KMAT Admit Card 2018: How to Download KMAT Hall Ticket?

KMAT Admit Card 2018: KPPGCA, regulating body of KMAT will issue the hall tickets from August 3, 2018. Candidates who have registered successfully can download their admit cards available at www.kmatindia.com. For this year, KMAT 2018 is scheduled for August 5 in offline mode, apply online before July 25. 

Candidates must assure to keep the admit card safely until the admission is finalized. The document acts as an admission ticket that allows a candidate to enter the examination hall. It is mandatory to carry it along with a valid Photo ID proof to KMAT Exam Center 2018. Read on to know all about hall ticket, steps to download it and other information related to it.

How to Download Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

Step 1: Visit the official portal of KMAT Karnataka (www.kmatindia.com).

Step 2: Go to Candidate’s Login and enter login details-registration number and password.

Step 3: Select ‘ Download/view KMAT Hall Ticket’ link.

Step 4: KMAT 2018 Admit Card will appear on your computer screen.

Step 5: Check and download the document.

Candidates must check and make sure that the details are present on their admit card. The admit card will consist of the following details:

Discrepancy in KMAT Admit Card

In case of any error in the Admit Card, immediately contact the concerned authorities for a solution. If you do not alert the authorities before the examination, your candidature will be cancelled.

  • If your name is misspelt in KMAT Admit Card
  • If your PwD/ DA status is incorrect in KMAT hall ticket
  • If a different test city is allotted rather than the one filled during KMAT Registration

Documents Required on Exam Day

Along with KMAT 2018 Admit Card, candidates are required to carry a photo-identity proof for verification purposes.  The following IDs are considered valid:

  • Photo PAN Card issued by Govt. of India
  • Passport issued by Govt. of India
  • Voters Identity card
  • UID/Aadhar Card
  • Class X mark sheet
  • Driving License
Note: Candidates are also required to carry two passport size photographs same as affixed in KMAT 2018 Admit Card at the Test Centre for documentation purposes.

KMAT 2018 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates appearing for the management exam must go through the below mentioned instructions carefully. Some of these instructions are stated on the back of KMAT 2018 Admit Card and should be strictly followed by the candidate.

  • Details mentioned on KMAT 2018 Admit Card should be carefully checked. Any discrepancy must be immediately communicated.
  • Carry a hard copy of KMAT 2018 admit card along with required documents. If any candidate fails to carry the same, he/she may be barred from appearing in exam.
  • Candidates must show, on demand, KMAT 2018 Admit Card for admission in the examination room/hall. A candidate who does not possess KMAT 2018 Admit Card shall not be permitted for the examination under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.
  • Candidates should reach the test venue one hour prior to the commencement of the test.
  • Electronic Gadgets such as mobile phones, electronic calculators, or any other electronic devices are NOT ALLOWED in the test centre.
  • No Candidate will be allowed to carry any baggage inside the Test Center. Authorities will not be responsible for any belongings stolen or lost at the premises.
  • Candidates will be provided extra ten minutes for reading instructions on the test booklet and entering the required details.
  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the Test Center before the completion of KMAT 2018.
  • Candidates found guilty of any unfair means will be removed immediately from the process thereafter.
