New Delhi: ETS TOEFL has joined hands with the National Indian Students and Alumni Union (NISAU) to launch the ‘UK-India TOEFL Scholarship’. The application process for the scholarship is open and students interested can apply through the official website toefltest.in/scholarship. The registration deadline is July 15, 2024, and the names of the selected candidates will be announced on August 15, 2024.
The ‘UK-India Scholarship’ offers 10 Indian students with a scholarship of INR 2.5 Lakh each. It covers expenses such as tuition, books, transportation, etc. Students who wish to study in the UK can apply for the scholarship. The scholarship aims to help students willing to pursue full-time undergraduate or postgraduate programs in the UK in the fall 2024 or spring 2025 session with financial assistance.

Who is Eligible for the UK-India Scholarship 2024?
To be eligible for availing the UK-India Scholarship 2024, you must have
- A minimum TOEFL® test score of 75 out of 120
- An admission offer letter from a UK university for Fall 2024 or Spring 2025
How to Apply for the UK-India Scholarship 2024?
You can follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for UK-India Scholarship 2024:
Step 1- Visit the official website of TOEFL
Step 2- Click on the application link for UK-India SCholarship 2024 on the homepage
Step 3- Fill in details of their Grade 12 scores, Graduation scores
Step 4- Write an essay on 'Creating a social impact with a UK-based Education' [500 words]
Step 5- Provide a highlight of their personal & academic achievements
The Essay submission will be assessed along with other personal and academic credentials according to the applicant’s eligibility and the completeness of the supporting documentation submitted by July 15, 2024.
On getting selected for the scholarship, the students will act as TOEFL ambassadors during their studies, promoting the program and sharing their experiences. The students will represent the country as TOEFL Ambassadors at Events and Conferences and will be contributing to marketing and promotional activities such as writing blogs, creating video testimonials, etc.
