Remarks

Details about Application form application dates and application fees are there on the sites of nit kkr and we get the benefits according to our caste category and home kota also. Admission process were smooth ,there were gaurds to guide the students .

Course Curriculum Overview

Actually the most important benefit that i can see in ECE branch is we can learn about all the electronic as well as about software and even sit for software placemenets. So after cs and IT branch i preferred ece. There are faculty assigned for every 20 students , and all are well qualified teachers they all help their students in every possible way. The exams were always held on time and to pass yhe exam it was quite difficult but all we have to do the hard work and for those students who studied hard always gets good marks, so for me it was not that difficult.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Different companies visit our college for internship.and for those who will not be able to get internship for them out college started a collaboration with SIEMENS and CoE to provide students hands on competancy , inside the campus itself

Placement Experience

4.5

For internship students are eligible in their 6th sem and for placement from 7th sem. Till now more than 50 companies jave visited.and more than 90 percent students in CS and IT students are placed and in ece almost 80 percent students are placed

Fees and Financial Aid

Because i am from OBC so i got some what of less fee than the general category students.and i have taken a loan from my state government for the fees.and the department ranker gets the scholarship of every branch.

Campus Life

4.5

There are different technical and cultural festival as well as sports festival also. Technical fest like techspardha, and cultural fest like confluence and sports fest like ITUSA. Taking about the books , a good library service is available in our nit ,and the library does not only have the technical books but also different Nobel's are there. All the groups and clubs and societies ran by students

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Rooms facilities in girls hostel 'kalapna chawla hostel' is good.In a single room we have a big almirah a table a chair bed and lighting is also good. Registration for hostel has been done during the admission into college , so we don't need to worry .

Hostel Fee: INR 10500 per year

Other Applied Colleges

Mnit allahabad | Cs

Because of rank i was not able to get that college

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

NIT KURUKSHETRA: An Honest Review

The key reason for my choice of NIT KKR college was it has affordable fee structure , good campus cirriculum. Admissions are based on JEE Mains, followed by JOSAA/CSAB counselling. Candidates must have at least 75% in class 12 or be in top 20 percentile of their board. Cutoff and Seat Allocation:- General category:-For cs/it candidate rank must be in 5k-10k. Other branches require less ranking. OBC/EWS/SC/ST : Lower rank benefits due to reservation quota. There is female quota too just to increase boys:girls ratio in engineering colleges. There is state reservation of 50% in all NIT's. Admission Process:- JOSAA counselling:-Students list their prefernces based on JEE rank, and seats are allocated accordingly. Document verification:-Required documents include JEE scorecard, class 10/12th marksheet and income certificate for fee waivers. Pay intial fees and confirm your seat....Read More
