This college is very much renowned and is located in Bhubaneswar which is a cheap city and not too expensive. Rest all other good colleges are located in expensive cities which makes it difficult for a medium class to afford.

Remarks:
I am in Aerospace engineering. As I wanted to pursue this branch and kiit is nearer to my house, and relatively less fees than other colleges which has this course. And I didn't crack IIT. So I was bound to. And odisha and bengal hasn't much cultural difference., so communication and staying easier. The campus is beautiful, market is nearby. Also they have pretty good labs.

The campus is highly energetic and engaging. You will always see hustle here and there as something or the other keeps on happening on the campus which makes the students really involved. Join the clubs, take part in events and feel the MBA life.

I opted for this course in this college because an MBA is always supposed to be a cult course, especially in an economy like ours. This course develops you as an individual to be more performative irrespective of industry or sector. And this college is one of the best B-School.

What is your review of KIIT University?
Kalyan SahuLives in Bhubaneshwar
Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.
