The main anual fests are held twice by two clubs. Rest in between there are various small fest but not even attended all and also not even knowing all of them. There is a very big 4 storey library and all the books are accessible and there are a wide range of books as expected of a library that is the biggest library of a college in the country. There are few classes with smart boards rest none other technological provisions within the classroom exept for our phone and laptop that we have to bring. There are various oppurtunities for sports enthusiasts offered by the college, we can also represent our college for sports. The faculty-to-student ratio is almost 1:24. The faculties are diificult to be approached not all of them but many. Liked the 1st semester maths faculty "Mrs. Meena Parvathy" for her extremely understandable teaching. Not like the programming teacher "Mr. Sundarrajan M." since they are not at all coming for teaching, most of the classes gets cancelled and just some substitute comes and sits or some work is given without even knowing any content. There are like 3 class test per semester for each subjects and a semester examination, which is easy to clear for most except few. The semester exam s only covers topics that are most important from the units there in the syllabus.

The course curriculum is relavant and well structured as it follows the guidelines of GGSIP university to which the college is affiliated. However the faculty is average some important topics are often skipped during lectures. Additionally the syllabus is not fully covered by them, But they are supportive in other things like conducting and organizing events and etc.

The curriculum is relavant and well structured preparing us for the real world applications. I get to learn a wide variety of topics. The difficulty level of examination is moderate making them manageable to pass and Each semester includes two exams one internal and one external.

From 3 or 4th semester the will eligibility. There many companies like Deloitte etc the highest average pack is 70000 to 80000 per month 90% get placed. My plan is to study higher studies in abroad or else to get placed in highest average salary

every experience is different , u can volunteer participate in competition but what really is important is u have to take initiave and approach everyone and make good connections with everyone in order to get opportunities and u have to be really active to know about what going on in college and get every information u can get the library will be always open and every kind of book u need for ug and pg is all available , christ university has one of the big libraries with 3 floors for pg students and a separate one for ug students , it has 2 grounds in college and department wise sports events will be taking place regularly and friendly matches between faculties and students will also be there . there will be fests and cultural happening , where there will be stalls and shops opened and on those particular days u will be given offers and coupons also , evey talents has a place in christ university , there more than 100 in the university which are active on christ university , the campus is always lively and never empty , events will always be taking place one after another . every kind of clubs such as dance , songs , srt , volunteering , media , records , bussiness, quiz , and everything which will there in inter departments for every subjects . this will u u r get good network through out the campus there are also pan university clubs where u can meet and socialise with anyone who are all from different department

faculties are always approachable whenever u want outside class hours whenever they are available u can go and get help , Mr. Dinesh , Mr. Natchimuthu for their teaching styles and they way they are friendly and also strict and help us learn extra and above the portions i didn't like some staff becouse if we are late by 2 to 3 mins they cut our attendence and make u run around the campus for simple task and if u get in any trouble . they make u wait unreasonably and give assignments. there are 3 CIA - ( Continuous internal assignements ) cia 1 and 3 are assignements , presentation , tests , role plays anything according to what ur respective teacher is assigning u it might be group or individual , Cia is midsemester , u have exams for 50 marks this will be . all of these 3 cias will be converted to 45 marks and ur attendence will be for 5 marks . after 3 cias ull have end semester for 50 marks so totally it will be converted to 100 marks and your result will be available in the website will percentage gpa and marks. exams are average any person who have finished their 11 th and 12 th would be able to attend the exams without any fear. the exams is most relevant to subjects and course is designed in a way it ll be helpful in thur future which can make u thrive in the industry

placements can happen in any semester starting from 2nd semester, it completely depends on the companies which come to the campus for cadets. 95% of the cadets get placed at the end of their course. teh packages vary from 300000 to 1200000 per year. note that this is the stipend you get while training, once this training is finished and you have al the certifications and are medically fit for sailing you get ti earn 10 times more only after 2 years.

infrastructure is good but thre are many fields to be improved on. There are many future projects which are being built in our campus, there are many opportunites in co-curricular activities such as dance, drama, sinnginng, instrument playing, poetry, sports. boxing is taught by seniors, gymnasium is provided and manyopportunities to represent the campus if you are good enough.

Placements happens very rarely, 1:10 is tech company and no body gets placement. you can only when you can reach to non technical, which is a waste I feel, why should we study so had to get into some bcom peoples work paying like 1.5-3lpa

Course actually they whole education system is wrong how do I complain regarding one specific thing, it's like having knowledge on everything little by little which helps no where actually. Should have some more supportive plan for it

Year-wisely,we have to pay 2lac per year but there chance to increase the fee by10%yearly. There is also form fees that is 2000. And will paying the admission fees 1lac for half year with that you have to pay 10,000 also which will you get after completing your degree.Yeah, there are also many scholarship which you can apply for financial. While admission process if you have given entrance exam like, NID UCEED ETC. than if not don't worry there is also college entrance which they conduct like NID UCEED only in that process there will be onilne exam , interview, portfolio etc.after all you pass than you will proceed for admission fees and all.And much more information I don't know now but the college and staff are very helpful while admission process even after that also even teacher are also very helpful.I known you will not regret after taking admission.And yeah they also giving affordable course as compared to other colleges

I think I toke this course because of furniture design which they also provide to which loved. They real toke note that they teach us which is related to real world applications more than only reading book's.I don't think they want any improvement because they are more experienced than us I also liked their teaching way. They also keep seminar where expert interiors and architecture comes and share there experiences.

