Only our department had only Boys. Other departments were co-ed. They never encouraged for sports or any extracurricular activities. They had few debates happening though , but we were bot allowed to see, god knows who saw the debates. The only thing that was good was the yearly department match which only the players were allowed to see. The only thing i participated too. In toto Extra Curricular activities: NIL

Only Event they had was the college cultural. They had a very very small auditorium, so only few were allowed to attend the college cultural. 3 years we studied and trust me atleast 90% - 99% never attended the college cultural. Only the PG, the facualty and the Chief guest attended the events damn i wasted my 3yrs. good thing i had a great schooling life.

It is feasible not so expensive economically it is cooI live in a pg and i enjoy here my yearly dues are 56 thousand rent with breakfast and dinner an-transport fees is 12000 and since i have to buy lunch from college canteen so it cost me 14400 per year so as a sum total i am spending 86400 per year excluding college fees which is just equal to studying in a private college i cant understand why college is not providing hostel to 1st year students my friends usually say that the hostels in which they are staying they are spending miserable life with poor food quality.

I dint enjoyed the campus life yet since i am not staying there yes one thing i can tell campus is not aylt all good it lacks parks cafe,ground and many other things ya debates ,extempers and many other competitions are there ncc is also there,i have never seen the robotics club to be opened bt a fantastic music club is there lacking musical instruments and our principal is also not sanctioning some instruments to music club u dont know why, sports events are also here like football, basketball, volleball etc.

Faculty of our college is very much approachable they are supportive and helpful.most of them teach well but some of them are not up to mark they always make class room interesting. some them are strict in nature some of them are polite they teach their own subject well but university forced them to teach some other subject that is the reason they lag behind.

Mechanical engineers have a working knowledge of computer applications, electricity, structures, mathematics, and physics, plus they’re required to have some understanding of social, environmental, and economic factors.

I think BCA is better curriculum then other degree like BBA or BE because BCA syllabus very good is very updated we can go any field of studies after bca c++, java etc there many advance technical language study in the curriculum we study higher mathematics and advance mathematics i think we are better the an engineer or any other technician this was the awesome thing.

I think the faculty of my college is very educated and experience individual faculty is very good faculty concentrate on weak student this thing is very good the faculty behavioral is very good my HOD is phd in computer science hod sir is extremely well educated person i think sir have 16 years teaching experience.

Very good structure there is 8 semester pattern and every semester is confined with practical subject in which we learn both theoretical as well as practical and enhance our knowledge. This course provides us a very good experience of education and enhance our ability and qualified us to meet any circumstance and decided to what is better.

In college their is one semester exam after every six month which is conducted by university and within semester their is 3 internal exam conducted which is at college level. The college days are very hectic and it is very difficult to manage but we managed and trying to maintain proper balance in education and game.

The faculties are no doubt well acquainted with the course and the topics are well elaborated to the students. Their way of expressing their ideas are simple to comprehend which makes it more convienent to the students. The background of the faculties are well qualified and they often involve themselves with the latest changes that makes their teaching more effective and easy to graps the changes. They share their experiences in national and international conferences that deals with real world challenges and changes and also encourages us to participate and deliver our ideas. They wanted to make our course more practical oriented as it is the practical that makes the student more easy to understand the topics involving real time challenges.

Well the course consist of well structure Syllabus that involves real time practical to illustrate the ideas to the students more effectively which is the best aspect. The syllabus are well ordered every semester. The practical in each and every semester are all according to the syllabus and it was structured in such a way that the students wouldn't find and difficulty in following up the course. Each and every student are made well aware of the whole topics at the starting of every semester that are incorporated according to the syllabus. The students are all suggested with Good text books by the professor according to course curriculum so that the students would follow up easily and effectively with much more reference in every topics.

There are many technical cultural managent fest are celebrated in college. They celebrate festivals also in college. Time to time technical events like debates quiz etc are conducted for each course & year. Teachers day, childrens day, sports day are small event in which cultural programs conducted. Main fest of college hyurisko which is 4 day fest, having all kinds of activities are conducted. Theme days are also celebrated in college. All events are managed by students under ther guidance of teachers. Students of different courses work together.

They have semester system. They organise two semester in each year. Each semester is divided into internal as well as external exams. Internals are of 40 marks & externals are of 60 marks. Attendance is important for appearing in both the exam. Mainly exams in december & may. External Exams are followed by practicals, subject as well as comprehensive vivas which are actually taken by visiting faculties.

