The college main focus is study. They do not focus on annual events. They do not pursue any new event . There only one event takes place in a year which is named as pravah which is also not good. The college campus is quite good it's have a good ground and a library. The clasromms of the college are also very hygenic . The college do not support sports and extra curricular activities. They just do the formalities in the name of sports .
The fee structure of the college is very systematic. We have pay the college fees in semester wise system . Half fees is paid in 1st semester and remaining fees is paid in 2nd semester. There are many scholarships are there in college. Students can takes their benifit easily . The college campus is quite good . And it's a regging free campus . Students have to take regging undertaking and responsibilities.
2 fests, Parichay(Intra college fest) and Pantheon(Inter college fest)take place(Alternate years). RNSIT has a major lacking towards campus and infrastructure. The whole campus area, claimed 160 acres, is also not fully utilised. Classrooms aren't well equipped (not every classroom has projectors). No AC, not even in computer labs. The Temple inside the college is beautiful and very peaceful. The RNSIT auditorium is also beautifully designed and has a seating capacity of 1800 students. Sports and extracurricular activities do take place oftenly. Clubs are active, particularly fashion, music and dance. Tech-based groups are mostly undercover. However, the college is now starting to organise hackathons and more even for first sem students. Overall, development is expected in all spheres but gradually.
RNSIT is affiliated to VTU and hence follows its curriculum. The curriculum prepares students for real-world applications or further academic pursuits as well. The excellent teaching methods allows students to grasp on concepts and the study materials provided are based on the latest exam pattern.
MBBS curriculum mainly involves core subjects like anatomy physiology biochemistry pathology pharmacology and clinical medicine. The curriculum is well adapted for future doctors to phase the real world helath issues. Teaching methods and infrastructure must improve
Tuition fees for students in calicut medical college is around 23000INR. There are scholarships for elgible candidates. Other expenses like hostel fees books bus infrastructure ets can also occur. There is no employment opportunity for students
Yeah there are few good courses as electives in each semester. Like we had professional communication in 1st year and Economics in 2nd. Which are important for engineers to learn. But rest, more or less the curriculum is the same as the rest of the colleges. The same old typical subjects where we are studying to become programmers we have to learn about those outdated hardwares. Microprocessor and stuff. I personally don't see any relevancy in real world. Students barely remember any of those stuffs after the semester. Also, we have placement classes seperately where they teach actual placement stuffs like Logical reasoning, Quants, Coding etc. So they could've done this from start. My suggestion for improvement are add more vocational subjects which teach real industrial based stuffs and remove old outdated parts. Exams should be held only for the semester end, imo. They take mid sems and so many tests and assignments that we don't have time to explore extracurriculars.
The college is way too expensive. I don't have idea about tution fee hikes. But it's expensive. We do have AC classrooms and Smart TV for classes but that doesn't justify anything. The crowd is too much, from an individual perspective it's seems a waste of money to come when you can't enjoy all the facilities you've paid for because of the crowd. Also, the actual curriculum is same as all the engineering colleges, so I don't really get it. Our complete education costs 19-20 lakhs min. (13-14 tution fee, rest hostel mess etc...) Also they take fee for everything. Shouldn't it be included? They take examination fee of ?1000 for end sem exams. There are few scholarships available those who come from JEE but they require higher percentile. And I don't think anyone with such percentile ever come here. Rest are of KIITEEE topper they get stipend of ?10000 and there are few other scholarships listed in the website. So only the college infrastructure is worth the money.
Many event are organizing in my college in every month but a grand annual function celebration name parvah event name ,many books are available in our library around 100000 book in college library, no facilities and technological provisions within classroom, yas many sports event are organizing my college ,yes many club in our college who give many social and team group event
During 6th semester students eligible for college placement, many company like borosil, pinekal and more,240000 per yer higher package in our college, approximate 70% placement getting college campus, yes when no placement in college campus and after complete our course I am coming and discussed about placement related
there are many clubs in our college. like music club, dramatix club, martial arts club, etc.. The classes were very neat and clean including individual desk for the students, black board, projector, stage. The books are free for the students and that to be returned within the period of time. all the departments conduct their department symposium, each departments fest takes 2 days and that to be conducted by 3rd and 2nd year students. all sports and athletic events are conducting in this college. the campus looks nice.
