What is TS EAMCET Application Form 2027?

The TS EAMCET application form is the mandatory entry step for students seeking admission to engineering, agriculture, pharmacy, and veterinary programmes at universities and affiliated colleges across Telangana. The exam is conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of TGCHE every year, typically in May, covering two separate streams: Engineering (E) — for B.Tech and B.Pharm programmes — and Agriculture & Medical (AM) — for B.Sc. TS EAMCET Application Form 2027: Important Dates

TGCHE has not released the official TS EAMCET 2027 schedule as of August 2026. All dates below are projected from the 2025 and 2026 cycles and will be replaced with confirmed dates as soon as the official notification is published. Do not plan your application around these projected dates alone — check eapcet.tgche.ac.in for the confirmed schedule from January 2027.

All dates above are tentative, based on the 2026 cycle (Registration: 19 February – 4 April 2026; Correction: 6–8 April 2026; Exam: 4–5 May 2026). This table will be updated once TGCHE issues the 2027 notification.

TS EAMCET 2027 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Note: Students from states other than Telangana and Andhra Pradesh cannot apply for TS EAMCET. The domicile certificate and study certificate must be from a Telangana or AP institution. How to Fill TS EAMCET Application Form 2027

The TS EAMCET 2027 application process will be entirely online at eapcet.tgche.ac.in. You will need to complete two sequential phases: Phase 1 (new registration) and Phase 2 (form filling, document upload, and fee payment). Keep your scanned documents and payment details ready before you begin.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit eapcet.tgche.ac.in and click "TS EAMCET 2027 – New Registration" when the window opens.
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your Class 10 certificate — name and DOB mismatches trigger Category I corrections later.
3. Select the stream you are registering for: Engineering (E), Agriculture & Medical (AM), or both.
4. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS. Keep this number active throughout the 2027 cycle — all official communications, including hall ticket and result alerts, will go to this number.
5. Set a strong password and note your Application Number immediately. Both are required for all future logins, hall ticket download, result access, and counselling registration.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in at eapcet.tgche.ac.in using your Application Number and Password.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category (General / OBC / SC / ST / BC / PwD / EWS), nationality, and local area / domicile information.
3. Enter academic details: 10+2 / Intermediate board name, year of passing, roll number, marks or percentage, and subjects studied.
4. Select up to four exam centre preferences from the list of cities in Telangana, in your order of preference.
5. Upload your recent passport-size photograph and signature in JPG format within the specified file size limits — incorrect format or size causes upload failure.
6. Upload supporting documents as required: study certificate, category certificate, Aadhaar, and any other document listed in the 2027 information brochure.
7. Review every field carefully — cross-check your name, date of birth, category, and stream selection before paying the fee. Identity errors require a Category I correction request that can delay your application.
8. Pay the application fee via debit card, credit card, net banking, or TS/AP Online service centres.
9. Download and save your confirmation page (fee receipt / application summary) immediately after payment. Take a printout and store it safely.

Note: Submit only one application form. Multiple submissions from the same student are rejected and the fee on duplicate applications is forfeited without refund. If you need to correct an error, use the official form correction window — do not register again.

Download and keep your confirmation page safe — it is required for admit card download, exam entry, and counselling registration.

Documents Required for TS EAMCET Application Form 2027

Scan and keep the following documents ready before you start filling the TS EAMCET 2027 application form. Uploading documents in the wrong format or with incorrect file sizes causes submission errors — prepare everything in advance so you can complete the form in one sitting.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph taken within the last six months, with a plain white background and your face covering at least 80% of the frame. Do not upload studio-filtered, digitally edited, or retouched photographs — these are flagged and rejected during application scrutiny, requiring a correction request that may delay your hall ticket issuance.

If your payment fails, do not retry immediately — wait 48–72 hours for the auto-refund before making a fresh payment attempt.

TS EAMCET Application Fee 2027

The official TS EAMCET 2027 fee structure will be published in the TGCHE notification expected in January 2027. The table below shows the expected fees based on the 2026 fee schedule — confirm the final amounts from the official notification before paying.

Payment will be accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and TS/AP Online service centres. No offline payment mode (cheque, demand draft, or cash at the TGCHE office) is accepted.

Note: The TS EAMCET application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — this includes rejection due to ineligibility, voluntary withdrawal before the exam, or non-appearance on the exam date. Pay only after confirming your eligibility.

Note: If your online fee payment fails, do not attempt another payment immediately. Wait 48–72 hours for the failed amount to be auto-refunded to your source account before retrying. If the refund does not arrive after 72 hours, contact your bank with your transaction reference number.

The application fee is non-refundable — even if you withdraw your application or do not appear for the exam.

TS EAMCET Application Form Correction 2027

After the TS EAMCET 2027 registration window closes, TGCHE will open a short application form correction window — typically 2 to 3 days — during which you can fix specific errors in your submitted application. Based on the 2026 cycle (correction window: 6–8 April 2026), the 2027 correction window is expected in April 2027. The confirmed dates will be announced along with the official 2027 notification.

What You Can Correct

TS EAMCET corrections are grouped into two categories with different procedures:

• Category II – Self-corrections (online, during the correction window): Exam centre preferences, qualifying exam marks entered, uploaded photograph, uploaded signature, and other non-identity application details. You can update these yourself by logging in to the official portal during the correction window and saving a revised confirmation page.
• Category I – Authority-processed corrections (email request, during the correction window): Name (spelling errors), date of birth, gender, category, and domicile-related details. Send a request email from your registered email ID to the TS EAMCET 2027 convener’s official email address with scanned supporting documents. TGCHE processes these after manual document verification — allow additional time for Category I requests.

What Cannot Be Changed

• Application Number (permanent once generated)
• Registered mobile number and email address
• Stream switch (from E to AM or vice versa) after the correction window closes
• Any field after the correction window deadline has passed

How to Access the Correction Window

1. Visit eapcet.tgche.ac.in on the dates announced for the correction window.
2. Log in using your Application Number and Password.
3. Click "Application Form Correction" and update the permitted Category II fields.
4. For Category I corrections, compose an email from your registered email ID to the convener’s official address, attach the supporting scanned documents, and send it within the correction window period.
5. After making corrections, download and save the revised confirmation page — this replaces your original confirmation page as the authoritative record of your application.

Note: Once the TS EAMCET 2027 correction window closes, no changes are accepted — even Category I email requests submitted after the deadline will not be processed. Verify every detail in your application before the correction deadline passes.
