- I liked the campus beauty and the staff over here who are very supportive and the teachera who are ready for yoy every time you go to them and wven the hygine is maintained quite good here
- Faculty members in this department are the best atleast i think so, they interact with students in a friendly manner this allows us to freely ask our doubts and gain knowledge.
- Tution fee in each year is increased by 10 percent and there are number of scholarships and fee refunds for which a student can apply for after approval of his cirtificates and various other documents.
Dislikes
- Hostels - their is not sufficient hostels available for students and hostel mess is very bad. their is no student union available so it is very difficult to make some change in college.
- It is not so good as expected because of lack of facilities within the college.but according to social aspects and culture it is good and our nit is lacking infrastructure and this affects campus life too.
- It is a very small campus compared to the other nits, the college grounds are very small, and there are no separate buildings for the courses.

- Hostel life is good , many sports games are available for playing like table tannis, basketball.
- faculty are good ,supportive . seriors are also supportive
- green campus , PG are also available near college.
Dislikes
- Less number of hostel are available in my collage.
- my college campus is very small compared to another NIT
- FANG company do not comes for placenment.
Placement Experience:
Placement are going well for last 5 years many companies like Facebook and Adobe comes every year s. this year 62 laks was the highest package. approx 80% of students ar getting placed. Minmimu's CPI should be 7 for Placement.

- College is spread in an area of around 100 acres which helps student to get connected through college life.Campus provides each and every equipment for laboratory work which helps a student to take real feel of what is available in the market.
- Faculties of our college are very experienced and have a unique way of teaching concepts in a very precise manner.They are very friendly with the students and help in every aspect of life whether it is bookish knowledge aur social knowledge.
Dislikes
- The rules and regulations of the college are very strict .The in time of the college is 10.00 pm and for hostellors it is 9.00 pm which is I think from my side is very wrong .
- There are around 300 security guards in the whole campus .Looks like it is a place where an attack is about to happen.Hostellors are not allowed to move inside even in the camous after their in-time.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I was alloted this course(Civil Engineering) through JOSAA Counselling.It is a very gud branch and helps a student to prepare for real-world applications.Each faculty tries it's level best to explain the concepts.Exams are also conducted twice in One sem which are of very gud level.

- Good green campus and great infrastructure.
- Great professors and staff that help us anytime.
- Clubs are very good and club involvement.
Dislikes
- Sometime seniors taking raging and give workload
- Not hostel is able for every student that are in this college
- Campus is good but small in size as compare to other college.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course is good and relevant in terms of job .
I is way related to real life world in semiconductor industry that is growing very fast .so this course is useful to grab job in upcoming semiconductor industry

Civil engineering plays a vital role in modern society. It enables the creation of infrastructure that is necessary for economic development and the well-being of people. Infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and airports facilitates trade and commerce, allowing businesses to thrive and economies to grow.
Teaching methods are now old and need to change with new generation
The timing really matters when it comes to days we get to prepare ourselves

- It is termed as Institute of national importance.
- Anti ragging system of my college is very good.
- Seniors are very helpful as they help in many of the problems.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not so good as i was expecting.
- Teaching methods of some of the faculties .
- I was expecting large campus area but it is only 100 acres.
Placement Experience:
Students becomes eligible for placement in VI semester. Companies like Tata, Deloitte, wipro, etc. visit for placements. Highest package reaches to 62 LPA and average package is of 14LPA. About 85% students get placed.
I am planning to get a better job after getting degree.

- I like placement part in nit raipur placement in nit raipur is quite impressive. Highest package was 2 cr international package and domestic was 55lpa in Microsoft.
- Senior in nit raipur are very good very helpful they are always to help junior .
- Security part is also good in nit raipur there are lots of guard
Dislikes
- College infrastructure is not so good. The old 1960 building are there . There is no separate building for each department.
- No separate group for hockey and sports facilities are also not that good.
- Every one didn't get hostel in this college that part I didn't like about nit raipur.
Placement Experience:
My college provides great opportunity in internship and placement.
U will be eligible for internship after 4th semester and for placement u will be eligible after 6th semester.
In nit raipur so many good companies come for placement but only few companies come for internship. Company like Samsung, Amazon, jo Morgan, vedanta , Adobe ect come for placement.
Average package is 11lpa in nit raipur which is quite good. Specially talk about my branch ECE average package is 14lpa. Heightest package was 55lakhs in ECE branch.
Almost 80% students got placed in nit raipur.
Few people find their interests towards government job and higher education.
Specifically talk about my plan I am targeting adobe. I want to get job in Adobe.

Placement Experience:
Our college provides great opportunities in terms of placements. Many companies visit our college on campus placements and provides good packages. Average package of mining is about 10 lakhs and highest offer received by mining student this year was 55 lakhs. Most mining students get job in core companies but non core companies still provide opportunities to sit during placement. Internship opportunities are widely available in our college. Most of the students are involved in coding so they get opportunities to get selected in the placements on the basis of their skills.

- Campus Life-It is too good, helping seniors and positive environments
- Fests- The fests are too good and grand.
- Placements-The placements are good enough, placement cell is too active and there is good coding culture
Dislikes
- Number of classes- There are too many number of classes in first year, from 2nd year the classes are less like 3-4 classes per day.
- Few teachers are quite strict, most of the teachers are supportive but few are strict.
- The timing of classes is not as per our ease.
Placement Experience:
Placements are good enough.
From 7th semester you will be eligible for campus placements.
highest package is 1.2cr and average package is of 10lakh per annum.
Almost 80-85 % students get placement every year.

What is your review of National Institute of Technology, Raipur?

As an alumnus of NIT Raipur, here are my views on this institution-
- Faculty- The faculty lags behind in terms of NIT standards. It is slightly above average. This is because their teaching method is not very engaging. That being said, the teachers are helpful. They will advise you to engage in extracurriculars as well.
- Student Interaction- The senior-junior interaction is good.
Despite IIT Raipur and AIIMS Raipur being in close proximity, interaction and
idea-sharing with them is negligible.
- Industry Connect- It has a good industry connection for some core branches like mining, metallurgy, and civil.
- Campus Life- The campus life isn’t good. But eventually, you’ll learn to cope with things and enjoy yourself. You’ll learn a lot during your degree from this campus.
- Infrastructure- There is a lot of room for improvement in the infrastructure of this college.
- Placement- Placement records are decent. Last year an average package of INR 10.1 LPA was recorded by the college. A total of 738 offers were made by 101 companies. Some of the companies that visit the campus for placements include- Infoedge, Siemens, Adobe, Barclays, Capgemini, FIAT, Reliance, TATA, SapientNitro, Oracle, Amazon, Samsung, JP Morgan Chase, Cognizant and Wipro.
Overall, I would say that NIT Raipur is a bit lacking in many respects. However, you’ll get a good chance to rise over here because of low competition.
