There are many events celebrated one of the renowned events of the college is comida fiesta where all the colleges of mumbai are invited to taste the delicacies prepared by the students as a part of their circullam. The event is for 3 days with lots of things happening such as dance music food etc. Other events such as sports day annual day freshers party, exhibitions are also held

The internship is for a period a 5 months you get to learn n know how the hotel industry is actually one needs to work 12 hours a day during the internship. The stipend offered is between 1500k -2000k per month big brands such as taj, oberoi, mariotts, hyatt are part of these college for internship. My intership experience was quite memorable

Campus life was awesome. Unforgettable experience @ IIM C, Joka, Kolkata. Library, Auditorium, class rooms & hostel facilities was fantastic. We had daily knowledge sharing sessions, there is no gender bias or preferences towards cultural bias etc. , Every individual in the batch are treated equally. Knowledge, skill & the attitude of the individual is respected above various other things.

Course curriculum comprises of 12 subjects to be covered in 1 year. More than the theoretical learning, class room virtual sessions which enables interaction among the students who share their real time experience is the important learning.

The placements are good in the college and the founder of the college is a software employe works in abroad and mainly the placements good based on other cooleges in near by and college conducts crt classes for skill development and technical knowledge used for placements and probably many students with good percantage are placing every year.

Most probably the projects are done in the college under the guidance of the head of the department and the faculty and no intership going to any company there is a software company belongs to the collge named grandi software solutions so as projects are create developed under these company so no interships or stipend.

Selecting this college was the biggest mistake i ever made in my life.I studied +1 +2 With PCM and Computer science, And i wanted to go for Geology but the colleges in my state took only those with biology in their +1 +2 for courses like these, and i saw the add of this university on national geographic channel and jumped into join here for doing my BSC. Forestry.

Placement in the school of agriculture is good, but not for forestry students since the degree don't have validation at all. The other branches have higher placement options available.

Many technical fest are celebrated in our college these are grafest-it is for three days .Student take part in various events that are too organized by the student and won certificate and other prize in that. Engineers day -celebrated in the memory of sir m visvesraiya( famous civil engineer of his time) vishva karma-celebrated by the mechanical departmant, role play 5 gra hill fest-many national and international celebraties come to college to entertain students.

The internship experience was all good. One good thing is that one can get form for internship in any of the year of the course. He/she can take noc from the college for the above session. The student is free to take internship from any of the renowed government as well as private company the companys came at the end of nov and december for all the course.

Internship is a part of between college life and work. It teache us to develop own decision and research ideas. Some time company gives students stipend as the company reputation and students knowledge.generally it is around 15 thousands

There few different types of courses are available for choose. Mechanical, civil, computer, electronic, information& technology etc. also the machinery and require instruments are available in the college.

As in our faculty there was no placements offered as there was no facility available according to me and as you know if you are a commerce graduate you do not need any placements. you can find far way better jobs.

There was no college internship as our faculty did not require any internship because every body was experienced. They get on job directly and even some of the students work part time while studying.

Gender ratio is 1:1 in the college. Campus life is really fun and people are really helpful out there. Four canteens are there in the campus. Good parking facility is available and bank and atm is also present in college itself. Security guards are really strict and in every floor aquaguard is fitted and washroom facility is avaliable. College through the year organises various activities and fests. Eclecia is the inter college cultural fest which is famous in entire Kolkata and daksh is academic inter college fest famous throughout the college and in these fest even sports events and robotics are there. Many colleges participate in these events. Sports fest is there for intra college as in interdepartmental tournament in which girls as well boys participate to win the cup for their department. Many clubs are there in college like photography, rotoract, resonance for singers, hit dance crew, fashion team, etc. People get full opportunity to be a part of these clubs. Labs are fully equipped and students get the opportunity to make full use of all the equipment and full discipline is maintained in the lab.

Hostels are really safe and fully equipped with all the facilities. 24 hours power and water supply is there. Weekly pest control is done and the hostel wardens really do their job with full interest. 3000-4700 is per month rent depending upon the choice of hostel. Mess food is not that good especially for non-Bengali student. But sometimes the food is good too. Hostel - 8/10, Fees- 8. 5/10, Mess food- 6. 5/10. As the seats are around 300 each in boys and girls Hostel, therefore near college many pgs and flats are available for rent.

