I choose Amity University of our other colleges because of its strong academic reputation , state of the art infrastructure and a well rounded approach to extracurriculars and placements unlike some other universities I applied to Amity offers a well balanced curriculum that includes hands on experience in emerging fields like AI, iot and cloud computing additionally the campus life and opportunities for student engagement were a huge Plus. I also applied to lovely professional University and galgotia University but I found that Amity provided more flexibility in the course options industry tiles and a better campus environment The admission process at Amity involves applying online followed by university level entrance exam or based on JEE mains scores for b.tech the regibility BTech requires a minimum of 70% in 12th grade with very chemistry and mathematics core subjects. That's when I searched for more colleges providing the same course and found out about Amity. And then I applied. The entrance process was easy. I just had to give an exam just for formality. I took Amity University as my only option as my cut off didn't meet in other universities but honestly I don't regret it because I think that Amity University was the best decision. I was interested in studying abroad back then and I got taught the basics foundational ability to adapt in future in a foreign university through Amity. The way they teach the curriculum and the way they assess their modules is very much similar to what is done in abroad so whatever methods they use and are teaching and learning is actually a very high class level of education and this is something you won't find in another universities especially if they're not private univeristy. The best thing about I'm really stay is that they don't follow a very strict criteria in admission and although it's very expensive in terms of tuition fees but there is a good chance that the acceptance rate is really high and they are not rigid with the number of students in a course per year as well and it can be over 200 students in one class as well. The University also does a whole interview process before rolling out of the offer letters and it is very basic they just do it to test your knowledge based on your stream in 11 then 12 standard and there is English communication exam that they take just to assess if you are able to understand the teaching method because English is the primary language which is used during teaching at the University...Read More
