The course structure of all the courses in bits pilani is very flexible. The colleges allows students to take electives irrespective of their branches. For eg.A civil student can take the cse electives.The structure also allows to take finance electives(which feels very great). As far as research is concerned,we have clubs like Team Anant, which basically focuses on space associated research.

The placement of Bits pilani is considered to be one of the best in India.The averages packages in branches like CSE are EEE are very high.The average package of CSE as per institute records is 27.04 lakhs and for EEE and ENI are about 13 lakhs. The core branches however do not have a great placement scenario. The average package for branches like mechanical and civil are about 8 lakhs.

Unfortunately, the placement scenario was also not very good. There weren't any good companies visiting the campus. In fact, they took the students to some other campus for interviews. A few MNC's like Genpact and Nuance have been there but they must have picked a handful of candidates, especially engineers. Most students had to rely on off-campus placement because of poor placements.

There have been a lot of events held over the year like college fests, rock shows, concerts with a lot of famous celebrities visited the college over the 2 years, like Priyanka Chopra, Govinda, Honey Singh, etc have rocked the grounds of the campus. Students participated in all sorts of competitions held by the university in the city.

Yes, the college provide the internship the college itself has the placement cell which not only deals with the internship but also helps the students for the after college job opportunities which will enhance there carrier.

I got admission on basis of 12th merit and got admission in the college and there was no entrance exam for the B.com and the cut off was quite high in my college.

Many events were celebrated in our collage like yearly annual day event is organised every end of the year. Apart from this we celebrated independence day and awards and recognition day for the encouragement of the students. Freshers party and the farewell for the final year student are the most touching one i ever felt and i miss those days. The best event of the college days.

We have to first pay the examination fees and then we were with the hall ticket number. We had a very strict structure that our college followed and each student in one bench and the lectures were very strict in this matter. Looking at lab exams the class was divided in half for one particular lab and in that no body would get the same question and the most importantly.

Campus life is dull, there are hardly any extracurricular activities organised throughout the year except the fest, and you are forced to attend classes by guards or teachers roaming the grounds or corridors. About 20% of the PCs in the Computer labs did not function properly. The gender ratio is also tipping towards the Male end, because in fields like Mech and Civil Engg, usually only boys take admission.

Once the results for AIEEE were revealed, I visited this college with my parents. Situated in the middle of farms and villages, the location of this college is extremely unsuitable. But at first glance, the infrastructure of the college makes up for it. We were taken to the Admin block where we sat down to discuss the course, fees, transportation facilities and rules of the college.

Faculty of our college is good well educated and certified in their work as there are different teacher for different subject and masters in that particular subject. As they are specially appointed for teaching faculties are called from outside to teach the students and they are very good in their teaching skills.

The curriculum is excellent with nice teachers and nice students as the teachers are good in their work as they provide proper teaching regarding to the course. Which students are doing as there are different courses and there are different teachers for different courses.

Our faculty are well qualified and experienced. Many have B.tech and M. tech from iits. They give us every chance to ask a question and clear our doubt. They are supporting. They ask us question and take test apart from internal test and Semester exam also.assignment and practicals are given by us to write about.

Fee structure is ordinary 1,30,000 for a year. It also includes hostel fee. Living in west bengal is also not costly as southern states. It take about 80,000 for first semester and 50,000 for 2nd semester. Hostel charge is also included in this figure cost is also less for fooding and clothing.

Exam structure here is very good, there are holidays for 30 days after every semester exam and the college undergoes strict rules for examination and they conduct it after 5 months of academic period and If a student fails in any subject in the examination then he/she will be able to give a supplement exam.

The application form was collected from the campus after the twelfth state board exam results. Once the form was submitted I was call for counselling on a particular date to choose my course. They shortlisted on the basis of my twelfth exam course and the students were called based on scores i.e. higher score means, counselling on the first day.

The course structure was well organised with efficient staff members. The lab facilities was very good. The course offered good knowledge and provides opportunities for higher studies. They also develop communication skills by means of English lab which was one of the best to use.They also have a huge library which was very helpful.

Freshers day for our juniors, annual day was celebrated every year in a big way, pharmacy day was also a special event for us and we used to prepare for that from almost a month. All the students were participating in one or the other activity which actually made us close to our seniors and our juniors also which we are still maintaining till now and hope we will maintain in future also.

Actually there was no placement cell at all in vaagdevi college. We did job search by ourself. They told us that they are working for in campus placements but it will take 2 more years. But now there is a placement cell with career guidance. Now what i am hearing form my juniors that around 40-50% students are getting jobs in the in campus selections only.

