The hostel facilities are not so good because the it is a old hostel there is 68 seat for boys and 158 sits for girls and many more the cook do the cooking for the students

No there is no comments in our college the senior students are very good and we are to thanx full to him and do not have any tension to us and the students are very good

Campus strength around 350 including students and faculties. Cafetaria and tuck shop present. Laundry services are also provided.gymnasium , badminton court, basketball court, table tennis room,football cum cricket ground are present for recreation. Computer labs for internet surfing. sports activities are less.cultural events take place on regular basis. Various events are organised to celebrate festivals enthusiastically.

Course curriculum is good. However improvements are needed like timing of offering of different courses and duration of courses. Core electives for finance are financial valuation , investment management,derivatives and risk management ,retail banking, management of banks and financial institutions,international financial markets,financial products and services, project infrastructure and finance.

The life at campus is always colourful, every new year, the college reopens and after few weeks there will be fresher's party, where we welcome the first years and our college is very strict about ragging, so its ragging free campus. The college has 2 canteens where we spend most of times and during exams time is spent at libraries, which will be opened till 10 o'clock in the night, so there is complete management between studies and fun, there is lot room of scope for sports, the sports room has, shuttle court and gym. The gender is ratio is also equal and there is no discrimination on the sexual grounds. there is no politics involved in the college. The economics status is medium and no huge difference where one can feel bad about. There are students from all over india so there is diverse learning condition, which is makes college life fun and frolic.

The faculty are highly qualified, few have doctorates from IIT's and others are from renowned institutes, only handful of the staffs aren't having the doctorates. they share their knowledge and guide us in right direction, based on our interests. The standard of teaching is effective and the way we are evaluated is quite good, as we take # internal assessment tests, lab tests and final exam, so its better way to asses the knowledge we secured during the semester.

After completing my 12th and giving IIT exams in which i scored 130 which gave me the advantage i needed to get into top colleges in punjab. During my admission process i was aware of the general criteria of marks but being honest i loved the thought of having a good college inside punjab and chose it.

In our department if the talk of internship comes basically only one company comes in mind its microsoft. But we have partners like google, dell ,hp ,flipcart all which came for internship.The general stippend offered is 5000 per month which increases as per the training and company placement.

It's been only six years since the campus has been built. So in today's time, the placement scenario is not at its very best. But it is improving year by year. About 80-90% students gets placed from computer science branch. And for other branches this figure goes down to 65-75%.Companies such as Honda, tcs, EA sports, sap,etc. comes.Last year the highest placement offer was by EPIC SYSTEMS: 66lpa.Average Package: 10.93 lpa.

The fee structure of BITS is a bit costlier. Tution fees- nearly 1,00,000. Mess Fees- 3000 per month. Apart from this, the other expenses adds upto 1.5 lakhs per semester. But also students with low family income can avail scholarships of up to 80% on tuition fee on the basis of their grades in exams which is called as MCN (Merit-cum-Need) Scholarship.

There are several companies come to our college annually. Almost 10 companies like webel etc come to our college and do campussing. They also offers stipend to selected eligible students. Almost 100 students receives stipend annually through our college campussing.

There are many cultural, technical, management festivals held in the big playground in front of my college. As the freshers are welcome through a festival program the farewell of teachers also done similarly. A student also can participate in festival programs.

This college is unique within itself, 6 trimesters and approx 10 subjects each trimester, with the compulsory (basic) subjects been taught for 20 hours each trimester.Classes starts anywhere between morning 8 o'clock to 7:30 in the evening and can last upto 9:30PM. So far from my experience and friends from other colleges. GLIM has got the most friendly Placement team which will be there for you no matter what.And as a result of the same 100% placement is shown almost every year. Glim has standard set for companies in terms of Compensation which again assures students for their standard placements. Avg CTC for PGDM for my batch was 8.26lpa.

Our alumni network is very strong and our senior students are very helpful. We get most of our internship opportunities through our alumni network. During the tenure of the course I got to meet senior student during the guest lectures which were conducted by the college. They came from various industries and shared their experiences both as a student at Greatlakes and as a corporate employee. This helped me to better understand the life post college and the expectation from various roles offered by companies.

In one year we have 7 terms and except for 7th term all the other terms have mandatory end term exams for every subject which is being taught in that term. Besides end term we have mid term or quizes depending on the discretion of the professor taking that subject. In addition to exams we get regular project work and presentations which give us an opportunity to apply the management concepts to practical scenarios. This provides a great learning platform for students.

Campus life was best time spent in my life. Friends are very helpful for any subject likes studies,games. Gender ratios of male female is 60-40. Labs infrastructure was very excellent,in campus many competitions are occurred among other college students like robotics,games and also debates.

