Remarks
My admission process was very simple as I had my 12th marks so good that I didn't have to give Amity Jee and got direct admission. I also got a 50% scholarship for a year. At first, I thought the scholarship is for a complete degree but it was for just for one year.
Course Curriculum Overview
I always wanted to pursue B.Tech CSE and also, it had good placements that's why I chose Amity University due to the placements it provides. Faculties are sometimes good sometimes bad. It all depends on luck. But all of the facilities are PhD and lab assistants are also masters qualified minimum. Every semester consists of mid-term and end-term exams which are easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Very few companies visit the campus for Internships but this too depends on your skills that you will get those or not. The internships are unpaid and some have stipends of 10000 also. Companies also provide pre-placement offers of high packages like 24-35 lpa. But getting those internships is also very hard and only 2-3 students get these opportunities.
Placement Experience
Placements get started from the end of 3rd year. Companies like Google, Amazon and De Shaw also visit our campus but very few students get placed in those companies. It all depends on your skills. The highest package offered last year was 43lpa and the average package is 4.5lpa. Talking about the placement percentage, almost all students get placed from Amity Noida. I plan to do job after getting the degree and placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees here are very high because of the fame of Amity University and the infrastructure and resources they provide but, as I attended my classes from home because of Covid, I felt the fees were too high which is almost 4 lac per year. There is no scholarship after the first year so be ready to pay the amount if you're planning to take admission. Can't tell about the placements as of now.
Campus Life
So college life is pretty cool and the college is very big and clean. There are lots of sports activities inside the campus. Also, there are a lot of clubs and groups if you're interested in those. Classrooms are fully ac and you will feel like you're studying from abroad. The library is the best thing in the whole University. The Library is very beautiful and has so many books and a big seating area with sofas. It has 3 floors of the library with lift and escalators inside.