VIT has students from all over the country. It is a multi-cultural university. Gender ratios are approximately 7:3 (Male to Female) VIT has a lot of extracurricular facilities like gyms, swimming, sports grounds, indoor stadiums, etc. It has many competitions in all fields like robotics, finance, law, biology, chemistry, coding, hackathons, etc.

There are 2 major festivals in VIT, Gravitas, and Riviera. Riviera is the technical fest whereas Riviera is the sports and cultural fest. Colleges from across the country take part in both the fests. Riviera is rated as one of the best cultural fests in the country where famous artists perform each year.

In my college the whole faculty were well qualified with good teaching skills. Maximum faculty had pursued ph.d in there subjects with good universities and authors of many books which are also prescribed and good too which helps in learning. The faculty of my college were also well interested in teaching and way of teaching is also out standing.

I had to submit my documents and the procedure prescribe by the college council helps to proceed in steps of admission in this college. When notice was released about admission they had informed me by call and emails about documents required for admission.

Firstly i fill a form "Ipu-cet" in the somewhere in month of February and the paper held in the month of april and result disclosed in the month of june and then counselling starts. As for counselling you have to pay 1000 rs and then you can take part in further round of counselling. Through counselling you can get a college you have to report there ad fill the admission form and the pay fee.

Our course is mechanical and automation engineering. There are 8 sem in which there are 6-7 subjects and there 5-6 practical in each semester our college also focused on research because in my college you have freedom to choose projects and also our college represent in competition like BAJA SUPRA SAE EVENTS.

The college provides summer training for college students . The training is free of cost Various software, technical , personality skills are thought.

I gave entrance test, JEE in 2013. I scored 95 marks. I registered for HRSC counselling and got the admission.

Exams and labs are not that frequent. With the Pune university's new 30-70 pattern. There is hardly any time for college to complete syllabus. The first exam which we call In-sem is within 2 month of start of semester which has the first 3 units. The End-sem exam is 3 months after that which has all units. In-sem is a bit hectic but the end-sem has 1 prep day after each paper.

Course curriculum is very poorly planned. They give so much to write that there is hardly any time for extra activities. Also they try to focus wholely on the syllabus only. Zero support for Research. I personally experienced it when i had an idea for our last year project and our project guide totally discouraged me.

Faculty were mainly research professors having done PHD and M tech from top colleges. They were cooperative and always at disposal for any research work. In lab they personally inspected our practicals, also we went on tours to hydro power and other construction sites for examining the book knowledges with the field work. Many students went for masters in foreign universities on the recommendation of our college Proffers.

I gave exam in Srinagar only on a beautiful Sunday. The paper went well and besides I gave B arch exam also. The whole admission process was smooth and faced no hurdles. Got my seat allotted in civil engineering department and administration was cooperative. I got the form from NIT only, I filled it and then got it speed post/courier and got my admit card downloaded online.

Placement is very less because our college is recently started. Now they are improving. They can provide good placement in future. 100% placement top companies . For MBA M.TECH also good job opportunities in our college only.

Fees structure is less compare to other for college 32000. Government quota students is less. Management fees is very costly 400000. Deposit 5000.extra exam fees ,supplimentry fees . Re registration fees is very costly.

I appeared CAP round after Scoring 80% in diploma for getting admission in this college. So from CAP process i hot this college for B. PHARM.

College celebrate many fest like Annual Function, Teachers day cultural day, freshers day and many more.

Course curriculum is available on net . Subject books are suggested by respective lecturers only. Initially we have to choose our area of research. In second year we need to submit basic model of our research. We have to remain in constant touch with our project guide. In last year we need to dedicate for research project.

There were many technical, cultural, management festivals in college. They were organized at large scale. Students in DTU are pretty active when it come to fest , technical, cultural activities. I do not have much time to become part of these events as I have to rush to office as soon as class ends.

The schedule was manageable. We were given enough time to prepare for the same. We used to have labs everyday for 2 hours. Exams were conducted by GTU and also were checked by the GTU professors. Exams were easy to pass if the student prepares thoroughly. Constant learning and preparing is necessary for scoring good.

Placements are amazing. They are at par compared to any other college. We get plenty of companies visiting our campus.Major MNCs like TCS, Evosys, Shaporji pallonji, L&T, IBM, IGate, Adani, Reliance, GSFC etc visited our college. TCS took maximum number of students that was 120. Others took around 5-8.
