Remarks

I chose this college because it is the best college with best faculty. The college is very reputed college in South. Top students wish to join this college only. I also wanted to join and appeared for this college adn finally got admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

All teachers are good at teaching except some they are really bad at teaching and giving marks too and very strict too but there is an advantage from the second semester you can choose your teacher and slots and courses too and you can set your time table it called fcs.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements in VIT is amazing. Approx 90% of candidates get campus placements. The highest salary package is 44.4 LPA in the computer science branch. The average salary offered is 6 LPA. The candidates are prepared for placement interviews through soft skills classes. The college is very supportive

College Events

Campus life is fine. Very less events are organized and they charge students only for these events. There is no extra curriculur activities. Seniors are helpful. Canteens are also there for spending leisure time. Location is safe.

Campus Life

VIT has good infrastructure with all the facilities including spacious and ventilated classroom, a big digital library with variety of good and knowledgeable books. Wifi facility is available. Hostel facility is also good with average food quality in mess. Campus is clean and well maintained.

Overall Good

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every. One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

A Good College Experience with Opportunities for Learning and Growth

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is fairly relevant and comprehensive, covering both theoretical concepts and practical applications. It provides a good foundation for technical knowledge, but including more industry-oriented projects, hands-on training, and updated technologies would make it even better for future career opportunities.

It is the Good college and got opportunities in the sports and other activities.

Likes

It is better than my old college and giving free food and place to sit in the college campus.
In sports they are also helping for dearness allowance for playing matches and travelling.
They are also giving us the space to study and ask doubts without any hesitation

Dislikes

Canteen is not good and it is very congested
Some of teachers are not coming to the classes properly and they are also not teaching properly
Home guard is the problem in college. They are always making issues while parking the vehicles

Course Curriculum Overview:

Studying Master of commerce is okay. The same thing and few same subjects which I studied in undergraduate. Classes are good and we are also having some gaps. Not a big difference and 1 or 2 subjects are new for us. I want to suggest that to give holiday after the semester exams. But not before that. It is quite difficult for us to study. It will be easy for us to ask doubts.
