Course curriculum for Electrtronics & Communication Engineering(ECE) is good but you will not find many student pursuing ECE core. Maximum students prefer to go or work in IT sector. Now , Exams are held in Mid sem-Endsem format. Before C1-C2-C3 system was applicable.
The name of annual cultural fest is EFFERVESCENCE. It is usually held in the month of November. The name of technical fest is APAROKSHA. It is usually held in the month of April. The name of sports fest is ASMITA. It is usually held in the month of March.
The course curriculum aptly covers all aspects of the subject that a professional should know. It prepares a person for real world too as there is equal amount of importance given to learning of theory as well as understanding the practical implications of what have been learned. A scholastic year is divided into two semesters. One semester includes coverage of 2 syllabus units after which the CA (continuous assessment) takes place. After the CA the rest 3 syllabus units are covered and then the Semester End Examinations take place. After the SEE, there is a break of around one month followed by another semester. In all, one Semester covers 5 units and overall the curriculum covers 10 units in one scholastic year in every paper code. This system allows to efficiently understand and learn about the required material without putting too much pressure at once.
Our current batch has a faculty to student ratio of 1:72 per paper code and there are 7 paper codes in total. It does not impact the learning experience much as not everybody is present everyday. The faculty is too good and very well learned in what they're doing. There has been instances when the learning methods of some teachers have not gone down well with the students and the HOD is always willing to hear out and understand the problems faced by the students. All teachers are approachable and provide time to time mentorship to the students to make them aware with the recent trends.
The course curriculum is nice you find all the subjects relatable at every point The assessments serve as valuable checkpoints for tracking my progress in the course. Moreover, the mock interviews offered are invaluable in simulating real-world interview experiences. I receive real-time feedback not only on technical concepts but also on structuring responses and managing nerves. The interviewers are approachable and often share personal anecdotes to keep me motivated and focused.
Most of the faculty is very nice and helpful but some you will find troublesome They provide proper notes and what's important for the exam You can interact with them personally also they will help you in every possible manner
Course curriculum is relevant to the field and different subjects are included which helps to get a better understanding of this field. The curriculum is generally prepared before hand the starting of semester and everything is on time and well organized. All and all everything is good. The areas that need to get improved is more addition of practical knowledge regarding the case field as students don't get thorough in this field and do not properly understand the things. The exam timings are mostly in two shifts one for morning and one for afternoon so that equally all things can be done
After the 6th semester students are eligible for taking part in placement process. The criteria is set for the people who want to opt in or out and the forms are filled. There are different MNC company's and Pharmaceutical company have came for placement like mankind , macleoids . They have the highest package of upto 5-6 lakhs and a good profile is also given. The students who have opted in all are mostly placed after different company's came and the maximum students are eligible for the company criteria. My plans is to do masters and do further studies in this field
I registered for Artificial intelligence course. AI course equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to develop intelligent systems and contribute to the growing field of artificial intelligence. By providing a blend of theoretical understanding and practical experience, the course prepares students for various roles in academia, industry, and research.
Course fees is about 1.15 lakhs/annum. Our State government provides full fee reimbursement scheme. Through that I joined in the college. I just paid my admission fee around 17k . Till now I didn't enrolled for any employment through college.
Internships are exactly training program here, like Wipro talentnext training program was held for our batch for which 150 students were selected by the mock interviews held at college by career development cell. Also company like plan full has taken student for internship with PPO.
It was the best period of my life. Made many good friends and learnt a lot from people around me and the social life has got a boost in my personal case. It was great during events and other hackathons and competitions to become more social and enjoy those moments.
We had core literature subjects + linguistics + translation studies + a minor elective where we could choose any language as an assistive subject (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, German, Sanskrit, Spanish or French). The teaching methods for my specialisation were really synergetic, the teachers really knew how to plan the curriculum and field of studies they should cover for the respective topics. We also have seminars frequently and class presentations really helped in enhancing my knowledge in the field of study, along with soft skills and fighting the fear of public speaking.
Social life was always good in the university, there was always something happening. Fests were always really grand - go all out types but security and management systems were kinda poor. The academic co-curriculars were also very fun and interesting. These activities were really helpful especially for introverted students who were hesitant in participating in public activities that required addressing mass audiences, performing, participating, engaging etc.
BBA is very good course especially when you are searching your career in the field of business this is the good course. After this any are able to get mba course and get good placement this platform is for management and marketing and so many aspects in the field of business
My faculty members are well qualified and also teach us very well and also very cooperative They also help us in doubt solving process. Always give so better guidance . They always provide us good knowledge about their experiences.
To join this college, one has to crack the NEET examination. The MCC counselling is conducted. KMC mangalore is a government college for Karnataka residents. If a general candidate scores more than 530, he can get it in, the fee is 70 L for 5.5 years with one year of paid internship. For government seat, the fee is 5 L for 5.5 years. There are no financial assistances provided by KMC mangalore but the top 10 students do get a scholarship who have applied here
MBBS is a hands on course with a lot of stress, you really need to be at your toes at all times. KMC provides a good college experience as it gives you an effective work- life balance. You are going to be the future health care workers, that is relevant and helpful to the whole world.
