Dislikes
- Students who come here often get distracted as the life and campus are so good and relaxing.
- Hostel food can become slighter better and the timings of it could get a little more student friendly.
- Sports area could get a little better. College team should give more chances to first year students as well and find good sportsmen.
Placement Experience:
Students starts getting placements while being in final year. The placement of the college is really good.Top MNCs visit the college for hiring. Huge salary placements also come like 12lpa to 16lpa. The College is known for 100% placements. I am currently working in cognizant with a salary of 4.5lpa.

From 3rd year students get internships program.And in the
Fourth year they get hired by companies.Like these year
Microsft visited our campus for placement in computer science.120 offer were made out of which 98% were placed

- Strictness and discipline is maintained in the collage .
- The overall campus is big , and beautiful and it is surrounded by trees and many plants
- Every hostel in the campuses have some sports complex where we can do exercises.
Dislikes
- The streets are crowded and very busy. There is risk of having accident.
- Hostel intime is only upto 7 pm which is very less, because our class ends at 6pm.
- Mess food is not tasty but we are now adapted to the food.
Placement Experience:
7th and 8th semester is required for campus placements.
Accenture, Google, Amazon,etc. The highest number of packages offered is 63 in the last year 2023, but the average package is 8.5 lacks.
Almost more than 95 percent of students get places with varying packages.
My plan is to get a placement more than 15 lpa and settle in my life.

- Tution fee is not afffordable by middle cladd families.
- Very crowded. Lots of student in one class.
- They don't give clarity related online/offline campus placment.
Placement Experience:
Students get placement opportunity from 5th semsster only. 350+ companies visit KIIT and 3000 students gets offer. Highest package is 63 lpa and average package is 6.5 lpa. 90% of students get placed. I'm placed right now so I'll continue my job.

- Large number of students affected the campus process.
- The security of the campus could have been improved.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course was really beneficial for me. I got learn a lot in my intersted area. The total exams were held are 8 sem. The preparation for the real world was really beneficial. The timings of the classes could have been more flexible. Teaching methods were really impressive.

- The curriculum was very good and up to date and taught by expert faculty

- The face was a bit too much and not affordable for middle class

I did my BBA and there were plenty of companies that recruited from our batch although I did not sit for the campus placements many of my batch mates did and they got average package of around 2 to 3 lpa

Ofcourse u can apply for companies off campus if u dont get ur desired job in the campus seection on day 0,1,2.The main plus point of kiit is u get a recognition which will definitely help u during placement off campus

- Mess food ( If you are vegetarian ofcourse)
- Weather ( I find it a little overly irritating but can't do anything about that)
- Placements here can improve because students here are skilled.
Placement Experience:
Starting from the 6th semester, students engage in internships and placement opportunities. Various companies including numerous startups actively recruit from campus, providing valuable learning experiences. The average package of KIIT is INR 8.5 lakhs with the highest package reaching INR 65 LPA. In the 2024 placements more than 4000 job offeres were extended by over 300 recruiters, with 62 new recruiters joing the process. The placement rate exceeded 96% and a significant number of students either secured employment or pursued higher studies. My future plans are diverse. I am considering governemnt jobs due to the mild interest.

Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placements from 6th semester. Many companies visit the campus such as Deloitte, TCS, Wipro, NVIDIA, HubSpot etc. The average package of salary is 6-8lpa whereas the highest package of this year was 63lpa. 90% of students got placed this year. I too aim to get a good lpa job otherwise I will go for higher studies after getting the degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:
My course has both electronics and computer science meaning both software and hardware .my curriculum helps me prepare for world applications and academic pursuits area of improvement are timetables that are very hectic. Exams frequency is good enough

What is your review of KIIT University?

Here is a review of KIIT University based on the experience of a close friend who is now an alumnus of the institute
Pros
- The institute offers a vibrant and happening campus life filled with fun activities.
- The institute gives extra attention to extracurricular activities and has a plethora of platforms through which one can pursue their passion.
- The accommodation facilities are decent and the hostel rooms are spacious. Hygiene is maintained
- The institute has excellent infrastructural facilities like a gym and swimming pool that charge money.
Cons
- KIIT fees are high and not everyone can afford it. This year the annual fees stood at ?3.5 Lakhs
- The faculty pool has average professors and very few are highly experienced.
- The institute also faces issues due to the huge batch size.
- The research culture and the lab sessions are poor and need to be worked on.
- The curfew for girls' hostels is another big concern here. The girls are expected to be inside the hostel by 7 30.
- Placements are decent considering the huge fees you have paid. There are several mass recruiters so getting placed won’t be a major problem.
In all, KIIT is a good choice if you have no financial constraints and want to live a luxurious campus life.

As far as B.Pharma placements are concerned. almost 70% of the students get placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA.
KIIT University offers good placement opportunities for all the students of the university. However, the placement package offered to B.Com students are lesser compared to other technical and management students.
