I wrote GATE exam, I 628 in GATE 2013 and I opted this college because of good academic, course curriculum.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very good. Curriculum focus on current research and development and new technology. Professors having good teaching experience.
Internships Opportunities
College provide 6 months internship for all student and and minimum stipend offered by companies is 15k. College have policy for some student who wish to do thesis under professor and also student exchange program.
Placement Experience
IIIT Bangalore have 100 percent placement from its existence. All most all software leading companies come for campus placement every year. avg package around 9 to 10 lakh.
College Events
We have game event in every first week of March. Its 3 days gaming event, where current student and alumni participate. This is fun time for student as well as for faculty member.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee in IIIT Bangalore is little bit expansive. iMtech program is cost around 1. 5 lakh per year. But any one can get Bank loan very easily. Event some companies provide scholarship for student and its need based scholor.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
Few companies offer scholarship which can be enough for monthly expenses. Even few companies offer full fee scholarship. Top Mtech student get GATE scholarship.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is about 50:50 some time 60:40 for Male and Female. We do not have hostel party but celebrate Birthdays and Watch movies in cafeteria almost every weekend. We also have cultural society in out college who is responsible for host all kind of cultural events. In IIITB there is nothing like ethnicity, race, religions or sexual orientation. we all are a part of family in campus.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is very good. Almost all Post Graduate student have single sharing room, some have 2 sharing. Food is also good, you have choice in food.
Alumni/Alumna
IIITB have a strong alumni network who working all domain and all levels of the organizations. Every year we host alumni meeting and take their suggestion for new development.
Exam Structure
Exams are mixed of hectic and chilled. here all professors have authority to conduct exam in there own way. few conduct exam on paper few professor does not have exam at all.
Faculty
Almost all faculty member in college having PhD from foreign university. Professors having good teaching experience. They have lot of connection in foreign universities.

Admission
I completed both graduation and post graduation in ghousia college. It's a wonderful college with a supportive staff and a healthy environment. I joined for Engineering in the year 2013 and came out with a 1st rank after completing my M.Tech in the year 2019. The admission procedure will be carried out the front office and is similar to every college.

Placement Experience
since it was an government college the college people were least bothered regarding the placements for the students, there was no placements happening in our college.Neither any if the companies visited our college to hire the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course was interesting, industrial automation had a wide scope nowadays,syllabus was good,but in m tech most of time we work on practicals,but as this college is government college, not much focused on practical learning inside the college, No research initiative was available in this college, operational research was the elective option, All courses are good in engineering only u have to have an interest in particular subject then u will have a great future

Related to study and placement it's a. Very good college but coming to infrastructure it should be developed and canteen should be developed and parking vehicles should be made in proper way and admin block should become modernaized

college don't provide any facilities for students, worst hospitality, teaching is not so bad.

GATE- AIR-252 this college is India's number 1 research institute and having world rank below 100.
Placement Experience
Here placement depends upon student interest, as maximum students prefer to do phd in foreign university.companies are loosing interest to come here, still placement is good.in my senior batch 4 outof 6 students are placed and 2 are interested for phd. Usually package is more than 10lpa.and maximum hiring for R&D or data scientist post.List of companies Flipkart, Qualcom, Xerox, CiscoIbm, Texas instrument, Broadcom And many more.

Good thing is best teaching all good facilities our college is main vtu centre if any problem in some where we can complaint directly to the VC and all friends were enjoyed lot, Bad thing is only one there is no campus at all.
