There are not much internship opportunity here for civil engineering students but for other branches students have very big opportunity to get internship here because of in Himachal this is the only college which have the textile branch

Aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose this course is I am from CSE background. I did diploma in CSE where my intrest belongs the most. I think curriculum just teaches us therotical concepts you need to prepare by your own for the real-world applications. Suggestion for improvement in course curriculum and teaching method is faculties need to make aware of students about real world. How the things work in real-time like if I learning web development then they need to tell us that this is how you use concepts in real time. Frequency and timing of exams are not much hectic. Difficulty level of exams is moderate you can easily score if you studied.

Tution fee for us was fixed and did not increase. Hence there's no increase policy of fee as such. It could increase batch wise. For example 2021-23 fee would be different from 2022-24 batch and vice versa. 14,00,000 was my tuition fee. Scholarship can be availed by students for each semester based on their GPA score , students who score 7 above get certain scholarship, students above 8 GPA score little higher and vice versa.

My overall experience in the collge is average at its best, as it is a tier-3 college i didn't expect much from the college and there are many fields in which the collge can actually do better. I enjoy the environment with my friends , it was a blessing that i got a good circle of freinds, but for introverts , the college has nothing to offer except for exams,pressure and greenery. There are events happening in the college , there is an annual cultural fest going on but it is just average nothing really exiciting about it, but if you are thinking that whether there will be societies for my hobby , dont' worry there are clubs and societies for almost everything like fine arts, dance,music,finance,literature,sports and etc.

The relavance of the curriculum is very much, the curriculum is focused on covering the full potential of the domain that you are enrolled , you will be trained for both the soft and techical skills that are required fro an individual at any job or post. The curriculum is based on the new education policy 2020. So it is up to date and relevant to present times and future. There are three exams per semester: minor1 , minor 2 and majors. Minors are of 10-15 marks each and have one hour of duration while the majors are of 50 marks each and have duration of 3 hours.