For BE aided the fee is 25000 and for BE self study the fee is 75000 this both for merit students. and exam fee around 3500 per semester. and there is no other charges will get by management. many scholarships are available. scholarship amount may be 44000 to 80000 students whoever focusing on studies and placements they will get a placement based upon the skills and hardwork. And some companies provide interns.
Actually Vellayani is a campus give importance to both curriculum and extra curriculum activities.Under arts and sports club such good achievements are made and also planning forum club and academic club helps in placement jrf moke test , interview preparation etc.and under speakers club improvement of language and communication skill is also done
It's just a beautiful course that we will have a n idea about a lot of field like extension, statistics, economics, biotechnology, microbiology, engineering.we will have a lot of option after UG .But the exams are in 6 months gap so will have a difficulty in completing the lectures
There are many clubs for students which they can actively take part and there are also many sports training in our college to encourage students like badminton, basket ball, volley ball, cricket etc.. The clubs are actively running by our college seniors so it improves interaction between juniors and seniors
My decision to chose this course is it will be very beneficial in the future. The timing for internal exam is 2 hours for 50 marks and the timing for end semester is 3 hours for 100 marks. The curriculum is very useful for us. The teaching method can be improved by adding extra courses.
66000 thousand for the tution fee. Which will be paid by the government under the JVD scheme for those who are eligible for this scholarship only. Further, we have to pay 13450 which includes the service fee and building fund. The college provides 10000 scholarships for merit students
Our college has more than 20 clubs. Which are engaged by our students only. Our students won many prizes in inter and intra-sports meet. Some of the clubs are NCC, nss, sports club, filmy club, hobby club, etc.
The term is relevant to a degree but with the constantly changing world of technology, I'd say the course curriculum can be improved to let the students get more comfortable in the field of technology. The curriculum also has communication and other important classes which in a way prepare the student for real-world experiences. The course can be a little more tech-centric to let the studenyts get a deeper understanding of the technologies of the world. The exams are not that difficult if the students pay attention and dedicate a small amount of time everyday for preparation.
The students become eligible for campus placement in the 6th semester. There are plenty of placement oppurtunities but the packages offered is solely dependant on the students caliber which is pretty general i guess. My plans are pretty general and normal just like any other student with a degree but I am looking into Entrepreneurship right now.
Through EAPCET students are eligible to study the respective courses based on their secured ranks. If the student is eligible for scholarship government offers the respective courses based on their secured ranks in EAPCET exam and students who joined through nri quota has to pay their year wise fee along with some particular seat fee in 1st year
Overall campus life is good. Crowd is very high where people come from in and around the Rajam. People come from far by places and stay in hostel. We have fests like annual day and Step Cone which is biggest event of our college which is held for 2 days. We also have different activities like ISTE, ACM, CSI, NSS etc.
Well, the course is very informative and engaging. Along with theory, we have many practicals held which can be interesting to perform. The only part about college we don't find enduring is probably the assignment we get. The amount is insane.
The annual fee is 192000. If someone wants to achieve a scholarship in the college, they must score the highest cgpa in the following year and their fees get reduced automatically. There are also many scholarships for international students.
The annual fee is 80000. I got no scholarships. Yes. Institutes give lot the opportunities for employment and worker support. Financially whatever they need campus provides. Salary hike and bonus. Campus supports teaching and non-teaching workers, and cleaners and maintenance support.
In my college there was a lot of joyful movement and activities for learning overall I liked it so much and the support from the faculty side. I work with a literature club and positive feedback from their side. The library is good.
There are quite a number of societies from computer science to literature. Different societies organize college fest every year. The library and computer labs are very well maintained and there is a special focus on sports like football, basketball and archery.
College has a dedicated placements cell of it own. MNCs like Natwest, DE shaw, EY and many others have hired from the college. I too was selected as a Personal banker with Natwest and was offered a package of 3.25 lakh per annum.