Basically you need not to crack any entrance exam for UG courses, But you need to be passes in your 10+2 or its equivalent. I Scored 88% in 10+2 I like study at home rather than doing a regular college with tight schedule it allows me to complete other diploma and certificate courses ,which i like for developing better skills. Its optional to have this. This course is for those who are familiar with self study mode because you won't get any teacher for teaching yes but you would get best teachers of best colleges for your practical works.

This course is much more research oriented, as you are going to get study material from university only, which had been return by best researchers or professor of our country so you would have not to pay anything on books university will provide it the study material provided by them are very interesting and would build your knowledge from foundation to subject oriented and it will also include application oriented this fees for july 2016 was 3500, which included admission fee, study material, laboratory etc.

My college celebrates most of the events, which any college would celebrate. We have tech-fest in which all students are busy in their events. Halls are always filled with quiz event. Computer Labs are only for LAN Gaming (Counter Strike and NFS, oh those days). Auditorium always have a bunch of dance groups and comedy acts. Then, we have cultural events, on every festival, like on holi, we had some events, on Navratri, we have Garba Competition, and so on. Then there is annual function, which alwasy honors some of the geeky students and some of the dance groups, who represented our college on state level. Geez.

First of all, about gender ratio. Its like 40:60 boys to girls ratio in my branch. Surprising but true. But if we include civil and mechanical branches, this ratio is beyond opposite. You know, those branches are always messy. About curricular activities, Sports week is the only week, where you can find every student of college, in college. That's the only time when student's attendance are high. About the race, religion and caste, our college never use such types of words. There is no environment of discrimination. Students enjoy together regardless of their caste, religion and their BS.

Last Year 40-50 student have been placed in different different companies. Infosys , Tata and many other companies. 8-10 lakh package are given. Some goes to Delhi, Chandigarh etc. with lot of fun there.

Yes, our college provide internship. Many companies came outside like reliance, infosys etc. They will take an intelligent student with him.

The in house faculty is alumini of Welingkars, some faculty is from renowned colleges like IIMs, JBIMS and SPJain. Visiting faculty are esteemed senior management level professors who have amazing work experiences throughout various industries. All profs are well educated post graduates, some even with international management experience. They are great mentors and never turn you away if you ask for help. They change the course material by updating it according to current standards, hence students have a better understanding of recent events. They encourage you to read the economic times.

Sports - Impact cricket festival welingkars undefeated champions no gender discrimination. 50-50 ratio in faculty and students no cultural or political intolerance various general knowledge competitons yoga is promoted by the college. In the 1st semester, Yoga is the 9th subject, and is taken for all students every week atleast two times. There is also an examination for Yoga.

Other than wipro and CTC ,almost no other company visit the campus. This year(2016) also these companies have visited our college in the month of september and more companies are expected. And the most shocking part is that these two IT company recurite student from all branch.

Techincal ,cultural events of these college are the pride of this college. Phoenix is one the biggest college fest of west bengal. Student from many college visit our college .Its simply a wonderful event .Similarly ,many events are organised though out the year.

College life is the golden time in life of a student where he/she get higher knowledge and can take decisions for their own life.I am very happy and satisfied with my college.Gender ratio are like 10:9,Boys to girls ratio. Many extracurricular activities and events organize by college in college campus.Sports events are regular in college campus. Technical fests on robotics, debates are also regular routine of college in a very systematic way during course period.

College is the place where we learn not only the technical knowledge but also the outer world laws and regulation of working society every step in college is precious and helpful for students which prepare them to suit the outer world. I am very satisfied with my college from where i got technical knowledge as well as corporate knowledge during internships.Every year i got good marks in academics only because of college structured course program.

During my time placement is not good but TPO helps to send candidates in different different colleges so that every student recruited. But we can't say placement is negligible. 3-4 companies visit every year and placed candidates as well. During my time only 2 companies visit Infosys and Tech Mahindra. And took near 50 candidates from my college from all streams. And rest are placed through off campus by its own effort and TPO effort as well. Companies offers 3 lakh package initially.

Technical point company conduct a tech fest in which so many students participate from different colleges and if they winner then accordingly provide a prize as well. Cultural Festival - When freshers came or final batch passout then enjoy or provide a grand party. Management festivals: When college complete 1 year or any student select in a company provide a reward as well and celebrate party.

