DTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placement is good if you have cgpa greater than 8 then you easily get a package of greater than 10 lakhs per annum. And if you work a little hard then you easily get a package of 15 to 20 lakhs per annum.

Placements in DTU are like top tier if you've got potential and you work hard enough, we get so many opportunities here. The highest packages have gone in Crores per annum. As such no percentage is provided by the college to how many students get placements. My plan after the degree is to pursue my dream to crack UPSC Examinations.

From 5th sem onwards , the intern season kicks off and thus the rat race begins. This race goes on and on till the 8th sem. The companies visited DTU are Amazon, google, microsoft, palantir, sprinkler etc The highest international package of 2023 is 1.8 cr and domestic package is 64.3 lakhs. The Highest was offered by Palantir internationally and Amazon by Domestic. The Avg package was 15.16 lakhs. DTU boasts a high placement rate for the like of majority getting placed in good companies Working a few years in a tech startup or big company and then off for an adventure of a life time

In 4th year you are eligible for campus placement Around 300+ companies visited every year with different offers & opportunities like Google Microsoft Apple Amazon etc The highest package was 1.2cr/yr last year The average package is 15 lakh/yr 100% placement record I'll go for placement after my degree

The placements are good with an average 6 Lakh package for Masters students and a 3 to 4 Lakh package for graduate students. Since this is our batch, I will update the placements after getting one. But, we are hoping for at least an average of Rs.8 Lakh package. Also, the placements are in the field of marketing and sales for management students and for us pursuing Master's in Economics, we are looking for research and Data Analyst roles since our course is designed in such a way with them teaching a lot of software such as SQL, R and Python. Almost all the students who wish to take the placements get it but it is guaranteed that they will be getting a very high package.

PLACEMENTS are quite good. Almost all students get placed here. The packages are also very good. The highest is 1.6 cr by amazon berlin (2021). The average here is 12 to 15 lpa. Placements begin after 3rd year.

The end of 3rd year is the eligibility for placement, Companies are such as Amazon Flipkart Microsoft google tcs Paytm Maruti Suzuki etc. In the mechanical highest package is 1.07cr. 8cgpa is bear the minimum demands of companies. To clear the gate and do an internship at DRDO and clear IES.

I chose Mechanical Engineering because they have the best faculty in mechanical engineering. Professors are experienced and contributed to many big projects. almost every professor has published a paper of more than 10-15. the teaching method was also nice. for the first two years of Btech, you were taught by an assistant professor, then after, you would be taught by the main professors who are full of experience and knowledge.

From the 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies visited in college like Google Microsoft etc.2200+ offers were made. highest package of around 1.83 crores and an average of around 14 lahks per annum.8+ cgpa is required for students to get placed. after getting my degree my plan is to perform for the country at a high level.

I have a very keen interest in microprocessors and semiconductors their working and advantages and how they are making our life easy so I choose ece branch. the faculty to student ratio is not good as the students are very high in number in this college around 2.5k every year. the qualification and teaching skills of our teachers are very good and they are very humble to students and help students at every stage which I like the most in this college. Here in every semester, we have 2 exams mid-term and end terms. and they have a gap of around 2 months.