Course curriculum is very good for majority of courses - Finance, Economics, HR and few in Marketing. Economics faculty at IIM Calcutta are world class and teach in so detail, they engross all the students.

Improve branding and increase the effort in getting ranking agencies to include the campus. At some points, rankings do come into the selection critieria of aspiring students/faculty.

They are very friendly with us. They used to share all the knowledge that they aquired no need to fear about ragging as we have 0% ragging here. We both participated in some events we both have good interaction.

Placements and job opportunities are fine in the case of cse and ece departments. Its is more than 50 percent . TCS offered 2.5 to 3 lakhs per annum and max companies offering minimum 2.5 lacks per annum.

The faculty was a mix group of people. There were people who just came in to fulfil their duties, there were some who came in to actually make sure that children would learn and experience stuff, there were some who only wanted respect.so in totality a bunch of good and average faculty

It was quite detailed and subjective good options to choose your specific lines in HR. offered quite a few options and lines to go for in HR. I loved the detailing done in each of these lines, the curriculum covered under it.

I took JEE Main. Scored 180 / 360 and got a rank of 19076. I'd wanted to study Computer Science and this was one of the best colleges in Kolkata. There's Jadavpur University but it doesn't accept people based on their All-India ranks and there is IEM but Heritage had a good balance of academics and a college life.

The WBUT Syllabus is not that good, but now since Heritage is a University, they changed the structure. The new syllabus is pretty good. The WBUT syllabus and theory exams are very theoretical and not logic based. Which makes it really hard for some people to score well.

Lots of mnc companies came like TCS, wipro, Infosys etc with strtng pkg of 3.2-3.6 lakh per annum.

So many Companys are came for internship 1st company is HCl they conducting 3 rounds 1st round is JAM Section Just A Minuite 2nd round is Group Discursion and final round is Essay writing i qualified 3 rounds but Posting Will be in Chennai thats why I lost that offer and then after Polaries internship is held.

Course will be 3 years and having 5 Semisters last semister is fully based on project in that 5 Semisters we have totally computer based knowledge like Java, Networking, Unified Model Languages, Data Mining And Data Ware Housing, Finally Project will Be based On net Or Java is much Usefull In further Carrier.

The alumni network at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore is good. We have alum committee to look after the relationship. We also have a webportal to remain connected to them.

Well the placements of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore is one of the best in India. The average package was around 18L and companies from all fields came for placements.

I took up the common law admission test (CLAT) in 2012 It is an entrance exam for nationallaw schools across the country and is meant for law aspirants. It is taken up after Standard 12 since this is a meritocratic entrance test, students are allocatted colleges as per their choices my score was 134/200 and the available collge according to my preference was NLU Jodhpur.

The college has a very good system of mooting and debating our college has excelled at various competitions, both nationally and internationally the general atmosphere prevalent in college is free of all forms of discrimination and gender/sexual orientation prejudices.

Coming to campus life the management tries to provide a stress free environment in the campus. Conduct various extra curricular activities ,such as the college day sports day freshers day youth festival, doctors day dentist day and many more to mention.

As of now there is no official alumni network but the the old students and senior do visit the campus now and then and share thier experience and help in planning the life out side the college after finishing the studies.

I know that our college offers Scholarship but i was an average student so never got an opportunity to go for it but yes it was very easy & convenient for high scorer but who was unable to spend for higher studies. Our Professors had given extra time & extra lectures for such students who wanted to prove them self and we saute such teachers & principals.

Unfortunately i never experienced internship as i had completed my graduation through this college & did not gone for post graduation but now i realized that if i would have gone for higher studies at that time then i would have experienced internship and would have come to know my ability while studying.

I have passed IIT,PET but due to low ranking i didn't get admission in engineering college So I take admission in St Aloysius College for the admission of bsc. Admission process is simple, you have to take admission form from college or you can download it from online college website,fill it with all required details and submit it to college office with 2 photographs.

In our college girls are in more ratio than boys and even more active than boys. Girls are always in every curricular activities. We have enjoyed college parties from our juniors and even gave fresher party to our college juniors. Some of the students were in our college are over smart who used to be there in every issue and which I always tolerated in my college.
