Regarding placements the company has a placement cell which looks after the placements of students and it ensures adequate students are employed from college every year. It had also tied up with TASK to provide job opportunities to the students. Many companies come to the college to conduct placement drives like Amazon, Vedanta, Google, Wipro etc.

Coming to the events every year so many events will be celebrated in the college. There will Freshers Party for the incoming juniors and Farewell party for the outgoing seniors. This promotes a healthy environment within the students. Apart from this every department has their own fests conducted every year.

The process for admission is either through UPTU Exam or through management quota. And I went through management quota so no process was followed for management quota students. Coming to the procedure First of all you give UPTU Entrance exam and according to your score you will be called for counselling and there you will fill the names of different UPTU colleges according to your wish.

According to me if you are asking about how good is the syllabus or the course structure of Electronics and Communication when it comes to research then I would say that every engineering field contains more than 40 subjects so its totally up to you in which topic you want to go for research because every subject is quite vast and interesting and has good scope in research.

As the college was under Pune university. The course offered were as per university guidelines. The course pattern was best among any university in Maharashtra. The electives option provide by the university was related to the research to be taken by students.

We celebrated Ganesh festival every year, during engineering day all respective department used to have their own program. During month of December sports and technical events were organised. And prizes were distributed at the annual gathering held every year.

The exam structure was semester basis. The course has total of 6 semester. Each semester is having 5 subjects.There were mid semester exam also and it was for 20 marks and rest was for final semester. And the final result was in GPA system.After completing all the semesters the marks will be in CGPA. Other than this for the question paper and evaluation WBUT was responsible.

Yes, the placement any job opportunities are decent. During our time almost 60% of our batch got placed in various organisations like-Wipro, TCS, CTS, Tech-M. And the placement cell of the college is very good and very responsive. The faculty also present their are very good and they helped us a lot regarding the Interview exam processes and all the formalities.

The exam structure is beautifully design .Since it is an autonomous college the exam structure is governed by the management. The way the exam structure is prepared is suitable and very much concerned about the topics . The exam structure is covers all the basics and important categories of the topic which is very helpful.

Placement facilities are excellent And every batch is getting 95 percent placement before starting of final year the placement cell organised the pre placement training to the students which is helping the students for placement a lot. Students are getting opportunity to participate in the placement drive as per their choice.

The faculty is well learnt, experienced and practical. They try to give valuable inputs in order to help the students in understanding the basics of design. The faculty is from different parts of the country and of different age groups therefore, we get different opinions.

Generally you need above 90% to get a scholarship. If you are in top 3 people of your batch you do get a scholarship of 50%.

As compared to other colleges free structure for this college is very feasible. As it is a semi government college it just charge rs-650/- per academic year in FYJC & SYJC respectively. And for the degree courses it charge just rs-6500/- per academic year including all the charges for lab safety college maintenance and other facilities. Fees for the SFC course bit high with about rs-14000/- per academic year.

In our college mainly 2 fests are organised per year along with many cultural activities like nature club in which every weekend we go for the field visit to many places. We also have the social services like NSS and also we have NCC. Our main festival is to be known as "O2 THE FEST" with more than 500 participation for volunteers and over all more then 5000 students for that whole fest.

Since our college is autonomous college our exam results are in the form of cgpa , our college provides examination in their own time in the month of December and may , lab exams are provided be for the main exam , exams are conducted for 100 marks in that it is reduced to 50 marks and add internal 50 marks then they allot the grade with respect to marks .

Since our college is government college in first year we paid 21,500/- which is 18,500/- is CET fee and 3000/- for college from second year we paid 31,650/- where 18,500/- is for CET and remaining for college this is for general merits , for SC, ST fee us very low . When we compare to other colleges our college fee is feasible.

The Placement and Training Cell has made commendable achievements over the years. Students are groomed according to the requirements of industry. All students are made to go through a series of soft skill enhancement training programs during their course for nearly 200 hours which aid their personality developments to a considerable extent.

CAT. Results to be declared this coming January (2017). I opted for CAT because it is one of the most important and toughest exams and as a management student I want to do MBA after my graduation. CAT offers us to get direct admission to MBA colleges. My target is the IIMS and the XL colleges and a solid CAT result can only help me reach my target, which is very hard to achieve.

It was a simple process. I had a short interview where I was asked about my class X and XII marks. I am from Commerce background and my favourite subjects are Marketing, English, etc, I said. When asked about my other interests, I said playing, watching Football, Talking with people, watching movies, listening to music,etc.

Faculty was better and they taught us better. They always tried to finish syllabus on time. They gave us assignment too and many more other ideas to improve our result. But I think they need to work more in practical because when engineering students pass-out and come to Job Market there is no scope of Job. Because of lack of practical knowledge so they waste 6 month to 1 year to shape their career.

