TSICET 2027 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

Confirm your eligibility before the TSICET 2027 registration window opens. Applications from ineligible students are rejected after scrutiny, and the fee is not refunded. The criteria below are based on the 2026 official notification — any revisions for 2027 will appear in the official brochure.

Note: TSICET is restricted to Telangana domicile students. Students who are permanent residents of Telangana or who completed their qualifying degree from a recognised Telangana institution are eligible. Students from other states are not permitted to apply.

How to Fill TSICET Application Form 2027

Once the TSICET 2027 application window opens at icet.tgche.ac.in, you will complete two phases: new registration and application form filling. Keep your Class 10 certificate, graduation marksheets, a scanned passport-size photograph, and a scanned signature image ready before you begin — the process cannot be paused mid-way once started.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Visit icet.tgche.ac.in and click "New Registration" or the equivalent link in the 2027 notification.
2. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear on your Class 10 (SSC) certificate — even a minor spelling mismatch can cause issues during counselling document verification.
3. Submit the registration form. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number to verify your contact details.
4. Note down your Application Number / Registration ID — this is your permanent login identifier. You will need it for admit card download, result checking, and counselling registration.
5. Set a strong password and save your login credentials securely before proceeding to Phase 2.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in to the TSICET portal using your Application Number and Password.
2. Fill in personal details: full name, date of birth, gender, category (General / OBC / SC / ST / PwD), and local area status (local or non-local).
3. Fill in academic details: qualifying degree, university name, year of passing, hall ticket number of the qualifying exam, and aggregate percentage.
4. Select your preferred test centre from the list of available cities in Telangana.
5. Upload your photograph (JPG/JPEG, max 50 KB) and signature (JPG/JPEG, max 30 KB) in the required format and size.
6. Review every detail carefully — cross-check your name, date of birth, category, and local area status before clicking Submit.
7. Pay the application fee online via debit card, credit card, net banking, or through TS/AP Online and meeSeva centres.
8. Download and print your confirmation page immediately after payment — store it safely for admit card retrieval and counselling.

Note: Submit only one application form. Multiple applications from the same student will be rejected during scrutiny, and the fee paid for duplicate applications will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Documents Required for TSICET Application Form 2027

During the TSICET 2027 online registration, you will upload your photograph and signature directly on the portal. All other certificates and documents listed below must be kept ready for physical verification during counselling — you will not upload them online, but you must present originals at the document verification stage before seat allotment.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a white or light background and at least 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, studio-retouched, or selfie photographs — these are rejected during form scrutiny. If your photo is rejected, you must re-upload during the correction window, which is only open for a limited period.

TSICET Application Fee 2027
