Some of us placed in C-DAC institution and some of us have been selected for CRIS which is renowned indian railway - computerized system. I have been placed for WIPRO and I have been assigned QA task.
Our batch had around 90% placement. The packages offered were very competitive. Compnies that came included all major 5 star properties like Taj, Hyatt, Marriott, Oberoi etc.
Course curriculum was vast and very interesting. various subjects taught are Front Office, Food Production, F&B Service, Accommodation Operations and a lot more
The college followed that same exam pattern as guided by the JNTUH. Apart from this the college conducts different tests for preparing students for the best .It was totally based on the thought process of the HOD and associate proffesors of the dept. The conducting process was different from department to department and from HOD to HOD.The class rooms were well spacious and well ventilated and every class is provided with a projector and a wall screen for in class presentations.
Placements do happen like a magic all of a sudden in the month of feb - april different companies come for campus drives and they start the placement procedure. The selection procedures varied from company to company. Good number of students were provided in the global leading MNC'S(thanks to the proffesor's for providing quality education). The placement package were also the best in industry at that certain period of time.
Placement is good, many companies use to visit the college, but the drawback is that we can sit only in 1 company if we are selected once.companies like wipro, Asian paints, Henkel India, delloite etc use to they offer from 2 lac to 8 lac. College environment is very good and health environment. Events such as seminars and conducted work shops for engineering students and cultural activities on college day and departmental sports activities to interact with all branches of students.
Seniors are very helpful and provided guidance to complete project tasks. Had good interaction with them during sports activities and events. They will provide notes and clarified our doubts during lab internals and at internal exams.
Gender Ratio is like any engineering college girls are less. For Robotics Its an Elite Institution. you will see lot of National robotics Competition winner every single year sine the advent of e-yantra.Apart from that various clubs like entrepreneurship, Literary, Dance Sports etc. IEEE Allahabad Chapter: The IEEE Allahabad chapter was started to complement the burning scientific temperament of the department. I've no stipend. I got a free seat those days which coated me 8500/- per annum. Apart from this, 10, 000/- college maintenence free used to be Charged. If it was too live in the college hostel, then it would be 3, 500/- per month extra on room sharing per two.
The college management is very Calm and simple with no stringent restrictions at the same time very careful at students welfare and future. I would definitely recommend over any other college in Andhra stage for engineering.
In Nirma, Sports day, technical events, robotics are also organized. And in robotics the team of nirma, wins the Robocon national event, in past also nirma was win this event. TEDx event also organized every year. TEDx is the really very best event. submitting the research papers, project event all held in nirma, The event is Nuicon ( which is the largest event in Gujarat for research development).
In every subject, there is a 1 innovative assignment in term ending. Every student have to develop 1 project in innovative assignment. So, we got chance to research on every subject in details. I like this innovative assignment. And in Exams, the questions are not easy like directly ask from the book, but real life scenario given in every exam.
Campus life was really enjoyable. I belong to Ahmedabad and we had only 03 students including me from Ahmedabad. All my other batch mates belonged to different parts of the nation. That enabled me to live a completely different life and it was truly fun getting to know many cultures and languages. There was students from all religions and economical backgrounds. Gender ratio was quite less.
In the second year of our college, we were supposed to do a mandatory 06 months internship at any reputed hotels whichever we choose. The college did support us to get internship, but we were given freedom of choosing our own hotel in our own preferred city. In those 06 months of internship, we were to spend equal time in all major four departments of the hotel.
We had given importance to every occasion and celebrated it right from independance day to onam or new year. We had a huge fest callled gardenia happening every year and adding on every month we had a parade by the ncc where a parent of one of the students who was randomly picked would be invited and made the chief guest for the evening.
Well the fee structure is a little expensive comparatively but the college also provides us with a good campus and infrastructure to meet our needs so the fee that they collect for each course varies and i am not aware of it.
