    JNTUK has opened AP EAMCET Application Form correction window on July 04, 2020. Candidate can edit application forms till July 7, 2020. Previously, AP EAMCET application forms were extended till June 30, 2020 with a late fee of Rs 500, on the official portal (sche.ap.gov.in). Last date to apply for AP EAMCET with a late fee of Rs 5000 is July 17, 2020. The application forms will be available until July 23, 2020, with an applicable late fee.  Indian nationals satisfying the local/ non-local eligibility criteria as laid down by the Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana Govt. can apply. Check AP EAMCET Eligibility

    • JNTUK will be conducting the exam in two sessions.
    • Registrants can download AP EAMCET Admit Card after the registration process is over.

    For this session, the application fee for AP EAMCET 2020 is same i.e. INR 500 for Engineering as well as for Agriculture. The amount needs to be paid via online mode.

    Mentioned below are the modes of payment:

    • Visit AP Online/ e- seva / Mee seva Centers
    • Credit/Debit card

    How to fill AP EAMCET Application Form 2020?

    All the applicants are instructed to read the user guide before filling AP EAMCET Application Form 2020. Mentioned below are the main steps followed to complete the whole process:

    Stage 1: Visit the official website of APSCHE. Click on ‘AP EAMCET 2020’ Exam. After clicking it, an option to ‘Online Application’ will be there on top right tabs. Click on it and the following screenshot will appear.

    Here, one has to complete the mentioned steps in the order displayed above.

    Step 1- Fee Payment for AP EAMCET 2020

    • Make the required payment to access Application Form of AP EAMCET 2020.
    • Candidates are required to pay the processing fee including all the taxes to complete the payment procedure.
    • After clicking on it, candidate will be redirected to a new screen.
    • Fill in all the personal details- Candidate’s Name, DOB, Mobile No. etc.

    • After filling in all the fields click on ‘Initiate Payment’ tab.
    • You will be redirected to ‘BANK PAYMENT GATEWAY’.
    • Choose the mode of payment for AP EAMCET Registration.

    Mentioned below are the modes:

    Mode 1: AP Online/E-Seva/Mee-Seva Centres – Candidate opting for this mode is required to visit the nearest AP Online Center. The following information needs to be provided at the center:

    • Admit Card of Class XII Exam (CBSE, ICSE etc)
    • Candidate’s father name
    • Candidate’s DOB (Class X certificate)
    • Admit Card of Class X Examination
    • Mobile number
    • Stream appearing for- Engineering or Agriculture.

    Note: Upon successful payment, candidates will receive the Registration fee payment receipt containing a Transaction ID from the payment center.

    Mode 2: Credit Card/Debit Card

    • Fill in all the mandatory details and make payment.
    • Also, before that, they are required to thoroughly go through the instruction booklet and then make the payment.
    • After successful payment, a Transaction ID will be generated on the screen.
    • Note it down and then proceed with the “Application Form” filling process.
    • Acceptable Debit/ Credit Cards are Mastercard/Visa/Maestro.

    Note:Candidates should not refresh or press the back button while the payment is being processed.

    The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the “Transaction is successful” message in the below web page “Payment Status” along with Reference ID and Transaction Id.

    Step 2- Fill Details in AP EAMCET Form

    • Candidates successfully paying application fee, can then proceed to fill the form.
    • Before getting access to it, four fields namely Transaction ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No., Mobile No. and DOB have to be filled.
    • Click ‘Proceed to Fill Application’ tab.
    • Candidates will then be redirected to a new webpage where they are required to fill all the fields.

    Candidate Details:

    If a candidate’s qualifying examination is Intermediate (Regular) or Intermediate (Vocational), then all the details like Candidate's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name and Gender will be taken automatically from the existing Intermediate database.

    Note: Only if they have appeared or passed 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.

    Under this subhead, candidate is required to enter their current or permanent address with the following fields:

    • House No. (or) C/O
    • Village/Street/Locality
    • Mandal/Town/City

    • Mobile Number
    • Email ID

    Qualifying Examination:

    The next field in the form is to provide information about the academic background. In total there are 3 options for qualifying examinations as mentioned below:

    1. Intermediate (Regular)
    2. Intermediate ( Vocational)
    3. RGUKT
    4. CBSE
    5. ICSE
    6. Diploma
    7. NIOS
    9. Others
    • Filling in SSC or Equivalent Hall Ticket No. and Year of Passing
    • Place of Study- fill in the district details, meaning from Class 6th to Intermediate 2nd year/ equivalent.

    Details of Common Entrance Test

    • In this field, candidate is required to upload their scanned photograph and signature.
    • Also, needs to mention if they require Urdu Translator or not.
    • They need to mention the exam centers

    Step 3: Download the filled AP EAMCET Application Form

    • After filling in all the information, candidates can then submit AP EAMCET 2020 Application Form.
    • After submitting the form, save and download the final copy of the document.
    • The final form will appear on the screen along with the registration number.
    • Click “Download Filled In Application Form” tab to download the form.
    • Candidates have to take a print out of the same for future references.