I took the WBJEE test and my AIR was 5976 I was determined to take CS branch so I opted for this and few other colleges and in the counselling order I made a mistake as I wasn't aware that colleges are given according to the priority in which you fill them so I got this college. The admission process is simple firstly you have to attend the online counselling then visit any of the mentioned colleges to book the seat you are allotted and further then after three rounds of counselling you have to visit the allotted college and do the formalities.

Placements were somehow good. Majority of the students got placed. The companies visiting the campus were generally service based companies like TCS, Wipro and Infosys. And their CTC was varying between 3. 2 to 3. 5 LPA. Its not a big sum, but neither a bad one. However there were lot's of OFF campus opportunities that came in our way. And our fellow students were cracking every opportunity that came in their way. Companies like HCL, Capgemini, Syntel, Polyware, Itc, Nestle, BOC, IBM also visit the campus.

As i have written before BHU is the best university in india. i like nature very much and i believe that nature always nurture, thats why i choose Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry as my option to do Post graduation. The Campus of Bhu is full of nature, all greenery is there in the campus, a well known Ayurveda department is there and the most is varanasi is full of ancient knowledge.

The campus life of BHU was unforgettable it was the most precious time i spent in BHU i campus was full of nature boys and gilrs both were there. girls hostels and boys hostels were adjacent to each other. girls population is less than the boys but there were not any biased behavior in BHU. Labs , sports facilities all were best in class.

Zest which is Annual Fest which celebrated in mid winters, including Dance, Paintings, Menhndi Designing, Singing(Solo/Duo), MIME, Band Performance, Stage Plays, Group Dance, Fashion Show and other cultural events. These events are having 2 to 3 days. Aamod which sports fest which is also oranised by Tyro club and management club in the college every year which include multiple sports activity such as Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Sqash, Running, Long Jump, Carrom, Chess and many other events utopia its a kind of technical events organised by IT and Electronic clubs it included Machina, Robo-War, Robot Race, Meet-payroll, Chayos, Programming Events, One night website Designing, Fault a king of debugging event. It is organised in th emid summer by tyro club of our college.

This was so much difficult fo me to choose the research section beacuse in computer science there were more option to go through but I have chosen DataBase section as per my interest and all faculties really helped me to get all stuffs that help me to set paper and get published. In the course structure many programming languages included, Database Section, Mathematics, Algorithms, Projects, Quizzes, Compulsary subject like E-Commerce, Arificial Intelligence and etc.

I have lived my golden years in this college, I love every bit of it but it be frank it will not help students who are coming to join in future life , you have to fight hard and struggle luckily I got placed in one of the most reputed companies that came to our campus and went for internship keeping my degree at risk after repeated warnings from my Dean. In the end I managed everything and now I am at a decent job and settled but my friends are still struggling to get a platform and this is where I feel bad that even after investing so much amount people are wandering here and there for jobs. Lot of improvement is required which can be done from the top most bracket of people and I am sure college has all the potential to achieve what none of the other colleges have.

Placement is deteriorating day by day. During our times only 20-30℅ of the class got placed that too at a very low starting package. Prominent names were ITC, Reliance dairy. Package did not exceed 4 lakhs in any of the cases and went even as low as 12k per month. many student had to opt for Post graduate study or even changing the streams.

The college use to held almost all the events such as technical, cultural, management festivals etc they have celebrated Vinayaka chathurdhi very grandly they also celebrated the teachers day also grandly and they have arranged motivation speechs for the seniors who are going to complete the course and entering into their own life.

They have almost twenty clubs and sports memberships and fitness centre. They always encourage to participate in extracurricular activities and gives training to perform well in competitions for every sports they will have separate coach to guide they will only provide you the sports items to play.

NATA exam a student must qualify to get admission in our prestigious Institution My Nata score- 104 It has courses related to art and film+ good infrastructure and there is lot to learn from campus itself i chose architecture because it is nor science neither art it is a combination of these it is a only course where u study how to draw, know about history and of course scientific reason behind that.

Various workshop, each day screening of new movie in central audi which gives really grand feeling, recently janmatami fest was celebrated which was really awesome, each festival is celebrated here by students each student of university gives its contribution in each technical, cultural and management festival. Next year archumen festival is going to be host by our university.