The teachers should condier the students who do not understand Assamese and try to use it as less as possible during the class for the convenience of the student who do not understand the language at all. The frequency and timing of the exam is quite good and I would like it to be the way it is.

Honestly, the faculty is quite bad. They open the counter late, it takes way too long to get through the admission process and registration for exam too. As for exam, there is one sessional before the semester exam, then the semester exam and at the last the practical.

It was the first commerce college in entire northeast. With faculties from MBA, NET qualified, Slet qualified, PHD holders. The class are well equipped with ACs. Also there is a provision for economically backwards students who can get admission with 450 rupees and for other students it is around 5000.

The course is too good as it also not about the course but a lot of opportunities other than the course like politics sports. Also the technology used in teaching is good but it can be made better. Frequency is flexible with two months gap per semester.

So the faculty-to-student ratio is 1-30 One of the best thing about this college is the Faculty. They are very supportive and have genuine knowledge in their respective fields. My all time fav faculty is Mrs. Vibha Jain Mam, she taught us physics in 1st sem and was always there to solve abd explain our doubts specially in exam time One faculty I didnt like and I still dont like is Mr. Hitesh Ahelawat Sir, Despite of scoring above 20 marks in mid sems which are of 30 marks and giving all the assignments time to time, he didnt gave me internal marks! Course structure : So as its an Engineering college it provides Btech in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and communication Engineering, Information and Technology, CS- Data Science, CS- AIML Exam system : So there are two Mid Sems exam students have to give if they miss one then they have to give supplementry mid sem and then after 4 months of a particular semester there is one END sem exam (just like any other typical engineering college) Almost all students are able to clear the exam but still there are 2-3 students who dont able to! Marking Schemes: 40 marks are from internals(attendance, assignments,behaviour,etc) 60 marks are from the end sem exams youllbe giving

The curriculum is not preparing me to learn the tech skills, important tech stacks which is necessary in currents world, and thus not help me in getting job! So a CSE student should learn coding and about the AI agents in my opinion rather than these academic stuffs! Coding will help you get a job! Physics, chemistry, electrical things wont! So frequency of exam as I have told you that there are two Mid-Sems each of 30 marks and for 1.5 hoyrs and then there is one End-Sem exam of 60 marks of 3 hours

One of the reasons i chose this course was the balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and technical subjects along with the opportunity to gain basic hands-on experience through labs and projects.

The faculty members at our college are excellent. they are highly knowledgeble, supportive, and always ready to help students with their academic and personal growth. The course is divided into six semester. in each semester student usually study 4 to 5 subjects.

Few faculties were good while somewhere not even fit to be a professor. Only few will be teaching and you can learn from them. The rest were reading the ppt from slideshare and gives that as notes. Per semester i had 2 continuous assessment exams for internals and an end semester examination

The only event to which all the students are allowed is the college cultural fest. Departments are allowed conduct events on their own. There's a Central Library where you can get books for Subjects as well as for Government examinations and entrance exams. There's a digital library as well

From June month will conduct lot of festivals and events. In one semester each department will conduct four events. Common events are freshers day,retro day, ethnic day, Christmas celebration. Also celebration and then farewell.

We did go internship in third year fivth semester. In our department syllabus has introduction to journalism. So, we did have to search a particular journal office, they did teach about copy write, copy editing, Review writing.

The faculty to student ratio will be from 2024 it will be very high because in 2024 CSE students were lot like 1.2k students from CSE itself so I would say for per 240 students there would be one teacher but has it is still 1:30 the circulation of teachers are very good the relationship between faculties and students are very good as everyone interact equally and support if we have interest in something the faculty I like very much was python man in my first sem name was Lilavati ma'am she is support everyone and also took our interest seriously and she was one of the illuminai of BMS College of engineering which made her understand us even more better and faculty didn't like was Manjunath sir who was first year maths teacher he was a good teacher in teaching but in terms of rules and following but in terms of treating students he was like second standard teacher who was like strict scolding and then pointing out students which was not likely to be a lecturer or a professor in engineering college and he has a lot of attitude speaking about exams there are there will be 3 CA is like internals and one se is best of two will be taken and see will be the final one sem and examination best of 2 is good actually like one month there will be one internals and you can do if you do good to internals good you will be having a lot of time to prepare for a c if you do one internal you missed you can clear it out in other internal so it is one of the good thing in BMS College of engineering will be converted to 50 marks including activity and project presentation and everything clearly maybe 10 to 5% of students fail in examination rest everybody pass the course curriculum is up to date has BMS College is one of the autonomous engineering College it is up to date with new technology we could say.

I am interested in computer science from my 11th standard I to CS in 11th itself so I mainly focused on technology and coding stuff so I too sir competitions and engineering the course in the first year I would say people want to study more about computer science has they will be all other subject like physics chemistry maths and other one credit courses so from mainly they will start their own course properly perfectly from the second year which make them focus good in the second year areas of improvement in teaching is the only thing I would say they should increase in what the course that taken and what the interested rather than forcing them to study other courses like 11th and 12th deyar is no point in studying them after coming to engineering I would say when we have choose and computer science the speaking about the exam timings we have one exam or internals per month and after the three internals we will have one se internals best of to would be taken which is one of the best thing in BMS College of engineering and if you have done to exams when there is no need to write the third one se he will write for 100 marks we should be converted for 50 marks both 50-50 will be taken in our final and then will be given great points and then CGPA and sgpa