    While filling AP EAMCET 2020 Application Form, there are few things that one should keep in mind before starting the process:

    Important Documents for AP EAMCET Registration

    • AP Online Transaction ID/Credit Card or Debit Card transaction details
    • Hall ticket Number of the Qualifying Examination
    • Scanned images of photograph and signature
    • Date of Birth, Birth District, Birth State
    • Aadhaar Card details
    • Details of qualifying examination appeared or appearing
    • Local Status (SVU/AU/OU/Non-local)
    • Admit card number of SSC or equivalent examination Certificate

    Document Specifications:

    In particular, there are 2 major documents that need to be uploaded in the form. They are- candidate’s Photograph and signature. The specifications for the same is tabulated below:

    Language Option

    • Candidates choosing the Medium of Instruction at Qualifying Exam as “URDU”, he/she can avail the facility of a URDU TRANSLATOR.
    • But it is informed that they will be allotted ‘KURNOOL’ as the exam center of AP EAMCET 2020.

    Test Center Preference

    • Candidates are suggested that they should fill the form as soon as possible.
    • The reason being, AP EAMCET Exam Center will be allotted at first come first serve basis.
    • At maximum, 3 choices can be made for preferred exam centers while filling the application form for EAMCET 2017.

    AP EAMCET-Retrieve Application Number

    Retrieving Application Number and Password

    Facility to get AP EAMCET Application Number or Password if Lost / Forgot is available Online. Use “Forgot Registration Number” Link to get AP EAMCET Registration Number if lost. The process to retrieve the registration number is as follows:

    • Open AP EAMCET Portal and Click on Forgot Registration Number Link
    • Enter Transaction ID: a). In Case of Payment is through Credit Card /Debit Card, enter the Reference ID; b). AP Online /TS Online /Through Payment Gateway has to enter the Transaction ID
    • Enter ‘Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No.’ and ‘SSC Hall Ticket No.’
    • Click ‘Submit’ button
    • AP EAMCET 2020 Registration Number will be Displayed on Screen
    • View, Save, Print and Download AP EAMCET 2020 Registration Number

    Note: In case a candidate has forgotten his/her password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ link and enter application number and email address. A link to change the password will be sent to candidates registered email address.

    How to Check AP EAMCET Form Status?

    • After completing AP EAMCET 2020 Registration, track the status of application by visiting the official website.
    • AP EAMCET 2020 database is updated every 72 hours (3 days).
    • On the official website, there is link “Track Application Status” to check the status, enter application form number, password and enter CAPTCHA code.
    • Click “Track” to obtain the status of application.

    Ques. How much fine can be imposed for filling AP EAMCET Application Form after the last date?

    Ans. The fine imposed for filling the late application form starts at INR 500 and can go up to INR 10000.

    Ques. Is it possible to fill the application form without paying the application fees for AP EAMCET?

    Ans. No, students need to first pay the application fee before proceeding to fill the application form. Without it, aspirants cannot proceed to the next rounds.

    Ques. Which are the best browsers where I can easily the application form of AP EAMCET 2020?

    Ans. Applicants can choose any one of the following web browsers:

    • Internet Explorer 8 and above
    • Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and above
    • Google Chrome 3.0

    Ques. I have made few mistakes at the time of AP EAMCET Registration. What should I do?

    Ans. APSCHE or the coordinating body will provide a one-time opportunity from April 8 to 12 to make corrections in the online form. Make note that only a few particulars can be edited. Therefore, make sure to furnish your details properly in the first go itself and preview the form before final submission.

    Ques. Can students from other state students apply online for the state level examination?

    Ans. No, only Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana students can fill the application form.

    Ques. Can a student submit more than one application form and able to apply for various courses?

    Ans. No, a student can submit only one application form where they need to choose either the Engineering stream or Agriculture and Medical courses or both.

    Ques. Is there any need to send the hard copy of application form to the Convener?

    Ans. No, there is no need to submit or post any hard copy of the application form to the Convener.

    Ques. Can I change AP EAMCET Exam Center at later statge?

    Ans. No, test centers once selected cannot be changed later.

    Ques. If a student doesn’t have credit/ debit card. Can they submit the fees through challan?

    Ans. No, fees can be submitted through online mode only.

    Ques. How can the test center preference made by the student?

    Ans. Students need to select two districts – one is primary and other is secondary. And from each district, three test centre preferences are allowed.

    Ques. Does students who cleared the intermediate in Regular need to upload the scanned copy of photograph and signature?

    Ans. No, the scanned image of photograph and signature, for those who cleared the intermediate in regular will automatically be populated from the existing intermediate database. Only, students belong to “Others” have to upload it.

    Ques. What is the meaning of all the field marked with an asterisk (*) sign?

    Ans. All the fields marked with an asterisk (*) sign are mandatory to fill. Not doing so will not let you proceed to the next step.

    Ques. Is there any kind of confirmation displayed after the successful payment of the application fees?

    Ans. Yes, after the successful payment of AP EAMCET application fee, the confirmation will be displayed as the payment ID on the screen.

    Ques. How much is the processing charges at the time of paying application fees?

    Ans. While paying the application fees, applicants need to pay the processing charges of amount INR 59.

    Ques. Due to some unavoidable reason, I will not be able to appear for AP EAMCET 2020. Will I get a refund of the application fee?

    Ans. No, AP EAMCET Registration Fee is not refundable and also not transferable.
