Exam structure is very well maintained. There will be Three Internal and if you need extra knowledge, Faculty will provide you some extra classes.
For only full time courses they offering the placements apart from those you will not get the placement for other students. We have to market the our own knowledge and search for a job. This scenario institute has to improve themselves .
Exam structures all designed well. Fifty percentage of marks allocated for internals and remaining marks allocated for final exams. Internal includes project, presentation, research, class participation, Viva and group discussion.
Very helpful faculty. Except one are two all the faculties in the college were very cooperative and had a very excellent experience and knowledge on the task or subjects given to them. They do a very good carrier counseling too. The experiments given by the faculties were very impressive and they had a very good experience on them.
Placement was nice they provided campus recruitment. Many major pharma players came for the campus recruitment. The teachers were very cooperative in giving us the right path to attain our goals. They explained us in the various job opportunities present after completion of the course.

The Course structure is Good, Its have a very much similar syllabus which is required for differents PSU's and GATE exam after completion of btech after degree. In Electrical branch it consists of all subject required for GATE examination.
Unfortunately, no placements yet for Btech and Mtech students, but MBA students will get placements for around 4-5 lacs average package. The placements conditions would be much better if Govt of Mayawati would come ,till then hope for it.

Exams happen two times in a semester, mid sems & end sems. In each of the examination there is hardly any gap between two papers. They might place 7 papers continuously in a week. Between exams internal tests happen. Before end sems we have internal and external practical viva. The exams therefore keeps the students occupied and busy most of the time.
Placements & job opportunities are very good. But the student needs to prepare himself for the opportunities beforehand. The college placement cell is very resourceful and hardworking in pursuing very good companies on campus. They also tieup with other colleges for pool campus placements. Placements are specially good in core Streams.

TCS and Infosys are the mass recruiter in the college. There is closed campus recruitment for these two company and a good number of student makes into it. At our time from around 420 students , around 200 were placed in these two companies. Students can also participate in open campuses that are organized in other colleges by cognizant and work etc.
Gender ratio is quite decent. Workshops were regularly organised by different departments. No problems with ethnicity, since students from different background and different part of India are there. From 120 students in our branch around 50-55 were girls. Also almost same ratio was there in other branches as well.
The faculty is in general good and helpful. Some of the older professors are old-fashioned (outdated) due to their old age and are unable to capture the class' attention, but most of them are actually very knowledgeable. However nearly every department is hiring younger faculty very aggressively of late, and the old guard is gradually retiring so the situation is improving.
The course structure is quite good. First-year includes intro courses of all fields, which gives a nice technical background. In the later years, a few courses overlap but that is quite natural in pure sciences. One thing that was lacking was that a few specialization courses in the final year were not available due to the small strength of the class.

Biotechnology is the research area field here we can implement our innovative ideas to create something new with the help of new technologies in biotechnology that's are helpful for our universe. Biotechnology is latest field in your country many people are unaware from this field.
I am not got placed in any such companies because no company came for biotech department therefore I am not going to share anything about this. Many companies came for requirements process such as TCS, Infosys, Orange etc. Among them orange give highest package about 4.2 lakh .