Labs are great. Equipment are tip-top and there are some super cool experiments. Coming to extracurriculars, they are more or less good. There are meaningful debates every once i awhile, and we have the IIST MUN which is an amazing debating platform. Sports is an issue with not well maintained grounds, but things are improving. There are a bunch of active clubs managed by students dealing with lots of interesting things. There is the Aeroclub, Quiz club and Astro club which are very regular in its activities and function very well. Gender ratio used to be anissue. Now its better with a ratio of 2:1 boys to girls. Parties are no problem at all. Lots of culturals that college permits. Its a lot of fun that way. Students too are largely open minded and accepting of other cultures and practices.
The curriculum is really good. We learn a variety of subjects from Earth Sciences dealing with things like Planetary Geosciences (it is as cool as it sounds), Atmospheric Sciences and Numerical Weather Prediction, Oceanology. We have a bunch of Astronomy and Astrophysics subjects and Physics hardcores like Quantum Mechanics, Statistical Mechanics among others. We also have a section on GIS and Remote Sensing Applications where we learn really important and interesting techniques of classification. There was also a course which was introductory to Machine Learning called Pattern Recognition.
Ours is a medical college and we never use campus interviews beacause doctors never need jobs because emdicine is itself a profession. But for us rather than jobs higher education is more important. As per kuhs standards our college gives a stipend of rs 12500/month. We have to do our 1 year internship at our own college.
Our college has an average of 100 ? pass out rate and we all are employed. Most of us have won seats for MD / MS in aiims. All India jipmer or even US MLE. Some opt to migrate to other countries. Many of us are NRI and they have jobs waiting. I opt to work here in aims itself.
There are seminars on various social issues which is held in the college. Annual function is a cultural event that is celebrated in our college. Apart from that alumni meet is also organized in the college. There are big seminars which involve a lot of programme and people from outside like Usha ramanthan, Nikhil Dey, Aruna roy has come. And emimnet historians, economist, sociologist from delhi univeristy as well as other academic institutions have also come.
Like I said it is a close knit family, the interaction is both professional and interpersonal in nature. There has been interaction in functions like alumni meet where the students get an opportunity to meet ex students who are currently engaged in different work settings and it proves to be a good source of knowledge and assistance for the students.
It's much profession oriented. It also includes the co-curricular activities. Stipulated academic schedule was being followed. Research orientation n service motto inculcated.
Feasible, 10000 per annuum as tuition n examination fee together. Boarding and lodging are nominal. Mess fees depends on goods prices of market.no so much expensive.
The exams are not very frequent but of very high standard not everyone can stand in front of it but labs AR very frequent but easy so overall we can say that yes there is a little bit of lack of time for preparation but you can cover it. And yes sometimes it becomes very very hectic when you don't study
The college is very good as I stated it earlier. The Teachers Are very qualified you can't underestimate them. The standard of teaching is really high the college is strict in rules. The students respects. And the unforgettable experience and days which will remind u all the time of college.
Facility was just fine but not as it should be or according to the money we paid. Overall fee for 2 years were more than 5.78 lakh and the classrooms used to have coller like AC normal benches and chairs ok library.
The college was very expensive we paid 5.78 lakh for the 2 year course. Where as all other college were charging at;least 30 to 40% less then that.Given the fee there were no such facilities given to us.
Bansal institute is an engineering college affiliated to RGPV bhopal, the coarse structure is good as per the verious exams like GATE,IES.if we learn all the subjects and have a good understanding then you can crack and government technical exams.Thers is no focus on research the only focus is to get pass in the exam, and students only study a guide shivani to get pass,in the exam, most of the colleges in madhya pradesh shivani is used as a reference book thats is why students dont have that knowledge of the subject.
Well the tests are frequently conducted in the college groups at the same time, unit test, mid sems, put's. But any one can pass in that exam just by reading a book shivani as a guide. Thers is no focus on research the only focus is to get pass in the exam, and students only study a guide shivani to get pass,in the exam, most of the colleges in madhya pradesh shivani is used as a reference book thats is why students dont have that knowledge of the subject.
There was equal gender ratoi as per my view and labs was also in good contion and we'll matained. Sports events were conducted once in a year. But there was training and selection for the inter college sports event if you are interested they can nominate themselves.
The fees structure is reasonable as I was belong to caste I had to pay around 1000 for 1year. And for open caste it was around 3 to 4 thousand for year but its quite reasonable compared to other colleges.
