There are many other important subjects which students can opt to study with one foreign language course compulsory.The faculty teachers are very helpful and are very qualified and knowledgeable. They adopt various methods to make the studies interesting.

Almost all our batchmates were placed in reputed organisations like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and MNCs like Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Aditya Birla Group, etc. Highest package offered was 30lpa . Average salary package was 5lpa . I got placed in HSBC with a package offer of 7lpa .

Fee Structure And Facilities

The university provides scholarship to those who needs. 100 % sch : 90 percentile CAT/MAT or GMAT 650/ GRE 16150 % sch : 85 percentile CAT/MAT or GMAT 600/ GRE 15725 % sch : 75 percentile CAT/MAT or GMAT 450/ GRE 149Education loans are also provided.

Campus Life

The University has a state-of-the-art Auditorium of International standard which can seat 368 students. It is used for conducting seminars, cultural programs and International conferences. Movies are also screened as part of the campus activity for the students.Established in 2008, the library at Amity University, Rajasthan (AUR), is an integrated Knowledge Resource Centre which caters to the reading and research interests of the students and faculties. Equipped with around 40,000 text books, reference books and 97 journals and periodicals, the central library fosters academic excellence at AUR. It is a reader-friendly space with state-of-the-art infrastructure that promotes reading habits and scientific learning.University has a large number of facilities for Indoor as well as outdoor sports to keep the students and faculty members engaged and physically fit. These include a football ground, practice pitch for cricket, volleyball, tennis, badminton and basket ball courts. Also available are pool, snooker and table tennis tables and a gymnasium with state of art equipment. The University also has an indoor rifle range, horse riding and golf putting range.Many events are organised in the campus.

Hostel Facilities

Amity University Rajasthan offers mess facilities for its students, faculty members, and staff members in which breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner is served at a very reasonable price. Food is cooked hygienically.The hostel rooms also has AC and has all the facilities.

Graduation (min 50%) plus National/State MBA Entrance Exam score or Amity Test.SKYPE Interview in lieu of personal appearance at campus.The interview was very easy. Basic questions were asked. Shortlisted candidates are called for the interview.

UNI OF FUTURE

Likes

Exposure via many known guests and personalities and experts of various fees that interact and share their opinion regarding many things with students.
Many clubs like shooting ,football,chess that are taken seriously here along with facilities for each of these sports
Opportunity to become volunteer for various fests organizing groups.

Dislikes

Water here is harsh in hostel, which causes a bit of hair fall.
Except for rooms and academic blocks heat during afternoon times is great if there are no clouds sometimes. Rest of times due to many trees its cool.
Strict gatepass system which ensures security of students but at same time troublesome for those who just wanna roam .

Placement Experience:

There are many exceptions here regarding placements and employbility. For interships students mainly start from their 3rd year but i know one student which is my senior that got an intership in their second year only since they had specific skills and colledge helped developing thier leadership quality and getting them the job

NIIT University: A Student's Perspective

Likes

The campus offers a huge campus of 100 acres with a lot of sport activities with gyms .
The university works towards sustainability and the whole campus is covered with a lot of greenery
The university allows the students to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds .This will surely further help us in our personal and professional lifes.

Dislikes

The major problem living in a 100% residential university is staying away from your home and people you care about. This leads to severe homesickness.

Placement Experience:

The university shows an incredible record of 100% placements every year since its inception in 2009. Companies like Amazon, BlinkIt, Hungama, Grant Thornton and Deloitte often visit the university and make several offers to the students.

My first thoughts about NU

Likes

I do like the facilities offered in the university of proper clean hostel rooms,toiletries,etc.
Faculty and other staff is really polite,helpful and generous.
This university is not only good in placements,education and faculty but also in sustainable living and use and practice of environmental friendly techniques.

Dislikes

Sometimes you need to adjust with various things like new environment

Placement Experience:

This is the college that provide over 92% of placements and not only this bit a 1/1.5 year industrial practice that will increase our skills and if someone have any issue in getting a placement this university will provide your referral and help you till you get placed.

Internship provided by our great college

Likes

College is surrounded by the aravali range on the three sides and they have maintained it really well so it's really green all around.
They select only few students in each batch so the classes are really interactive and teachers are always available.
There are night out on weekends so we don't really feel that we are being restricted in the hostels.

Dislikes

We have to walk all the way to the main gate to collect our blinkit and food deliveries.

Placement Experience:

After the second last year , for the last year college provides the industry practice where the students often get pre placement offer and they offer two types of IP 6 month and 1 year both based on students preference .

Likes

College infrastructure is very good as compared to other colleges
There are sports ground with good facilities
Classes are very great and seats are very comfortable

Dislikes

Overall the campus is good but is very small in size
Less events as compared to other colleges
Focuses on marks rather then practical knowledge

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is well structured and designed for students to learn the subject in detail and to know about topics in detail and make sure to understand things clearly before implementing them in real life. There are certain areas for improvement but they will keep get better. Timetable should be made such that students get break in between the classes so that they can be less exhausted throughout the day

Likes

Knowledgeable and skilled professors with years of experience

Dislikes

No proper lab facilities for biotechnology subject
Very less teacher teach biotechnology as compared to other subjects
Fees is very high as compare to other subjects in the same university

Support of the sinears in the college in notes and study
Environ of the college is very good and clear

Dislikes

College building which to old and second floor always leaking in rainy days.
Teachers of second year are not interested in teaching subjects.
Wifi of the college never works even it can't run WhatsApp

Placements are good in textile department because college is known for textile best college in Rajasthan that's why IT ,CSE ,ME,ECE are not getting that much pakage but recieves 4 lakhs average and if sumone not get job they can try of campus mostly try of campus.

SKRAU visit

Likes

Infrastructure is very good it looks very awesome and also have optimum space for playing and studying outside
All facilities are available inside campus including canteen and all
No disturbance faculty is very cooperative and knowledgeable

Dislikes

Mess food with bad taste and repeated food
Place is not good for lazy man too much work and very hard course
Outside of campus very restricted and traffic area

Placement Experience:

After 6 semester placement are available Agrotech, agrostars, mushroom products etc. companies are available here for interview based placement I got about 6-7 offers for joining Package depend on your skills and knowledge and also your semester that you have read in current average package is 2.5-3.5 lacks For good placement you have score above 7.5 ogpa For preparation of ICAR pg exam is my next goal

Amity University Rajasthan is a good option for to start your college life and gain exposure.

I have applied to several other colleges other than Amity such as Kalinga institute of technology, Vellore institute of technology, SRM, LPU and I was selected for admission in all of these. The reason for choosing Amity was the name of Amity in university industry and also my relatives were passout of Amity Jaipur, and they assured me that this is a good decision and I won't regret it. Another reason is the exposure I would get by joining such an university and also the fees was affordable when compared to others. The placement rate was also good and I had proof of placement as my relatives. The admission process is quite easy. You need to apply for the admission by submitting the admission form which generally costs 1100. If you've a reputable JEE score , your admission will continue on that basis or you can opt for Amity's own entrance test.
