Remarks

College is medium in everything. One thing I want to tell you that don't expect anything from college try to learn more from oneself.

Entrance Preview

I had written COMEDK exam and other also but I want to take cse engineering that's what I came to Bangalore and for good climate as well as I heard of good placement. My cousin brother told me to take this college as seat is left for this college only.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Good as per vtu my branch is cse and we have many subjects we have java, net and other elective subject. They teach us maximum 6 units and that too not complete we are struggling to get full concept as they don't have that much experience. But vtu syllabus is good and we are trying to complee by own.

Internships Opportunities

On internship and no stipend we did last year project be own college didn't provide anything. We only prepared the project and did all those things we don't know anything about stipend. We only have last year project and we completed by own.

Placement Experience

1

Very less opportunities cane at our time and we don't have option we went through off campus as very few companies came but not in our college as it was pool campus.

College Events

1.5

Every year annual sports and annual days they are celebrating so n annual sports many events like bike race, chess, football, cricket and for girls also there are many events like rangoli, face painting, mehndi and many more at last of the events annual day is celebrating.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very expensive as it takes around 1.5 laks per year excluding hostel charge or any other charges so recommendation is tobstay away from Karnataka as there are charging very much and by investing that much amount we are not getting good jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

No no such facilities was offered by college. They were trying to take as much as money from u how they can give such scholarship or rebate in fees.

Campus Life

2

College life is the best life try to enjoy this period because u will never get chance to enjoy like that you can enjoy but keep in mind about the completion and study so try to put time in good things to enjoy good time.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

These things are very poor so don't talk about these facilities. They ate charging 50000 and we are not getting good food also we are getting 3 sharing in hostel by giving thE. Much fees. So try to live away from hostel take flats with friends outside nearby college location.

Alumni/Alumna

No one will contact you when once you come out of the college as everyone is busy in their life. If they have any work then only they will contact you. So don't think about these things that anyone will contact you at they will keep in touch with you ever.

Exam Structure

Yes exams are very frequents. There are 3 internals and 1 external in 4 months of period with labs also so we have 8 subjects with that much exams. So for us it was very hard we dint have the much time to chill as we are always busy with assignment or preparing for internals or externals.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is a mix of both Computer Science and AIML which is increasingly relevant in today's world. Second year: Subjects like Mathematics for AIML, Data Structures, Stats for Data Science, Computer Networks, Third year: DBMS, ANN, ML operations Some other elevtives are also available and courses like Universal Human Values, POME, EIPR etc. Honestly, POME, EIPR, UHV should have less course credits and probably MCQ type exams (like IC and Yoga in first year). Curriculum is good and updating for applications helped along with projects. Exams are generally once in a month, 1.5 - 2 units for each subject each exam. Lab exams at the very end before CIE marks finalization. Then 2 weeks gap for Lab SEE, then 1 week gap and actual SEE's.

Placement Experience:

KSIT has an average placement rate of 70%-85% depending on the branch . CSE,ISE and ECE branches have higher placements while mechanical and civil have fewer opportunities in IT sector . Average package is about 4-6LPA . KSIT attracts many IT based recruitiers with some core companies for non -IT branches . It also provides pre-placement training, coding boot cams, aptitude tests and soft skills development . Alumni network is moderate, but students need off-campus efforts for high paying jobs
