview and group discussion. Subsequently, shortlisted candidates are required to get themselves enrolled within a stipulated period of time. I chose to pursue BBA from Christ University because of the value that this degree carries and the interactive way the faculty teaches each subject.
BBA is said to be one of the most practical courses. Studying BBA helped me to enhance my knowledge as to how the business environment works. A great number of case studies form part of our curriculum which helps us to know and understand business problems in depth.

The course I selected was mechanical. Though there was not much focus on practical learning but we students forced our faculties to go the practical way. Our VC is a person associated to academics so when he joined our college he brought along clean energy and solar projects in our college funded by Govt of India and in partnership with foreign Universities, on which I personally got chance to work upon fir more than 2 years.
The sports fest every is of state level, and the technical and cultural and Managerial fest were all city level. Every year we had one sports fest of 7 days and one techno-cultural fest of 3 days at different time durations. In between for the last 2 years we were also having Management fest which was also city level. In sports and techno-cultural fests the average footfall used to be around 2000-3000.

As it was established long ago, there are some changes need to be made in the infrastructure and also it lags in some basic provisions. The kind of interaction we have with our seniors is quite good and they guide us like brothers and sisters. We are lucky to be a part of this institution. I completed my sophomore age and reached 3rd year of engineering.Trust me its going to be the one of the favorite past time once you become an alumni. You enjoy each and every minute being in college and even i do.I thank my parents for putting me in such a wonderful college
As it is a government college and i entered through counseling my fees is ten thousand per year. But there are NRI quota seats also available and they will be charged more for it approximately twenty to thirty lakhs per year.if you enter through counseling its quite affordable.i recommend our institution everyone who has the possibility to join

If I talk about diversity college students organise some celebration of festivals like Navratri and Ganesha mostly Hindu festivals. Gender ratio is different in each branch I am in mechanical and in mechanical branch there is 177 boy and only 3 girls . But when we talk about computer engineering there are more girls as camper of boys and in other branches we can say it almost 1:1 ratio. We organise events like sportsweek , debate , on the spot speech etc . College also invites great personalities for guest lecturer . Our college is a self financial so most of students are belonging from well economic condition. There is no tolerance about girl - boys or religious etc.
There is two exam students have to give - 1. Internal exam and 2 . External exam or GTU exam. 1. Internal exam - internal exam is organise by college . Exam papers are also been settled by college faculties. It's paper has been settled of 30 marks and students have to got atleast 12 to got passed. 2 - GTU exam - GTU exam is settled by our university . Exam papers are been settled of 70 marks and to got passed studentshave to score atleast 32 marks . If any students be not able to pass exam then he/she got a backlog o. Particular subject and he/she have to give exam again. When student also not be able to passes backlog then it be considered as KT.

Many technical cultural program is organised by our college . Example::- Rojgar Mela ,Science Day. Many students teachers and other people participate in technical, cultural and other programs.
BSc math is good course for teaching and learning. Maximum focus is practical learning. Nothing required to any institute (coching). Election process is not available in my college.
