IP university MCA entrance exam. I choose this college because there is direct connectivity from my place and i got 2600 around rank.

Yes, internship is given by college 8000 per around and overall experience was good their is lots of things to learn.

Course curriculum was not that great, not very research oriented except the project I took in final year. Very few lecturers are research oriented.And many of them teach just for the sake of job, as they have different works apart from teaching. So, choosing the correct kind of project along with the correct kind of project guide will help in research on what you were expecting out of engineering.

Gender ratio wasn't that great. As I was in a core field, our class had just 3 girls compared to 30 boys. The dorm parties were not famous. We had few associations which worked well in sometimes. We had a team for SAE BAJA and even I had participated but we couldn't reach the next level in that.

By the way thanks for this review am just recollecting the things what i and my friends done. Our campus with contains independent blocks for each department, our CS& It department block was newly constructed with good equipment's. Gender ratio its more or less its equal coming to my class its 2:1 ratio. We do have extracurricular activities every year our department will do . we have newly and sufficient lab equipment's, coming to sports we have cricket ground and in-door games as well. our college has not conducted any debates or etc.

Our college faculty is good and well experienced and minimum qualification for them is M.tech, I think in my entire 4 years of degree almost 955 lecturers are done with their master degree and even my Hod(Muthrunjai Sir)of computer science he is retired Hod from Kits warangal. and our goodluck he will take one class for 1st year and we are in. Most of the lecturers are friendly and any doudts related to subject or personally they use to guide us in right way.

It has links with many companies within india and city like ibm, wipro, Sutherland and many other companies placement and these provide support for overseas education.

EAMCET entrance exam conducted by technical board of education within Andhra Pradesh. Its the third best college next to gayatri and anits.

The gender ratio is fine, there seem to be many female students, campus life is great especially for students living in A.C rooms, mess food isn't that good also wifi is limited to 10 g.b per month, the wifi disconnects many times causing problems, there are several clubs, chapters, groups, etc in VIT, VIT encourages the active participation of students in club activities every day something or the other event takes place by some club, many seminars and guest lectures also take place atleast once every week, Most of the workshop are free and pretty helpful , we have many galleries to accomodate lot of students at once, there isn't any gender discrimination, hostel in-time for girls is 1 hour less which maybe the only case,students from every part of India live together in VIT , chinese and african students also live in hostels and study in VIT, there are no cases of ragging or quarrels, VIT has a peaceful environment.

My college where I previously studied 12th (Sri Chaitanya Junior college Vijayawada) provided me with VIT application form, through college I applied for VITEEE exam, I filled details of my application form and gave it to the college which further send application forms to VIT. After writing VITEEE online exam and securing 752 AIR rank I went to counselling in VIT Vellore, on the same day I opted for ECE branch, paid counselling fee and later paid the full fee through D.D to confirm the seat within the same month of counselling.

Campus Life is excellent . We have a 1150 acres lush green campus with world class facilities for all the sports. Food facilities are also excellent with lot of prominent food chain outlets inside the campus. We have a very highly efficient private sis security inside the campus. Only thing that it lags behind is the gender ratio but it is mainly because less no of girls that clear jee examination . Also we have lot of cultural and technical clubs inside the campus and they all were very well developed due to significant amount of funding that they get from the college authorities. Now if we talk about discrimination then i didn't even once observed any kind of discrimination based on gender race or other factors.

We usually have 5-6 courses in every semester and each course usually have 2 quizzes and 2 examinations (mid sem and end sem ). Above information is general . It may very from course to course like some professors may take only one exam or some may ask you to do some graded project . Since we have a very fast paced curriculum and also 5 days a week so days are usually busy but i would not categorize them as hectic. Usually you have 4 hours of lecture each day along with one or two labs once a week.

The course structure is a good mix of internal and external courses. External courses covering the basic concepts of more or less all the fields, provide a holistic outlook of the business world. It covers finance, operations, marketing, HR, accounts, etc. Moreover, the internal courses provide a practical knowledge of the business world, with subjects like business environment with Indian as well as global context. There are subjects like CSR, Creativity and Innovation, and the very useful subjects like technology in business, to help students learn MS Excel as it is one tool that is very handy in the corporate world. All in all, the course structure is well thought out.

Faculty of the college are a good mix of academicians with years of experience in teaching with some professors who have actually worked in the industry for good amount of years. This helps the students to learn from very practical approach, which is encouraged by the faculty. They use real corporate life examples to make the students understand the concepts.

Many companies comes for campus selection from here thus it is easy to pursue our initial job according to an engineering student it is a pretty hard job to find a good job. But our college is having a good facility of placement and job opportunities. Thus we even had a full day session which helped us to know about the placement s and job opportunities.

Campus life is the most precious life which we remember our whole life thus our campus prulovides good facility in extracurricular activities and they makes us capable of many qualities they makes debate and other such special contests to maintain and increase our abilities in such special areas in which we are having less knowledge.

Placements and job are not so good if you're a topper and don't have much practical knowledge still you will get high paid big company job if you have good repo with placement officer you get job easily and quickly it is myth that company takes those who have done good projects, have good practical knowledge etc, company only bother about your marks and academics.

Admissions are done through CAP (centralised admission process) after result of MHT-CET, I applied online on dte.org.in then you are allotted rank depending on score then you have to apply to desired college, there are multiple rounds of online admission. If there is vacancy when your rank comes then you can secure seat there last round is counselling round.

