  • The Book That Saved The Earth, a play by Claire Bioko, is about different characters like Noodle, Think-Tank, Oop, Omega and more who play the role of Martians.
  • It talks about how the book saved the Earth from a Martian invasion.
  • Think-Tank, the brilliant of all Martians, is the commander-in-chief and is responsible for conducting the manned space probe. 
  • They often called the people of Earth, Earthlings. One day, they decide to visit the Earth.
  • Every character, upon reaching a library on Earth, assumed books were sandwiches.
  • Listening to this, Sergeant Oop tried biting one of the corners of the book and disliked the taste.
  • They assume it is used for the communication of ears or eyes.
  • Opening the books, they found rhymes. It was a book on Mother Goose. Noodle decided to eat vitamin pills in order to increase his intelligence and read the books, they think are sandwiches.
  • Once upon reading, they feel troubled as they assumed the book by its literal meaning.
  • One of the books even displayed an image of Humpty-Dumpty who they thought resembled Think-Tank. 
  • They immediately postponed the idea of invasion thinking that the Earthlings have planned to kill him upon identification. They left Earth learning the plan, saving the world from being invaded by Martians.
