Remarks

I was getting the course of my choice without any hassle and at that moment I thought this was the best option available for me. The main driving force for my choice was always the branch of my choice. Also, I was looking forward to a new life of different cultural experience. Looking back, I have no regrets.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The course curriculum is flashy but in truth average at the core. From academic point of view, this college is far from exceptional but at the same time it provides ample opportunity for talents to grow and alao enable an individual to meet some of the best peers in college. The faculties are not world class but what one would expect from a private college in India. It's semester abroad programs, reasearch support in some areas and one or two specific student clubs are the true flagships of the college in terms of academics.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 1200000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I interned with HP Inc and my internship stipend was 30000. The process was straightforward which comprises of a coding test, GD and Personal Interview.

Placement Experience

4.5

There are ample opportunities from all kinds of companies from across the country for placements. There are offers in varied ranges. This is one of the good things which the college provides to students. There is a very good Entrepreneur Cell in college for students which are attracted towards that. All in all, I believe that there are ample of opportunities for a deserving candidate.

College Events

The one thing I always was happy about in college was the level and frequency of events in college. It is a very different and refreshing feeling for anyone attending. It is generally filled with great energetic events of performances. Every year the college and students arrange some of the best events and performance by great artists such as Nucleya etc.

Campus Life

3.5

The infrastructure of the campus is above average if compared to any private engineering college in India. Keeping in mind the heat and temperatures in Chennai it is equipped with Air Conditioning wherever possible. In now way it is perfect, but it is ever-evolving. And off late, there have been major infrastructural upgrades in the campus. There is wi-fi everywhere in campus. The sports facilities are above average and it has one the best teams in Basketball and Volleyball in South India.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I have only lived in the hostel for 8 months. It was a bittersweet experience as it was tremendous heat and we had no Air Conditioning! But, we always used to forget how hot it was or I think we got adjusted to it. Whatever it was, it was a good time because the people I met there are one of the things I treasure in my life.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

A Good College Experience with Opportunities for Learning and Growth

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and comprehensive, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It provides a good foundation for technical knowledge, but including more industry-oriented projects, hands-on training, and updated technologies would make it even better for future career opportunities.

Likes

It is better than my old college and giving free food and place to sit in the college campus.
In sports they are also helping for dearness allowance for playing matches and travelling.
They are also giving us the space to study and ask doubts without any hesitation

Dislikes

Canteen is not good and it is very congested
Some of teachers are not coming to the classes properly and they are also not teaching properly
Home guard is the problem in college. They are always making issues while parking the vehicles

Course Curriculum Overview:

Studying Master of commerce is okay. The same thing and few same subjects which I studied in undergraduate. Classes are good and we are also having some gaps. Not a big difference and 1 or 2 subjects are new for us. I want to suggest that to give holiday after the semester exams. But not before that. It is quite difficult for us to study. It will be easy for us to ask doubts.
