LNCT Bhopal, BE, Electrical Engineering

Reviewed on May 12, 2020

Remarks

Much more placements than other private colleges. Fees is also less as compared to other colleges. Time to time cultural activities and fest. Facilities are also good and they are well qualified mostly are from Nit's. Surrounding of students is also good who makes you to feel comfortable around them. Hostel management is also good though i didn't join the hostel instead of it i preferred to stay in flat.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course that is electrical engineering is well updated with time. Our college also provided many visits such as mppcl and many industries. Kamna mishra mam was our faculty of digital communication and was very intelligent.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have opted for a company named ceasefire limited. Its a marketing company who offered me a package of 4 lakhs per anum but due to the covid 19 they cancelled our offer letter and suspended all hiring. I chose that company because it was in my hometown so that while working i can prepare for other exams also.

Placement Experience

Our college is much more oriented towards our educational and placements ao they provide us every opportunity to maintain and prepare us well for each and every companies demand. They took our classes for placements test to work upon individual. Companies are coming mostly for IT AND CS and marketing. Very less for core branches.

College Events

Campus life was good. Just try to make good friends and your college life will be the most memorable part of your life. Many sports and cultural events happened in my time.any big celebrities have come to our college as guest for cultural and sports events. All such events are paid but not high amount.

Fees and Financial Aid

Nothing availed any scholarships in the college admission process nor any loan. But many of my friends took loan for study and many got educational scholarship from the State governments to study because of therr academics.

Campus Life

3.5

Our college got many sports facilities accept for swimming and golf. All were well maintained. Wifi is where our college lacks because of slow speed but they provide paid wifi for speed. Library is enough for 500 students at a time with almost every course book and lab is also well maintained.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

NO. I had not opted for hostel but they are average for boys but girls hostel is good. In girls hostel there are ac and non ac rooms depends on you whichever you like. Boys room didn't have a cooler so you have to take urs. Mess is good and food is average just as mess food.

Average college with no placements and exposure

Likes

I like infrastructure of the campus... infrastructure are very beautiful.
Library. I like library facilities college provide and we can take book from there.
Canteen not..much but I likes this average

Dislikes

Placement their is no placement or limit placement only 2-3LPA
Bus Facility their Very poor bus facilities
Labs their labs computer are not working properly

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the curriculum around 5 or 6 out of 10. i chose this course mainly because of the computer and coding subjects. the syllabus is mostly theory based and many topics are not very useful for current industry needs. practical classes and real projects are also limited. more coding, projects and updated technologies should be added. exams are frequent during the semester and the difficulty is mostly average but sometimes checking feels strict.

LNCT college overall best review

I didn't not apply to any other colleges as my jee percentile was low. So, I couldn't get into the colleges like IITs or NITs. But I don't regret joining the college as it has a good placement rate among many private colleges in India and it is also cost affordable for me and most of all I got the course in the college I wanted to do. The admission process starts after you have given jee mains exam. Then you apply for mpdte counselling process on mpdte website and fill all the details and choice of college and course there in the form. Eligibility for the college is that you must be 12th pass from any recognised board mentioned in the form. Cutoffs are mentioned in the collegedunia website so you can see there and overall admission process was good....Read More
