JAC Delhi 2026 Spot Round Counselling for BTech and BArch Begins July 23 at NSUT Dwarka; Check Reporting Schedule

The Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) Delhi has commenced the JAC Delhi 2026 Spot Round for BTech and BArch admissions today, July 23, 2026. The round will continue until July 31, 2026, at the APJ Lecture Theatre Complex, Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) Main Campus, Sector-3, Dwarka.

Candidates must physically report at the venue according to the category-wise schedule published on the official website, jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.

The Spot Round is the final phase of JAC Delhi counselling for five participating Delhi-based universities. Seats will be offered against the vacancies remaining after the earlier online counselling rounds. The final list of admitted candidates will be published on August 1, 2026.

JAC Delhi 2026 Spot Round Key Details

The Spot Round is open to candidates who have registered for JAC Delhi 2026 and possess a valid JEE Main 2026 rank.

Choices submitted during the previous counselling rounds will not be carried forward. Candidates must complete fresh choice filling and physical reporting to participate in the seat allotment process.

Fees to Be Paid for JAC Delhi Spot Round

Candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee before reporting at NSUT. The payment can be completed online or through an SBI e-Challan at any SBI branch.

The counselling participation fee is separate from the seat acceptance amount.

Candidates should retain the payment receipt or transaction proof, as it must be presented during physical reporting.

Five government-funded universities are offering admissions through JAC Delhi 2026. Vacant BTech and BArch seats available at these institutes will be allotted during the Spot Round.

How to Report for the JAC Delhi Spot Round?

Physical reporting will be conducted category-wise on separate dates between July 23 and July 31, 2026. Candidates must appear only on the date and reporting slot assigned to their category and rank range.

Candidates can follow these steps:

• Visit jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in and check the category-wise Spot Round reporting schedule.
• Pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 75,000 before visiting the reporting venue.
• Carry the printed vacancy list, fee payment proof and all required original documents.
• Report physically at the APJ Lecture Theatre Complex, NSUT Main Campus, Sector-3, Dwarka.
• Mark physical attendance at the designated reporting counter.
• Complete fresh choice filling during the allotment slot.
• Arrange the preferred institutes and branches carefully and lock the final choices.

Candidates who fail to report on their scheduled date or do not complete the required formalities may lose their opportunity to participate in the Spot Round.

Which Documents Are Required at the Venue?

Candidates must carry all the required documents in original form, along with two sets of self-attested photocopies.

Failure to produce any mandatory document may result in the immediate cancellation of candidature.

The required documents include:

• JEE Main 2026 scorecard
• JEE Main 2026 admit card
• Class 10 mark sheet and passing certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
• SC, ST, OBC-NCL or EWS category certificate, where applicable
• Delhi region eligibility proof, where applicable
• Valid government-issued photo identity proof
• Recent passport-size photographs
• Seat acceptance fee payment proof