I would rate 9 out of 10 for the course curriculum. There are some courses like Structural Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Environmental Engineering which made me have more interest to join Civil Engineering Branch. The curriculum which is provided in my college is good and any student on following this curriculum can gain good knowledge with minimum basics. I don't think there is any improvements needed for the courses we are provided with. But I want out faculty members/teachers to interact with students with live examples or real time examples as a reference to make us understand much easier. My college is conducting exams in proper way. They are punctual and difficulty of exams is moderate which will let the students know about their progress in their studies.
In our campus, we are having a fest called STEPCONE which will be held in the month of February. And annual day celebrations also takes place in the month of March. In the library we are provided with, there are good no. of books and journals that are useful to the students. We are having good facilities like projector in classrooms, good labs, and AC's in labs with non-stop electricity and LAN connections. Our college highly encourages students to actively involve in sports and extracurricular activities. There are many student clubs available for the students development among which I am also taking as a lead in a student club called SECTOR.
We were never involved in any fest . The only place fests are organised are DSB, Nainital, KU. And it was around Last of the year. Books were issued from library based on students ID card on some particular days. Not much except the course books were available. Only newspaper were provided on daily basis. None kind of technology infrastructure was provided or involved in studies. Sports events were held monthly basis , bit of a extracurricular activities are organised too related to art and culture. None kind of students clubs or portals were made only WhatsApp groups for conversation related to assignment and exam materials.
The tution fees is so affordable also the other fees frequency is so low. Students only need to submit Exam fees before upcoming exams and on admission in every other semester. Tution fees was around 3000 rupees per year and around 500 Rupees as exam fees. Never heard anything about any beneficiary of any kind of scholarships or financial aid. I don't think any was been provided. None kind of employment opportunity were provided, no in hand skills were discussed in course and only sector students got rewarded were sports related.
I loved planting and vegetable cultivation from my childhood itself, so that's the reason why i have opted for yhis course, in the first place. The fourse mould us to face any challenges in life as one of the main challenge i face here was the management of time, because we have a lot to write and study, accounting for yen subjects, also we almost cover every subjects under the sun , so that we get a general idea of almost every aspects in life. I suggest that there need to be more placement for students, and the teaching method must also to be improved. Avoid teachers who do not have proper and loud voice to be heard by everyone and their teaching menthods must be improved. The exam frequency is ok but we do not get any leave, say as in the case of summer leave. We must atleast get 2 weeks to stay at home, considering the increasing temperature. We are not able to even walk to class under this hot sun.
Tuition fees are okey consudering the other colleges, but they are making us to spend even more on recirds, prints and such other suff. Also the hostel fees is more, considering the featurs they provide. Tuition feees accounts for only 15000 but it will be more than that dir to extra charges on recird assignment papers etc.
I was placed on merit quota. The merit quota requires 25600 to be paid every year. Apart from that, I have availed the first graduate scholarship but there are many scholarships available in the college. There are a lot of employment opportunities in this college and the average stipend is 20k rupees per month
There are a lot of culturals and events conducted every month like the cryptera events etc. There are many student run clubs such as the NSS, YRC, MAC etc. The library is rich with good knowledge books and computers for student use. There is a average looking gym in the campus and many spacious grounds.
Total fees of 3 years was 10 lakh 20 thousand and yearly 3 lakh 40 thousand and definitely thwreywas scholarship of rs 10 to 25K if you come first and second in your semester result you can divide yearly fees in 3 installment and pay in collage very less fees compared to other collage
Yes course is very nice and faculties are good and and also studies also good top rated company are visiting campus and it was very good honour to collage of Ganpat University we have to clear first 12th with science pcm above 60+
Our batch is the 2nd to follow the new curriculum lauched by NMC named as the CBME. It has many pros like several hrs of sgd, sdl etc are to be conducted, v get the clinical exposure from the very second year. The main pros is ELECTIVES posting, whcih is very beneficial to the students. Cons include we have got lots of log books to be completed within an academic year which is very time consuming.
As this is Gvt college there is no shortage for ARTS & sports. They are held evey year. Actually it would be festival mood in those times all collge would be decorated& every students would interact and enjoy the moment. There is also several clubs in our college like the arts, sprts, academic, quiz etc. Interested students can join them and improve there skill.
