The gender ratio is good. Lots of workshops, I remember once I went home after 1 and a half years as semester holidays were packed with workshops. Ragging is strictly prohibited. People have been rusticated on all occasions. Very healthy hostel life be it food, sanitation, overall housekeeping.

The fee structure is not so good it is very expensive the fees is 8 lacs which every body don't afford. The fees should be less so that every one can manage and make there children educate.

Be engineering courses are available. master of engineering courses are to be started soon course of undergrads are available in electrical, computer science, automobiles, electronics and communication, instrumentation and control.Seperate departments are available for each of above disciplines.Courses are designed by gujarat technological university and implemented in collobration with the college.

College seniors have been always co-operative and always help espacially during orgainising the college fest brizingr.College alumni are placed in the best institutes/companies right now.A college alumni meet is organised at end of each year. december last sunday every year.Gold silver medals are given of every year passouts in the grand alumni meet.

Except a few who had exp teaching in top colleges in India and abroad others were sub standard and hardly any idea how a course should be taught. U cant directly mix work experience and MBA school, which they did.

LG had come to take in a few sales students and a stipend of 7k was offered they had to miss classes to work for LG over 3 months other than LG no one showed up, the students had to get their own internships.

There are many companies come to give vacancies for students such as tcl, mediatake, snapdeal, amazon, idea. They take written exam and interview. They give 3 to 8 lacs per annum.

25000 each semester there were total 8 semesters.Hostel fees were 8000per semester now the fees of NIT has increased so much but they have increased their facilities too in terms of infrastructure and mess food and hostel facilities in my the fees had increased by 18000 per sem since previously it was only 7000 per semester so u can imagine the difference.

This college has had some good faculties in computer science departments we had not done much R & D work but offcourse there is plenty of opportunities to research with some good faculties over there we got good exposure from our faculties about some research areas and we tried to implement them in our final year projects.

OJEE , if you score good in ojee then you easily entered in this college and you can choose any branch as you like mech, ece, cse, it , civil etc

Placement and job opportunity is good because very reputed company came in campus for placement.

There is one cultural event one college fest in which they organise rock concert of some emwrging band and sports event every year in which almost every sports is included! . And as prospet of it there is lot to achieve in university as they orgnised some national level events too .

I had given MH-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) entrance exam which allows the student to take admission in any engineering college affiliated to All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). And I scored 96 marks in that entrance exam.I have many senior friends over here and they asked me to prefer this college if you want to have some fun along with the study. So, I opted for this particular college named Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology (R.A.I.T.).

80% of the seats are allotted through the centralised admission system and 20% of the seats are allotted at the Institute level for all courses.The minimum eligibility criteria for direct admission into Second Year of Engineering is a First class (60% and above) in the Diploma level course of Engineering. Was good and informative. It was helpful in scheduling our daily as well as monthly activities through. I happen to learn a lot of things thanks to all the mentor. It would have been in a more elaborated format but still its good to gain such info regarding the college or the campus or the cource.

More than average. They need to be trained more that how to teach, in specific they should learn hot to deliver their knowledge or transfer the wisdom to their students they have very very good in knowledge wise but most of the lectures fail to make or produce good or better results mostly.

Many companies visit the campus for placement. Placement drive is common for all the three Jaypee universities (Noida, Solan & Guna). The regular visitor companies are Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Ericsson. Almost, everyone got placed in the batch of 2007-2011. You just need to ensure you have enough GPA to sit in the placement.

I joined the college in 2007, at that time it was a separate entrance exam for all the Jaypee Colleges (Noida, Solan & Guna). My rank was 124, so i managed to get the stream of my choice (Computer Science & Engineering).

Nmims is known for their biasness to certain kind of students they prefer few courses over other overall companies like hul, hcl, infosys, wipro, hsbc, citi, nomura are the major recruiters though college mentions 100% placements, the bottom 30% or so get placed in very mediocre profiles with low salary levels average salary was 6 7 lacs as i recall.

Overall the gender ratio is anywhere between 30% to 40% of girls and rest boys the frequency of hostel and college parties range at 1 3 months there are lot of workshops conducted during the 2 years and have cultural societies like quiz club, finance club, marketing club, operations club, hr club, chess club, library club etc.

Many companies come in jamia for placements for MBA generally start ups come and they offer good package. Last year almost 50%of the students got placed through college campus with a average package of 4.5 lpa.

Very nominal 21900/- for first year, 11150/- for second year this is the cheapest MBA course in the country with FMS DU being the other I do not think so any other college provides MBA degree for 33k.

There were placements but were not good, i got placed but not in the company of my choice. A few people did get placed in the industry and company of their choice but that was in Computer science & Electronics .

UPSEAT, It was one of the most reputed private colleges in NCR and its Mechanical Engineering was one in a lot of demand. This was the reason that i shortlisted this course.

Its fantastic and i learned a lots of things related to my course and i understood whats the real world scenario and everything related to practical field and whenever i got time i do practice alot.

AIEEE air 45000 it was not very tough but you have to understand things quite deeply overall its a good learning experience that i got a chance to learn what is machine and all.

The course is out of Mumbai university as the college is a deemed to be university and follows NMIMS university. Studies are a bit difficult then that in Mumbai university but overall it's better.

Faculty is nice and supportive. Trained teachers and having a good experience in the past are hired. Teaching is good. Various teaching methods are adopted for a interactive learning process.

The curriculum is very good and is based on practical subjects as the course is based on management. Subjects are nice and well balanced. Anyone wanting to learn the essentials of management for setting up a Business.

The life is pretty much as one would expect from a college. People are good and belong to various cultures mostly Sindhis. Extracurricular activities are not up to the mark I hope they will resolve this issue.

I'm currently in first year so I don't know much about internship. But I'm sure we'll get nice internship after it first year as I've seen my seniors doing internship at reputed places.

We've a separate studio as we're mass media students. KC is the only college having its own studio in Mumbai. Though we don't have a personal ground but we've sports in our college.

Well if you belong to CSE or IS department then their will be no problem for you to get placed as long as you good with your basic specially C. TCS is the mass recruiter here other than that their are big names like akamai oracle all of them offers good package of 7.5lpa.

Circulum was around VTU guidelines but was quite inspired by senior faculty. Quite outdated according to me and very less used in indrustries as semester was quite limited time so it effects the syllabus lab facilities are good maintainence is good.

Unlike general over-enthusiastic answers to questions like this, I would want to put a realistic picture here. Campus life is chilled out. As they say in KGP - 'Peace Maaro'. The culture is so accommodating that whether you like to fight real hard or be a lazy sloth, things will work for you. What more, you will find friends who would be exactly like you, hence instances of loneliness are limited. Having said that, IITs are notorious for suicides. That is one fact one can't deny.In short, I would say that immense support system is there, it's all about reaching out to batchmates and seniors.

Students of IITs normally don't bother about placements. IIT Kharagpur has a pretty solid placement process and nearly everybody who wants to get a job gets a job. In addition to core companies, finance and consults companies like Barclays Capital, Mckinsy, Bain, KPMG etc. are the ones visiting Day 0. During my time the average package was around 7-8 LPA.