My admission was possibly processed in 3rd round. I visited college with my elder brother and we finalised for admission after looking into college and we met with many students who gave us positive response. I visited hostel also in Jalgaon. It was very near to the college and travelling was not an issue so finally we decided to take an admission into KCE college of engineering.

The best part of Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering is their faculties. The college has succeeded in grabbing the best they could have done. We have the masters of the core subject who were the subject matter experts. Most of them were from the IIT's. Even we had few professors who had the industrial experience and were able to relate our classroom activities and concepts with that to industries.

YCCE's annual festival popularly known as YASH is the talk of the town. It is not possible that a student studying Nagpur region does not know about YASH. Every year, YASH gathers more than 1000 of students every year from various colleges. It has celebrities, games, cultural fest and technical events. May it be a Star celebrity night or a sporting championship or a paper presentation or a quiz.

The course curriculum is jaded. It hasn't kept up with the developments in the modern world and does not equip the students with adequate knowledge and understanding to go out into the the corporate scenario. Also, the curriculum is weighed heavily in terms of courses based on core engineering and does not incorporate any soft skills development.

The faculty is both knowledgeable and experienced. However, they get stuck in the nitty gritty of the archaic curriculum and the rote based learning which ails the Indian education system. The emphasis should be more on empowering students in understanding and appreciating the different technical aspects.

Honestly, not as per my earlier expectations from IIM. But it also has the advantage, if you know the person who is teaching you can represent India in the world economic forum then, you have lesser miles to be covered to be the best. As professors have consulting assignments from different sectors, they always have good live examples to quote in the classrooms.

Course curriculum was much more about being rigorous academics. It delved less into research orientation rather than encouraged rote form of learning. Course curriculum need to be revised and must be in sync with current demand in industries and be made more application based.

Exams were very frequent along with frequent surprise quizzes. Exams happen on a trimester basis. They are very hectic and require a lot of preparation to get through. Professor determine the weight age of different subjects and relative grading system is followed.

As the college resides in a rural area most of the companies do not show interest to visit the campus. And the placement staff are also not up to the mark, not capable to bring the companies. Hope the situation is changed by now so that at least the subsequent students will be benefited. I am fortunate and thankful to the college to bring Tech mahindra to my college as i was selected for that company.

The campus life which i had will be remembered throughout my life. They are the golden 4 years in my life. I had very good time in my college. Gender ratio will be 1:1 approximately. We have different region students. We have students mostly from Andhra Pradesh only but also we have some from North and very few from Nepal too. In our college there is always encouragement for sports, robotics.

I cleared jee main entrance exam and then applied for online counselling under MP quota. In first counselling I was alloted RGPV sahdol. Then I applied for upgrade and Then i was alloted RJIT. I visit the college, the environment was good, so i decided to took admission here. Then I submitted my documents, paid the fee and accept my seat here.

Gender ratio is good. Seats in all branches are full. Seniors are supportive. and we have various clubs in sports as well as technical. I also am a part of SUPRA SAE team. There are other teams like BAJA SAE, QUAD TORC, EFFICYCLE, ROBOCON. And students can take part in all of these activities.

Placements are not much interesting as companies comes for placements are local normally (limited to ahmedabad). Also they do not offer a good salary package. I didn't have much response on that, i just have listen about them in this way. They are working to bring more companies in placement.

For the engineering student only one option JEE is only entrance exam, i got 122. Just because of i know very well about the college from my friends and some my relatives also told me so search on the internet and get review than finally i decided to get admission in this college.

The fee structure is close to 14 lacs for the two years and is feasible on an average. Options for financing and loan are also available which make it easier for students to pay off the entire sum of money across the 2 years. Financing options for over and above this are also available.

Fest such as Manfest-Varchasva, the annual management, cultural and sports festival of IIM Lucknow, and Index the Market Research Festival take place in November. All throughout the year various events are conducted to make students familiar with various management concepts.

I filled the centralised D.U Form for admissions in all colleges of D.U for the course of Bsc (Hons) Computer Science only. The cut-offs were released for every course and college , any student who clears the cut-off for a particular course in a college could take admission in that college. I had a OBC Quota and I cleared the fifth cut-off for this college. I took the admission straightaway and didn't change my mind afterwards.

The college has many events and activities throughout the year Some are Annual Cultural Fest . This the cultural fest of our college which has a footfall of approximately 2000 students every year. It is a 2 day event in which many Dance , singing , Bands and other competitions are held. the fest also has celebrity visits with the likes of Falak Shabbir , SUNBURN ,Manjot Singh etc performing in the fest in past years.
