Amity University Noida Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Campus placements of this university are very good. After 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many well-reputed companies like TCS, Amazon, Google, Wipro, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Accenture, Infosys, etc. visit our campus every year for campus placements. The highest package offered to a student was 23 lakhs PA and the average package was about 4lakhs PA. 90% of students get placed every year in a well-reputed company. If you study well, then you can easily get placed in a well-reputed company and with a good package. Teachers help students a lot in their placements, and because of this students can easily crack all the interviews. My plan after getting the degree is to become a Marketing Manager in a well-reputed company.

Students are eligible for placements during their final year. Apart from that amity offers summer internships and allot NTCC (research projects) for students. selection of students depends upon their cgpa as well as their interview. amity really nourishes its students to crack the interviews.

Only 8th semester students sit for placements. Many big companies such as Coromandel come for giving the students am opportunity to work in their company but the students are hired on a probationary period of 6 months after which they may or may not get a fixed place in the company. The average package is between 15000-35000. Among the students which voluntarily sit for placements, most are selected but on probationary period. I am not looking for any placement opportunity from the institute and would like to go for higher education. But the fact that AMITY INSTITUTE OF ORGANIC AGRICULTURE is not ICAR accredited, students having a degree of BSc Hons in Agriculture from Amity University are not allowed to sit in the post graduate entrance exam conducted by ICAR which leaves us with almost zero options.

In the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placement deserving one get fairly rewarded for the excellent academic performance. as many companies come for placement and generally offer jobs between 2 to 3 lakhs package per annum. Around 40 -50% of students get placement according to their potential and hard work. After getting my graduate degree I am planning to enrol for M.Sc.

From sem 6 or we can say 3rd yr the students become eligible for college placement. My department has less placement for bachelor level but it does well in the master's program. The university provides very good exposure to students to work in all fields.

Amity has good placement opportunities. But specifically speaking- in our department, very few people get selected for campus placement. However, many good companies visit our campus. All in all, students with good score and academics get to sit in that placement vacancy.

I did choose this course because I wanted to explore and contribute to the agricultural sector for better growth of the economy of India, for the people of our country whom we can help especially major concentration towards rural areas or villages. 10:8, Majorly every faculty has done their PhD from known respected universities. In fact we students are actually fortunate to get the opportunity to learn from our faculty members. They are actually very helpful and in our department, the teachers are sincere about giving notes and other information. Term exams were usually normal with the proper time. Truly the exams according to me were mediocre not too tough or not too easy so anyhow a student was required to study.

From the 7th semester, students are getting placement. Any student who wants to do their further studies from here. I want to do MSC and after that, I want to pursue Ph.D. Lots of companies there some of the food tech. Diary and wethers like Skymet and all.

When the students come in the last semester which is the 8th semester then only they are eligible for campus placement. There are a number of companies that provide placements. I don't know about the package since I had not faced any interviews till now for the placements and about 40 to 50% of the students get placement. After completing my course if I get any good University for Masters then I will go for that and if not I will prefer to do a job.

I choose this course because I have a keen interest in studying Agriculture and Bsc Agriculture is broad-based course providing great economical opportunity as 70 %of the population depends on agriculture. This course is offering job opportunities in the agriculture industry and other allied industries. There is a number of students who have opted for this course in my college. The student-faculty ratio is quite apt for this course in my college. All the facilities are well qualified and I am satisfied with their way of teaching. Exams are conducted on a timely basis and aren't very tough to pass. What about the teacher who teaches in the class that's all come in the paper.