According to me the course curriculum is bery easy and understandable. The exam portions are very easy and and study leave will be given before 2 weeks before the exam This course is the best option for cadets those who want other degree certificate amd have an interest in sea life
Campus is well disciplined and punctual The infrastructure facilities are the best comparatively from other colleges The sports facilities and gym facilities are the best There are more opportunities for cadets who are interested in extracurricular activities
The annual fest of this college is Interact. It has a series of events, ranging from Sports events, to Inviting supercars, arranging DJ Sessions and etc. Library here is great and well maintained, it has a variety of books and also a great set of staffs to manage all the things, But yes again, even the library lacks air conditioning. The gym doesn't have mirrors, speakers, and not even treadmills also a very limited area. There are no GDG or such groups/ Active clubs in the campus as of now.
Like all other colleges in India, the curriculum is outdated and irrelevant to the current market and industry standards. Majority of the subjects put more emphasis on your mugging-up skills rather than challenging your technical skills. They should bring in some new subjects that are relevant and up to the current industry standards. Exams are held every month in the form of internals and during the end of our sem we have SEM END Examinations which decide our final SGPA.
Events are held every year including college fests and other small events. Scientific events are also held which include paper presentations The library is well-equipped with various books Classrooms have a projector screen and a whiteboard and Acs Sports events are also held every year
Fees in the general category are approx 90k per year including the hostel fee. Various Scholarships are provided by the Maharashtra government The internship is provided by the college itself with a stipend of 11000 which has been increased lately to 18k
LEHREN is the annual fest and it typically helds in the month of February. Our library have Alot of books their but most of them are of old editions that makes troubles for students There are no such facilities ( technical facility) provided Sports and extracurricular activities are quite active in the college We have cultural societies in our college
I have always been a commerce student that's why chose bcom as my course. If I would go for MCom or MBA then bcom will surely help me. I think we are not getting reading from our faculty that should be given. The exam is not that difficult, we get quite a good amount of time to complete our exams, it is 3 hours.
The fee structure is also good like for my batch it is like 159000 for first year and 117000 for the rest year including everything along with that 95000 for the hostel. Those student who are from bihar can get bihar drcc loan and UP student get UP scholarships.
The campus life is average. My expectations was high but here it is average and it is good to take admission here. Here you can learn many things like how to manage time and you can also participate in many fests. Overall it is good for taking admission here.
The infrastructure of the college is awesome and the campus has a nice garden or lawn and it also has a cafeteria where one can have chit chats with their friends . They provide a good quantity of foods and they also have a seminar hall in which various activities are organised.
The fee structure of BBA and B.Com is the same which is Rs 95000 per year which is paid in 3 installments. The college ensures campus recruiting would be done and various companies would be joining the same. There are merit-based scholarships.
The companies offer internship in my department are Halliburton, Cairn, ExxonMobil, Schlumberger, etc. They offer the role of geologist as per our department and they offer other roles also to other departments like chemical engineers etc. But the internship seat to student ratio is very low, so we have to apply off campus on our own to do internships. If any one is doing internships via campus the there is a chance for them to get placed in those companies.
The fee structure is higher than other institutions but it is because of the facilities IIT Bombay offers to the students. But there are numerous scholarships you can get here. I got MCM (Merit cum means) scholarship where I got 40000 rupees per year for 2 years. There is Ups and Downs in campus placement every year but I didn't enrolled my self in campus recruitment so I didn't get any job from here.
The names of the annual and technical festivals on 15th August Independence Day and 25 January Republic Day and Saraswati puja and many's festival Celebrate this college. The range and accessibility of books on library many's books for different different branches examples- mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering , data science engineering and civil engineering and chemical engineering and many more books available on library. My class available on smarts digital boards all class room. And available play ground on my college 50 acres
To rate a course curriculums relevance and comprehensiveness, consider factors like alignment with industry standards, inclusion of practical skills, depth of theoretical knowledge and adaptability to emerging trends at its core meachical engineering applies principles of physics mathematics and materials science to solve real world problems. It's about harnessing the forces of nature to create innovative solutions
College does have different groups and clubs but none of them are allowed in first year which is a major set back as the first year in itself is academicaly tough they make it even Tougher by not promoting any co curricular activities in the first year itself And also the mandatory uniform of college which most of the students dislike the most The best thing is that hackathons are conducted regularly Which makes it better for your growth
I don't have much idea regarding internships as i didn't qualify for any either Neither did I participate for any of the internships But students do get placed as far as I remember recently a girl from third year got an internship at stipend of 85k which is just mind blowing Yes the college does promote students for off campus internships and offers too
Fees structure is very affordable as all the colleges in Delhi University. For example my course is bsc physical science with chemistry and it's fees is 14110 per annum which can be easily paid. Our college also offers scholarship opportunities for the students.
There are many internship opportunities that are available in our college. There are groups which keeps students updated for internships . There are even paid internships which helps students to handle their expenses as well as gain experience
As for bachelor of science this course is really very good in my opinion and choosing this particular college has also been a good decision for me College provides practical knowledge that is used in real life College should improve in extracurricular areas
Faculties are really good and study material is also perfect We interact with teachers often and feel really good with their behaviour Teacher to student ratio is good Notes are provided on a daily basis and teachers give really good mentorship