The fee structure is approximately 1.5 lac per annum including hostel and mess charges for general category students. The fees are reduced for reserved category students. Moreover, around 25 percent of students get merit-based scholar ship in which their tution fees gets waived if and gets stipend.
In every semester there is one main exam at the end of the semester and two mid-semester exams. For some subjects, there are practicals also. Marks are with the professor for classrooms and attendance. But no need to worry, regular studies and regularity in lectures makes these exams catwalk.
I had taken MH-CET through which I got admission in this college. Honestly, this college wasn't my first preference, rather it was at the last of my college. nevertheless, I ended up in this college through CAP round and one of the reason was that there weren't many colleges for civil engineering nearby. The admission process is very simple you can get admission through CAP round or you can also get a minority quota seat.
The fee is feasible but college does take the fee of facilities which aren't yet available in college. College also takes development charges as college is under construction. A major chunk of the college fee goes for the teaching faculty. There is also a yearly increase in the fees which is on an average 3000 to 4000rs. The average fee is 70,000rs per year.
Well the faculty is well qualified and most of people have a decent experience of corporate field as well. They enjoy imparting knowledge and their devotion for exceptional. Many are selected from UGC and posted in college. They have good subject knowledge and methodology for imparting knowledge is also good.
Most of the times exams and labs were very hectic but at the same time we enjoyed a lot. It was well organised and we used to enjoy that duration. All the exams used to happen in the same campus since the campus was very big. Laboratory also used to happen at the same place.
Exam structure is actually very lengthy and lot of preparation is required. We use to have three internals examination, one lab examination, one viva examination, and one final semester examination. All the internal exams use to be scheduled in every 45 days as one semester is for 5 months. and the last month was meant for the semester test. So basically students will have exam in every month.
Faculty of our college was good. Since most of them are retired scientist from reputed government organisation like DRDO, HAL and other. Most of the faulty members are either MTech or PHD pass out with reputed organisation like IIT, NIT and other government colleges. Lecturer and Professor eligibility is MTech in our college. So they have deep knowledge in there subject.
No. Internship is not being provided. But induction training was provided through college at reputed Industries for the period of 15 days. This was also good experience . But I think college should start providing long duration internship to students to have more practical experiences .
All staff was well qualified. Personal attention was given by each teacher. In each class maximum 40 to 50 students were there. All teacher were bound to complete all syllabus . Some of teachers were too good that they used to take extra classes for welfare of students .
The courses were surprisingly good. All courses were done as independent study. At the beginning of each semester you receive course materials, which are very complete, and study independently. At the end of the semester you appear before an invigilator to take an exam on the course, which is the entirety of your grade. For some courses there are also essays, however, I did not take any of those courses.
Exams took place at a scheduled time and place. You come and sit in a classroom and were monitored while you took a timed test. Some were very easy. But there were issues. For example one course a friend of mine took that you could opt to take in Hindi or in English only had Hindi exam papers. He answered the essays in English in order to complete the class in English.
The placements are excellent . The college has a separate training and placement cell. Last year all students who had an overall percentage of 60 and above got placed from our branch. The companies which came were Siemens, Panasonic Dubai, Vipro, Samsung, Schneider, etc The highest pay package offered was 13 lacs per annum. On an average the package was of around 4 - 5 lacs per annum.
The course is well balanced. Along with technical subjects it also has certain industrial friendly subjects which can help build the students personality for all aspects of life. The course is also updated every 7 years. So it's good enough. Also the knowledge we get is both, theoretical as well as practical. The course is very accurate in terms of technical things.

Well it has many symposiums, debates , pick a chit and many other events for all respective branches. It has cultural events which are both inter college and so on. It has many sports events as well like football, basketball, etc. It has college festival as well which goes on for 2 days and is very fun. Many volunteering kind of stuff to.
Fee structure for Karnataka students is very much affordable. Hardly 40k per month. But the same course for non Karnataka people was around 1.5 lakh. The treatment is just same (don't expect to be any different). The worst part is that knowingly or unknowingly the faculty supports the local people more which is not fair.

Exams will be having internal marks and external marks. Both are having 50 marks each and the total is 10 marks. For internals, there will be 3 quizzes and 2 cat exams or there will be a small project and 1 mid-exam. They will be evaluated for 50 marks overall and external will be conducted for 100 marks and converted to 50 marks. Both the Internal and External marks are combined and grades will be distributed based on that.
Almost all the Faculty present are PG graduates and they are having very good knowledge on the subject. They will help us in classes and in free hours also we can go and meet them in their cabin and get clear with our doubts. They are very good at communication. We will get a chance to work on 2 projects which are the mini project and the Main project where we can learn a lot with their help.
Almost all the festivals and many events are celebrated in the college. There are science exhibitions in every department in which students exhibit different models from their respective department. The cultural events are massive and the participants come in large numbers for celebration of festivals like navratri, diwali, Holi, janmashtami etc.
There is a cell in the University where all the details about the scholarship that can be availed by a student is available. The scholarships are provided on the basis of makes secured in the examination or according to the financial condition of the student. Almost all the banks provide loans for education for the University.
Examination structure was as usual. We used to have regular internals and after each semester under university we used t o have examination for each paper. That used to include practical lab as well as part of the examination. For 5th and 8th semester we also had practical project as part of examination.
The course was good as it was combination of electronics and IT. It gives you opportunity to learn microprocessor also computer related programming. we had practical project as well which gave us opportunity to implement theoretical rules. It was actually known as sister branch of electronics stream
Yes,All students of various engineering disciplines are required to undergo two months summer training in the industry under the joint supervision of industry supervisors and DIT faculty. This provides a system of education that formally integrates academic studies with related work experience.