I got admission in this college through upsee exam . The procedure is very simple , the college needs your original marksheet , migration certificate and the fees , you can pay using DD or Cheque in favour of college. some amount of fees is submitted during counselling and the remaining part of fees is submitted in college , you can take admission in a direct way also and for that you can contact college administration . the exam of upsee held every year in the month of april and the form for that exam is released in jan-feb , so you can get update about the forms from the aktu website .

The course of computer science and engineering is good as you will get great knowledge about how the software are made and one more thing is that in this college so many activities are continously going on and if you take part in that surely it will help you a lot in your course . Mainly the course structure focuses on subject which increases your awareness how the coding is done for things to make the machines and websites work properly and much more.

I just love Microbiology faculty as well as Zoology faculty also they are highly qualified on their particular subject they know how to teach to the students how to behave upon them they are helpful they not only help as a student but also help as a parent i just love my faculty.

Yes, our college provide internship. But I don't know more on this topic because i'm just 1st year in this college but I heard from some senior of our college. They told many companies come our college like INFOSIS, IBM, SAMSUNG, TECH MAHINDRA.

Companies comes for on-campus placement almost all clear students who are eligible for interview gets placed average package for electrical fluctuates between 4.5-5.5 lpa while TCS, Infosys hires engineers at 3.5lpa also. Average package is also very less and placement of college is really very bad according to me off campus could be better.

For every theory class, professor is one who covers theory parts and his assistant helps in solving numerical in tutorial class but some Ph.D scholars who are also acting assistant professor should not be there in lecture classes since thy are not much trained and unaware of running status of marking, paper setting etc.

I had opted for B.E in Mechanical Engineering.i had a lot of expectation from this branch of engineering as i was very much interested in machines,automobiles and manufacturing.However,after few semesters of the course,i realized that my expectations were very different from the actual course curriculum of VTU. I was interested in more of practical oriented course which was not the reality.I would blame the college because every VTU college would have the same curriculum.

We had internal test happening every month in a semester we had three internal tests for which the syllabus was a few units and in the end of the semester,we had the final external exam for which the syllabus was everything from the beginning to the end of the semester. It wasn't that hectic and was able to manage.

Campus life is somewhat monotonous. Students are expected to have full attendance in Lab and they must have attendance in class upto a certain percentage. Gender ratio is similar to other colleges and a lot of students from neighbouring states study here. College provides enough oppurtunities for extracurricular activities as well as sports. Time to time various sport competition are held in college. Students of stcet have also proved their mettle in Robotics and various other technical competitions both at state and national levels.

I got admission into this college by my WBJEE rank. At first a student must have valid WBJEE rank and then everything is done by the centralised counselling website where every student who wants to take admission in various WEST Bengal colleges is expected to register. Then all students have to give their preference of colleges and then allotment is done by the counselling board. After allotment each student is asked to visit their respective allotted college for further procedure.

They were pretty good everyone was helpful at that time. Now it is autonomous college so i don't know.The facilities provided by the college are good. Rated as the no. 1 college under VTU, but needs improvement in terms of placements. Lab is pretty much fine with all the necessary instruments. College is a bit crowded but campus is good is lush green. Lecturers are friendly. Campus is well organized.

Fee structure is feasible by a normal middle class student if the student is not able to pay the fees then management will given scholarship to the student according to his/her background the university fees is of 36,000/-and college fees is of 15,000/-totally 51,000/-for super numeric quota total 18,000/-COMED-K fees is 1,25,000/-Management qouta-1,80000. Expensive.

I am a student from the beginning stage of the collage.so extra curricular activities are low but now there are more extra curricular activities sports day, arts day, technical fest, special day celebrations there are social activities like NSS activities so students are socially committed and they have eventuality to help others which also helps them to get grace marks in there academic percentage.

Exams are done in time but some problems from the university, almost every time exams are postponed so some tight schedule is produced by the university apart from that collage is fine with these exams and all examinations are surveillance under cctv and regular checking is done by exam supervisor and principal for ensure that no malpractice is done.

Process of admission was simple, i applied for the branch i want to purse and when the seat allocation done by Madhya Pradesh govt. i easily met the required branch, as i wanted to pursue my bachelor in Electronics and which i got in the first allotment, i choose the option to confirm from my side, there was one more option available to upgrade. The forms were available on PET portal and the notification was around July and got the admission done by August 1st week. Classes started from 18 th August.

Many tech fests and cultural events are conducted through out the year and the participation was also huge and from many colleges student join and participate. Technical fest for Electronics like robotics, Technical fest for Mechanical car race etc. Talking about cultural fest we have moonstone event each year around feb or march time of the year, the event is of around 3-4 days. Along with that we have dandiya nights and other cultural events.

Campus life is great here. the campus has a greenery that is famous through ahmedabad also spots for sitting in leisure has many food courts and cafe facilities are also available. there is 500 seats auditorium that broadcasts matches and other events. movie shooting such as days of ta-free and some other have also taken place in this campus.

The Course is BDS. Dentistry. Graduate Course. 4+1 years period. At the end of 5 years you get the Dr. title. You almost carry out every minor procedures and some of the major procedures. Major Procedures such as major surgeries and major prosthesis works are not included in graduates. rest everything can be done by a graduate.

There are a total number of 10 semesters in architecture. Each sem has theory subjects and design projects. There are external juries for design subjects. If u failed in a jury, you will get an year back. In the 7th semester there is an internship. On sem 8, there is urban design and a dissertation. On the final semester there is thesis. No theory paper on the final semester and the 7th semester.
