    TS ICET Application Form 2020 (Extended): Registration, Form Correction, Eligibility, Fees and Process

    TS ICET 2020 application date has been extended. Candidates can apply till July 15, 2020, with late fees of Rs 1000. The application forms correction was available from June 22 –  27, 2020. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic crisis, TSCHE had extended TS ICET 2020 application submission date with a late fee of Rs 500 to June 20, 2020.   Kakatiya University released TS ICET Application Form 2020 on March 9, 2020. TS ICET 2020 exam has been postponed until further notice.

    • The application fee for general candidates is INR 650 and for SC/ST is INR 450.
    • Candidates can also edit the form info through a request letter to the exam officials.

    How to fill TSICET 2020 Application Form?

    Candidates were to visit the official website to register themselves and fill the online application. The registration process for TS ICET involved 4 main steps viz.

    Step 1 – Registration

    1. Visit the official website of TSICET
    2. Click on the ‘Apply Online’
    3. ‘Registration Fee Payment Procedure’ page will appear on the screen
    4. After completing the registration procedure, a transaction ID will be generated which can be used for logging into the user account.

    Step 2 – Payment of Application Fees

    • TSICET 2020 application form fee had to be paid in advance through online mode only.
    • Application Fees varies category-wise. The general category candidates must pay an application fee of INR 650. Those from the reserved category have to pay a sum of INR 450 as the application fee.
    • Applications can be submitted after the due date too, but a late fee will be applicable candidates fail to submit the application form within the deadline.
    • Applicants have the option of paying the application fee either through Debit/Credit card/ Net banking or TS Online/AP Online/meeSeva (e-Seva).

    Step 3 – TS ICET Application Form Filling

    • Aspirants can then proceed to fill the application form of TSICET.
    • Before beginning with the form filling process, candidates need to enter the following details: Payment Reference ID, Transaction ID and last qualifying exam admit card number (the last exam taken or appearing in)
    • Once the fee has been paid and an acknowledgment receipt is received, candidates can proceed to fill in their personal and educational details.
    • After completing the form filling process, candidates will be redirected to the process of uploading important documents.

    Step 4 – Upload Documents

    • Applicants upload a colored passport size photograph along with an image of their signature.
    • The specifications for documents are given below
    1. Photograph Format: jpg/jpeg; Size: less than 30 KB
    2. Signature Format: jpg/jpeg; Size: less than 15 KB
    • After uploading the documents, click on submit.
    • A ‘Confirmation Page’ will appear on your screen.
    • Take a print out to the application form and save for future use. This is how it will look like:

    As mentioned above, TSICET Application Form varies category-wise. The general category candidates had to pay an application fee of INR 650. Those from the reserved category were to submit a sum of INR 450 as the application fee. Candidates were provided with the choice of either of the two options given below to pay the fee for TS ICET.

    Option 1 – AP Online / e-Seva/ Mee Seva

    1. Select the preferred Registration Fee payment mode as AP Online / e-Seva/ Mee Seva
    2. This will be followed by ‘Payment Verification’ web page
    3. Fill in the Transaction ID
    4. Click on ‘Proceed to Online Application form filling’ following which the Online TSICET 2020 Application Form will appear on the screen.

    Option 2 – Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking

    1. Click on the online payment option.
    2. On the ‘Payment Gateway’, select the card type (VISA or MasterCard or Maestro).
    3. Click ‘Make Payment’.
    4. Enter card details such as Card number, Expiry date / From Date, Security Code / CVV number etc.
    5. Click ‘Pay Now’.
    6. Candidates must make sure that during the payment process, they must not click ‘Back / Refresh’ button or close the browser page abruptly. The payment process usually takes a couple of minutes.
    7. The candidate will be directed to the bank Site with the Authentication Page.
    8. On this page, select one of the preferred authentication options: OTP/ IPIN. Enter the details of OTP/ IPIN.
    9. If the OTP/ IPIN is correct, the transaction will be successful.
    10. Next, click on ‘Proceed to Online Application Form Filling’ and fill in the TSICET 2020 Application Form.

    Candidates filling TSICET Application Form were required to support their information with a set of documents/ proofs. The conducting authority asks for some specific proofs for each information. They have been listed below:

    Note: Candidates should note that only upon successful submission of the TSICET Application Form, they will be able to download the admit cards. TSICET 2020 admit card will be available from May 9  onwards.

    TS ICET Form Correction

    Once the candidate has submitted TSICET Application form, and a preview of the same with the Registration ID is generated, no changes in the application form will be possible thereafter. However, certain fields (except Regional Test Centre) can be edited if a request letter with relevant proof is sent. In such a case, you may write a letter to:

    TSICET Application Form 2020 FAQs

    Ques. After submitting the TSICET Application form, how can I find out if it is received and accepted?

    Ans. If the application form is successfully submitted, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number. It will inform the candidate that the application had been successfully submitted. Along with that, a preview of the filled in ‘Online Application Form’ along with the registration ID and barcode will be generated immediately for the candidate to take out a printout and keep as an acknowledgement.

    Ques. Do we have to post TSICET Application Form and attachments to the University?

    Ans. No, the authorities doesnot accept any application through offline mode. The application form is to be filled and submitted online.

    Ques. If I misplace my copy of the TSICET Application Form, how can I get another copy?

    Ans. A printout of the TSICET 2020 Application Form can be taken from www.tsicet.org by giving the relevant details.

    Ques. I do not have a mobile number and an email id. Can I still fill TSICET Application Form?

    Ans. Having a valid mobile number and email id is compulsory. If a candidate does not have the same, he can enter the parent’s/ guardian’s mobile number/ e-mail id in the Application form. 

    Ques. Is the registration fee for the TSICET 2020 refundable?

    Ans. No, the application fee once paid, will not be refundable under any circumstances.

    Ques. How to retrieve Registration/ Application Number or Password?

    Ans. Aspirants will be allotted an application number for TSICET during the registration and application process. This number will be depicted on the confirmation page. Candidates will have to choose a password for their login account. If any individual forgets his password, then the steps involved in retrieving it are given below:

    1. Go to the TSICET applicant’s login page and enter their registered email ID.
    2. Click on ‘Forgot Password’.
    3. Aspirants will be required to enter their date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format used for registration.
    4. Click on ‘Submit’.
    5. They will be redirected to a page where they can regenerate a new password as they wish. 

    Ques. When will I be informed about the admit card TSICET 2020?

    Ans. The TSICET 2020 admit card dates are yet to be announced. However the tentative date of release of admit card is second week of May 2020.

    Ques. If I choose the Payment Gateway option, how should I submit the ONLINE Application form?

    Ans. Before selecting the Debit / Credit card/ Net Banking payment mode for the Registration fee, the candidate has to be ready with the required mandatory details. After payment, the ONLINE Application form will appear. Fill in all the mandatory details, read the declaration and SUBMIT.