In JU placements was almost 100% in BE course on my electronics & telecom department 55 were placed out of 58. And some of them got 3 jobs in hand,some of them got 2 jobs.and in ME 17 are placed out of 23.companies are tcs, cts, ibm, infosys, ericsson, adobe, ibm r&d, wipro, capgemini etc.

There are eight papers per semistar & total semistar is eight. But the paper is very top. lf you have any back in any paper then it should be cleared on the next year with the junior batch.

There was no ragging our college because few years ago a student got affected by ragging & He treated in the hospital for 7 daysdays. At that day ragging eas totally banned in our college.

I wrote an EAMCET exam and I scored a 142400 rank in that exam,at that time I don't which college better or not that I did call my uncle ,then he given a some list in vizag engineering colleges that's why I choosed that college.

I am one of the scholarship student I did studied by help of government fees reimbursement ,government payed to college yearly 36000 per one person without having fees reimbursement students they payed 36000 cash only.

I have passed jee with 45 marks in it. I choose this course because i like technical fields and the course is all about technology and innovations. Itself engineers means who creates the things therefore i choose this field. For the admission i filled the cap round and then in second cap allotment round i got this college.

The course curriculum is carried out in 4 years and it is divided in 8 semisters and in every semister there are different subjects. In first year all the branches have to study the same subject and in second year the students study the subjects related to their respective branches.

I got admission in st xaviers on the basis of merit. I have chosen political science as i liked the subject very much and i am interested in studying comparative politics and international relations.

Faculty is very qualified and good. They teaches very well and individual attention is given to each and every student .They are co-operating and very nice.

In college gender ratio is almost equal. College organize lots of extracurricular activity and cultural program for students. There are sports competition are also happenings there. Labs are also as per standard norm. There are play ground for all sport like basket ball , volley ball, foot ball, badminton, cricket etc. State level indore game lIke table tannins billiards, chess competition are happenings there.

There are lots of cultural function are happening in college. SPANDAN, DANDIYA NIGHTS, MANAGEMENT DAY, fair festival ,National conference etc. Some function are happening in national level. Some sports activity are also happening in college. SPANDAN AND NATIONAL CONFERENCE are happenings there for 3 days.

The scholarship which is being offered is by West Bengal government. And if I have to mention about the scholarship given by the colleges then yes it gives that. If any students score above 9 point CGPA. Then if he would apply for scholarship. He would definitely get that.

The faculty of the colleges are very much friendly and too serious about study. As study being a race in modern century. The faculties are always available for the help of needed for any type of problems during college hours. Moreover they also give their

The college is not only for the studies and also for the other trainings,journals debate,conducting seminar (national and international level) with well qualified persons,guest lecturing on recent trends. Cultural activities also they will conduct to boost the student and trainings regarding the improvements in social behavior. totally it was amazing experience.

Freshers day,National and international seminars,National days celebration. Cultural events,Inter and intra college fest,lecturer on the recent trends Work shopsJournal clubs on every week and each individual must be participate.College fest was organized in national level for three days and around 500 people are participated.

College is good because everyone like his college so I also like my college. I don't like my college management because they not help students they not do work at time for college students. They not held any function in our college. Faculty is good. Our College is Goverment College. Its per year budget is 16 crore. All teachers are well educated. Building is so old. Our college opened in 1940 so it is very old and historical college.

Our college is good in cultural activities. Our Bhangra team is very good. They win Bhangra Gold Madel in Inter College Festival(Punjabi University). Sports are also well managed in our college by our Prof. Surjit singh our college chess team is very good I am also member of chess team we scored 3rd position at inter college level.

The campus is very good because it is ragging free. The principal itself is running anti ragging commitee in the college. The ratio of boys and girls is good. As i told before there is no hostel therefore no hostel parties take place. Every our college students make car and participate in car racing. And a very good program is also organised in our college that is robot swaymvar.

The scholarship given by the college is fees waiver to toppers. There is 100 percent fess waiver to university topper. 50 percent fees waiver to college topper and 25 percent fees waiver to class topper. This scholarship brings a competitive surrounding in the college in studies.

The gender ratio in campus is almost same. There are parties on special occasion in hostel otherwise no party. There are many workshops like Tech mela,app development and many more. There is no discrimination made on caste,gender,race and ethnicity. There are no cases of sexual orientation. The economics status of college.

The faculty and standards of college were like international institution. There was no compromise in any fields from studies to sports. The college was ragging free and every thing there was good. There were also video calling to Teach the course.
