BHU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the seventh semester, students will be able to sit in campus placement. Syngenta foundation,pradan etc. And about 80 percent students can get placement. Highest package is of 65k per month and an avg package of 30-35k per month. After getting 7 ogpa or more they can get placement. I have planned for persuing MBA degree after the graduation.

Last Semester i.e 8th semester students are allowed to participate in placements. The various companies related to agriculture and food sector visit regularly viz PepsiCo, Bayer, Dayal, Patanjali, ajeet, Syngenta, jeevika, srlm etc The average package is 35k-50k per month and the highest is up to 10-15lakhs p.a Almost every student taking part in placement get placed (as most prefer higher studies). I plan to opt for higher studies.

Placement is the choice of candidates as per their preference and choice of the journey ahead. A good percentage gets that while the majority like to pursue post graduate courses be it in the same field or others. Like many pursue MSc ag by preparing for ICAR JRF PG, many opt CAT for MBA and many others like that. Banks come with handsome packages so candidates can willingly opt for choices.

BHU has a lot of good characteristics but what made me join the college was hands down the mind boggling ROI it gives. Combined merit in written test, group discussion and interview conducted by FMS and BHU is considered while making the selection decision.

Banaras University, reknown among the students as BHU is the the best in Uttar Pradesh due to this only I chose it. BHU is among best 30 institutes to do MBA from while in overall rankings NIRF has placed it on 10th position in 2020. The university not only matches top standards but also give corporate touch to students skillset. The seats in MCA programme at BHU are given after the counselling procedure only.

It was my dream to study in BHU. My grandfather was an alumni. He wanted me to do graduation from BHU. Besides this, BHU is a very nice university. The environment here is too good. It is an attractive study destination for me. I couldn't imagine myself elsewhere.

BHU provides a good environment for studying peacefully. Banaras Hindu University is ranked 10 for overall by NIRF. So you can guess its a pretty good college. Entrance to the MSc course is done through a post graduate entrance exam conducted by the college.

The inclusion of Banaras Hindu University among the top 10 institutes overall in 2020 rankings of NIRF was the reason I decided to do my BA from here. Along with NAAC accredition BHU is also approved by UGC. Students interested to do BA-Social Science from here must have 50% marks in XII and a valid BHU UET score also

Good Aspects- Wonderful Campus, World Renowned University and professors, best in class infrastructure and facilities. Bad Aspects- Teachers are very traditional in approach, some of them do not follow the right strategy to teach, they teach just for the sake of teaching, the department needs to put more efforts for the placement of students.

After 3rd semester, Students become eligible. Mostly Companies visited:- ICICI BANK, IFFCO-TOKIO, SRIRAM GENERAL INSURANCE, etc. The highest package is 12 LPA. The average package is 4-6 LPA. 80% of students get placed. My plan is to work in a reputed organization.
